FedEx left a slip on my door for a package that needed signed for. The delivery person was supposed to text me and never did and just left a slip on my gate. It's Friday so I know the driver blew off my package and when you call the number on the slip and put your door code in the system actually lied to you and said you were contacted. I received an Air conditioning unit from, The Home Depot (in the Adelanto, California area in the Middle of June 2023) delivered by FedEx, I was very!! disappointed in the way it was delivered, (see picture attached) I'm not sure which FedEx hub it originated at ,or where the damage occurred, but regardless the driver(s) should have not left this A/C unit at my home in that condition!! (they just dropped it off and did not have anyone sign for it!!) as you can see by the picture the unit was dropped, (it looks as if it were dropped from an airplane at 15,000 feet without a parachute !! then it rolled a few times and landed on its "vertical side up") it was wet and damaged beyond repair!! the person/people who delivered my A/C unit should be reprimanded and taught how to handle packages, to prevent damaging them, (It would have been worse if I had ordered "China" dinner ware). I drop packages off here at least 4 times a week. We do a lot of shipments, and the FedEx employees do a great job of getting them handled quickly. Most of the FedEx workers are friendly and helpful, and they are actually very helpful in trying to get the packages flowing. Many times, they have actually come out to help with the packages, have held the door open for myself or my daughter, and gone above and beyond to help the process. The other customers on the other hand are a bit difficult to deal with, especially people who have only one package, and do not understand that some of us run a business. You get stares, people purposely getting in the way, grabbing both carts and holding on to them. I have even had people take a cart for one small package, and keep it up to the point where the package is scanned and put on the carton flow rack. Some times, people get in your way on purpose! One day, my daughter took in around 20 packages, and just about everyone was complaining. A few guys tried to go in front of her! That being said, I feel that we need to have a little more understanding that these guys, and all people are truly trying to do their jobs. We as a society need to stop acting like a bunch of entitled Karens, and start appreciating and respecting each other. The more proactive we are with others in and out of a place of business, the better it all flows. read more

Drivers play games with orders and packages. Customer service is argumentative, rude, disconnects calls, hangs up in your face, never has a supervisor available, stated supervisors are only dealing with COVID related packages, supervisors, staff, and policies are ignorant, unprofessional, and obnoxiously rude. Called the 800 number 4 times and they told me to specifically I could pick up my package from this location instead of having it be shipped to my house. Guess what?? I had to go out of my way to come to this FedEx center. At first I was unhappy that the package I was returning was shipping through FedEx because iIt's out of my way. But on arrival FedEx gave me excellent customer service! The gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to help me figure out my package because the label had issues. Man! I hate complaining! But FedEx really f'd up this time. I Ordered an engraved ring for my wife on 5/03, it was overnighted TO FedEx, they received it on 05/06... It's 05/10 and I still haven't received it!!! The recipient needs it by tomorrow morning, so I had to use "Overnight First". Costs a whopping $60. Crazy expensive, but convenient service. read more

Don't promise priority overnight shipping if you cannot deliver. My package was supposed to be here 2 days ago. I have spent the last two days waiting for my package to arrive. I can't leave my home because I have to sign for it. My package was on a truck driving around my neighborhood all day today and for some reason your driver still didn't make the delivery today. Why I paid extra for priority shipping and I still did not get my package is beyond me. I recently ordered a 4 in one printer from staples. They used UPS Delivery service.the delivery came and the Ups guy left the package out by my trash cans on trash day,50 yards from my house and out of sight from the house instead of coming down the drive to the front door,like they should.. I never got the package,I think the trash man picked the package up thinking it was trash.however I have no idea what actually happened to the printer. Horrible was notified my package was supposed to be priority but someone marked it standard these are medications needed for serious medical problems we paid for priority was told would get it here before noon & then was told by noon now not till 4pm still no package and they don't care they were made aware of the mistake prior to putting on truck for delivery yet did not obviously care the time sensitive issue!!!!
