When I first moved up here these folks helped me transfer my mail in one simple visit. They have two adorable cats that you can smother every time you come. The workers are extremely friendly and take their jobs very seriously. After all this is mail we're talking about. They print labels for free and always offer to add some tape to my packages if it looks like I did a crap job at taping. No one these days offer this kind of service. FedEx, UPS, USPS are always nickel and diming their customers on tape and labels You need this in your life if you're new to the neighborhood. I came to Oak Hills Postal to deliver a package and upon entering I was greeted with a warm smile from Theresa. This post office is the most beautiful and meticulous clean postal office I've ever visited. I was very impressed with the decor and the friendliest of the staff was welcoming. I was helped right away and it took less than 5 mins to package my things and sent it off. I was given a receipt with a tracking number. If I was given a survey, I would give this place a 10/10. We had an urgency to mail out paperwork and needed white large envelopes. To try to make things easier, we had called ahead and asked if they had some in stock. The girl that answered said "yes, we should have them in stock". She didn't physically check until we got there. Had she not been lazy and checked before hand, we could of gone elsewhere! Not only did she give us wrong information, she wasted our time! To top it off the counter was dirty and you'd think that they would the very least wipe it down, especially the pen that is constantly used by every single person that goes in there, EWW! AAANNNDDD, if I may add... nobody was wearing a mask except us! I don't want to give a start but it won't let me post the review otherwise, so dumb!!! read more

So it's seems that there are no recent reviews here. I have a P.O. Box here, and have been dealing with Oak Hills Postal since 2017. I have never had any problems with them. USPS yes, but not them. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive. They usually pull out your packages before you even get to the counter. If the line is long, which it rarely is, it goes quickly. Any problems have been remedied quickly and efficiently. As I was in the customer service business, I highly recommend this business. They definitely deserve and earn their 5 Stars!!! read more

I used to love this place, and usually they have cute kitties! They also have a bring a book/take a book system going on. The workers are friendly, but it is very concerning that they don't follow CDC protocol. I understand not everyone likes to wear a mask, but you could be getting everyone sick. I have only seen 1 lady wear a mask, I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Customers are supposed to come first, and they're putting themselves first...It's sad. read more

I don't know if it's racism or just egotism that they, especially the manager, I believe his name is Jason, who especially, treats customers so condescendingly. Asking simple questions get met with such disdain; it's almost as if they watched 'Clerks' a few too many times and are just power tripping, because that's all they have. This guy is no Randal Graves, not even entertaining, it's not even funny. Don't even dare asking for a drop off receipt, they'll accuse you of being a criminal for attempting mail fraud! I had to get a P.O. Box because of theft at our gang box over on Phelan Rd and Los Banos. I wish those thieves would pay my bills they stole! A friend recommended Oak Hills Postal. The rates may or may not be marked up, but it sure beats standing in line at the post office in Victorville or Hesperia. Everyone is very pleasant and always says hello when I walk in and have a nice day when I leave. Paying to get my packages and mail in a secure store is worth every cent. We need more good locally owned businesses in Oak Hills. read more

The normal post office in Hesperia is always a nightmare, so this place is like a dream! After my mailbox got broken into I opened a box and it's so much more secure! Horrible customer service. Guy helping sells me a box that is too small to ship my card, trinket, and gift card box to my grandparents. The lady has the audacity to then try and fold my card because the box is too small. Really? Then why did the cashier sell me a too small box? Ya not going there again. Terrible customer service. I posted a gift to Redlands. It cost me $12.75 with a small box. I posted this gift on Feb 28th and the recipient never received the gift. I check back with the lady and she told me she would have her manager call me. I never received a call from anyone. I checked with my local Hesperia post office and they never received my box to ship. These people blamed the Post office and just told me it's out of their hands. I'm out the money spent on my friends gift and my friend lost out on a great gift. I will never use this place again. read more

Our family has been shipping packages at Oak Hills Postal for several years. After our mail boxes got broken into, we go a box here as well. I wish we had done it sooner. Yes, base rates are marked up. That is how they make money. They are in business to make money and nobody is entitled to free service. With that said, they are doing a great job. If you enjoy the convenience of not driving 15 minutes to an actual FedEX, UPS or USPS, then you have to pay a little more. No big deal. read more

I would give this service a 10+. Always very friendly Never had a problem with mail receiving or shipping.

The base rates are marked up. The last 2 times I went it was over 30 bucks to ship. It should have only cost about half of that. It just feels like your getting ripped off when you compare them to the post office, ups, FedEx and postal annex. read more

Accidentally took a UPS package to them that was pre labeled and they are not a UPS pickup location. They went out of their way and made sure my package got into the appropriate hands. To the guy who says we lost 2 packages and are sloppy....... we made every effort to help you. The package was lost by the postal service which they called you and admitted that directly to you. I was standing there at the hesperia post office when they called you and told you they made a mistake . We take our business very very serious as this is how we feed our families . You came in using every curse word you knew with aggression and demeaned all of us and YET!!!! We never once disrespected you. We never raise our voice and continued being kind .
