I called this location from Los Angeles with a complicated and urgent printing and shipping need, where I needed signatures from multiple people in different locations, had to courier the documents to someone there, and then get the documents expedited to NorCal. Sahara and the team went above and beyond to help us get everything handled and to reassure me that it would get done. Thank you so much. read more

This FedEx should look into to hiring new employees. The woman with the weave that's working at the front desk has the most unbecoming attitude and is bad for business. Fortunately, I hardly ever ship out via FedEx. Avoid this pace at all costs! read more

Went in angry came out satisfied the lady that wears the hat explained to me that my package was delivered thru FedEx ground services not out of there location she also gave me fedex ground contact info so I could get my problem /complaint solved . read more

I was there to drop off 2 boxes 70lbs each. I asked Tania the fed ex employee at the counter if she could assist me picking the boxes from the cart that FedEx have in there onto the rollers. She said in a rude tone "NO I don't help anybody, that's not my job" really bad attitude. You would think FedEx had employees with better customer skills. What a shame. Unacceptable! read more

I drop off many packages to FedEx, all over the nation. And i never have the issues i have ran into at this location. The older lady with the dreadlocks always has an excuse not to take my packages, but nowhere else do i hear the reasons she has for not taking the packages. And the attitude she has. It makes me very upset. The only reason i have to use FedEx because the customer pays for it. For i will not use my hard earned money to ship anything. It is just not worth it. On this date of 5 22 25. read more

always really nice people that are open to helping. I'm there too often (shipping stuff for work) but they're always pleasant here. Always get good service from Slade and the woman that has the pretty brown hair with the gray streak (not sure her name). read more

The older lady at the desk with dread locks is kinda rude and seems to be unhappy to work there. Normally I wouldn't complain but I know every time I go in she will have a negative/condescending comment to make and it will just bum me out. I shouldn't let this bother me because I'm a grown man but in this economy and job market in our area you would think people would appreciate an honestly good job like fedex. read more

FedEx left a slip on my door for a package that needed signed for. The delivery person was supposed to text me and never did and just left a slip on my gate. It's Friday so I know the driver blew off my package and when you call the number on the slip and put your door code in the system actually lied to you and said you were contacted. Bullshit LIES and laziness with ZERO accountability and a piece of SHIT automated phone system. NEVER AGAIN !!! I will never use FedEx again. read more

I received an Air conditioning unit from, The Home Depot (in the Adelanto, California area in the Middle of June 2023) delivered by FedEx, I was very!! disappointed in the way it was delivered, (see picture attached) I'm not sure which FedEx hub it originated at ,or where the damage occurred, but regardless the driver(s) should have not left this A/C unit at my home in that condition!! (they just dropped it off and did not have anyone sign for it!!) as you can see by the picture the unit was dropped, (it looks as if it were dropped from an airplane at 15,000 feet without a parachute !! then it rolled a few times and landed on its "vertical side up") it was wet and damaged beyond repair!! the person/people who delivered my A/C unit should be reprimanded and taught how to handle packages, to prevent damaging them, (It would have been worse if I had ordered "China" dinner ware). I would hope that The Home Depot would contract with UPS or Ontrac for their deliveries, But I have no control over that!! Gene G. (a very dissatisfied customer). read more

FedEx Ship Center - Completely Damaged Air conditioning unit. Delivered, to my home in this condition by FedEx!! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Victorville, California

Love this place! I came here right before Christmas. The employee helped me with choosing a box size and taping it. It arrived as promised. I'll be back! read more

Really disappointed. This is at least the second time that FedEx has not delivered to my house. The number isn't on the mailbox, it's on the house! Guys, you're killing me. I rarely leave one star reviews but I really can't recommend FedEx. UPS has never failed to deliver correctly. Just doesn't make any sense why FedEx doesn't deliver. Maybe I'm being skipped at the end of the day? Frustrating. And last time they tried to send it back to the shipper without even notifying me. Cmon... read more

I drop packages off here at least 4 times a week. We do a lot of shipments, and the FedEx employees do a great job of getting them handled quickly. Most of the FedEx workers are friendly and helpful, and they are actually very helpful in trying to get the packages flowing. Many times, they have actually come out to help with the packages, have held the door open for myself or my daughter, and gone above and beyond to help the process. The other customers on the other hand are a bit difficult to deal with, especially people who have only one package, and do not understand that some of us run a business. You get stares, people purposely getting in the way, grabbing both carts and holding on to them. I have even had people take a cart for one small package, and keep it up to the point where the package is scanned and put on the carton flow rack. Some times, people get in your way on purpose! One day, my daughter took in around 20 packages, and just about everyone was complaining. A few guys tried to go in front of her! That being said, I feel that we need to have a little more understanding that these guys, and all people are truly trying to do their jobs. We as a society need to stop acting like a bunch of entitled Karens, and start appreciating and respecting each other. The more proactive we are with others in and out of a place of business, the better it all flows. read more

Drivers play games with orders and packages. Customer service is argumentative, rude, disconnects calls, hangs up in your face, never has a supervisor available, stated supervisors are only dealing with COVID related packages, supervisors, staff, and policies are ignorant, unprofessional, and obnoxiously rude. USPS and Ups will always be my go to for deliveries, corporate just makes excuses for the bs and doesn't really care and or offer any resolution. read more

Always late by one or more days or reschedule delivery. Ups always on time. Don't put a date you can't make. It just makes you look bad.

Terrible. They have shipping fees which is not the issue. But when paying for it to be here a certain day and it is never on time and always delays. If had a choice would never pick this company. Tired of paying extra for my package to be here on a certain day and it has not once been delivered on time. And they never have a answer on when it's not delivered by that date or refund me the shipping I payed. If I could give no stars I would. read more

I guess they have a delivery driver do sent know how to read the address . They delivered my product twice at the wrong house . Do you know it's a hassle to knock on all my neighbors house just to locate my package ... read more

Horrible delivery service! Four days in a row- out for delivery, then delayed! Stick with UPS or Ontrac!

The most unreliable shipping courier ! Only if we had a choice how our merchants ships the item .. fed ex is my fucking last choice !

These guys are awesome. We had a small package that a customer wanted delivered next day, and these guys helped us get it done and even helped us save a couple of boxes by suggesting their packaging. Will use them again read more

I had a great experience and great service. Don't know why there's so many negative comments. I was greeted with a smile and he helped me with my orders and I was out the door with no hassle. Two people ahead of me were treated the same way. Thanks FedEx. Happy Shipping read more

There is almost now way to pull up internet within 60 yard of this building - Staff member told me they block all internet/cell signals and staff member have special permission to do so - actually it's illegal under the FCC -Bossy -- I asked why it isn't like this at other Fed Ex locations - he just walked away :( read more

I had to go out of my way to come to this FedEx center. At first I was unhappy that the package I was returning was shipping through FedEx because iIt's out of my way. But on arrival FedEx gave me excellent customer service! The gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to help me figure out my package because the label had issues. I am so grateful for his help! I live an hour away so to try to figure out something from a distance and after taking my time to drive over here it was wonderful to be able get my packages shipped and that task done. Thanks again FedEx! I really appreciate the customer service I received today read more

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life!!! Called the 800 number 4 times and they told me to specifically I could pick up my package from this location instead of having it be shipped to my house. Guess what?? Go to pick it up and they decide to have it sent out once again! This place NEVER answers their phone, doesn't abide by any requests even when I talked to a supervisor and received a case number! The guy told me basically "oh well" and had no clue how to do his job. What a joke of an establishment! read more

Man! I hate complaining! But FedEx really f'd up this time. I Ordered an engraved ring for my wife on 5/03, it was overnighted TO FedEx, they received it on 05/06... It's 05/10 and I still haven't received it!!! I was the only idiot at our family gathering without a nice gift for my wife! 800 # is worthless, I've gotten 10 different stories as to why my package has taken so long... From "package is in a truck and out of delivery by 8pm today" (that was on 05/07)... To "it was never scanned and it stayed in the warehouse"... To we need a day or two to find out what happened!!? After filing a complaint, I got a call today from a "Carla" @ 661-266-0295, I called back and this time she said "it was scanned and it WAS in a truck, but someone put it in the wrong truck". Nice! So pissed! read more

Wish I could give zero stars simply based on horrible customer service & bad attitude. Would've been fine if they had some basic customer service skills & let me know they could not mail high-value item with insurance. Instead, the bald guy wanted to argue about items that I've been mailing from there every six months for the past four years - I have the documents to prove it! The guy basically told me I was lying! Will never use FedEx again, even for low value items. Good old USPS is where I should've went in the first place!!!! read more

This place is a joke. I pick up packages for my brothers business on a regular basis but today they would not release it to me without a paystub linking me to the business. Any claim that this was done to protect my brothers interest is false as they have left the package in the lobby with me and I could have walked off with it at any point. read more

I ordered tires on Amazon, and the driver thought it's fine to just throw the tires all over front yard, I have a small 4 ft fence, I guess it's too much to expect someone to just drop them normally on the other side of the fence on my drive way, one rolled and hit one of my cars, terrible, and disrespectful. I worked UPS and know what the jobs like, there's no excuse for this shit read more

Best service ever! Super helpful, made my day easier. We need more service like this, great job

The old woman who works here is nice. I've never had to overnight something, so she helped me fill out the form. I was able to use our company account to send mail on behalf of a client. Don't promise priority overnight shipping if you cannot deliver. My package was supposed to be here 2 days ago. I have spent the last two days waiting for my package to arrive. I can't leave my home because I have to sign for it. My package was on a truck driving around my neighborhood all day today and for some reason your driver still didn't make the delivery today. Why I paid extra for priority shipping and I still did not get my package is beyond me. I will be driving to your facility tomorrow to pick up my package myself since you seem to be unable to make the delivery. Hopefully the animal in the box is still alive. read more

I recently ordered a 4 in one printer from staples. They used UPS Delivery service.the delivery came and the Ups guy left the package out by my trash cans on trash day,50 yards from my house and out of sight from the house instead of coming down the drive to the front door, like they should.. I never got the package,I think the trash man picked the package up thinking it was trash.however I have no idea what actually happened to the printer. I have noticed UPS has been sloppy lately and when I called to complain they said it was staples problem. I disagree they admit leaving the package out by the trash 50 yards from the house...
