I came to Oak Hills Postal to deliver a package and upon entering I was greeted with a warm smile from Theresa. This post office is the most beautiful and meticulous clean postal office I've ever visited. I was very impressed with the decor and the friendliest of the staff was welcoming. I was helped right away and it took less than 5 mins to package my things and sent it off. I was given a receipt with a tracking number. If I was given a survey, I would give this place a 10/10. Of course I would recommend this location my friends and family. read more

Are you new in town? Read many reviews on various Facebook groups that your USPS mailboxes may be often jacked here? Look no further. Oak hills postal will take care of you. When I first moved up here these folks helped me transfer my mail in one simple visit. They have two adorable cats that you can smother every time you come. The workers are extremely friendly and take their jobs very seriously. After all this is mail we're talking about. They print labels for free and always offer to add some tape to my packages if it looks like I did a crap job at taping. No one these days offer this kind of service. FedEx, UPS, USPS are always nickel and diming their customers on tape and labels You need this in your life if you're new to the neighborhood. Especially when you don't want to drive all the way to kohls for 11 boxes of Amazon returns. Highly recommend oak hills postal for all your mailing needs. read more

We needed notary service and it was provided quickly and efficiently at Oak Hills Postal. The employees were polite and helpful and the Oak Hills Postal was very impressive. read more

Was able to get something notarized quickly. Great small town feeling her & will definitely use their resources again!

We had an urgency to mail out paperwork and needed white large envelopes. To try to make things easier, we had called ahead and asked if they had some in stock. The girl that answered said "yes, we should have them in stock". She didn't physically check until we got there. Had she not been lazy and checked before hand, we could of gone elsewhere! Not only did she give us wrong information, she wasted our time! To top it off the counter was dirty and you'd think that they would the very least wipe it down, especially the pen that is constantly used by every single person that goes in there, EWW! AAANNNDDD, if I may add... nobody was wearing a mask except us! I don't want to give a start but it won't let me post the review otherwise, so dumb!!! read more

They are very busy. They listen to you when you say the package was delivered. They check again and find it. Thanks for listening.

So it's seems that there are no recent reviews here. I have a P.O. Box here, and have been dealing with Oak Hills Postal since 2017. I have never had any problems with them. USPS yes, but not them. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive. They usually pull out your packages before you even get to the counter. If the line is long, which it rarely is, it goes quickly. Any problems have been remedied quickly and efficiently. As I was in the customer service business, I highly recommend this business. They definitely deserve and earn their 5 Stars!!! read more

I used to love this place, and usually they have cute kitties! They also have a bring a book/take a book system going on. The workers are friendly, but it is very concerning that they don't follow CDC protocol. I understand not everyone likes to wear a mask, but you could be getting everyone sick. I have only seen 1 lady wear a mask, I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Customers are supposed to come first, and they're putting themselves first...It's sad. read more

Great people. Reasonable prices for a PO Box. Nice to not have to worry about packages being stolen from my front porch anymore.

Whenever I come here the young employees are always eager to greet, help, and get you whatever you need. Store is kept clean and tidy 24/7. Thank you Oak Hills Postal read more

I feel very comfortable with all the staff here. They are very helpful in every situation and willing to go that extra effort to make your business there pleasant. I would highly recommend this business if your needing a safe and secure place for your mail and stuff. Nice shop cats to ! read more

Awesome customer service! Friendly and fast and always helpful! This place is a million times better than dealing with the post office, especially the Hesperia post office, which is a nightmare! They are often busy which is great for their business and they never give attitude or are rude to anyone as far as I can tell. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks you all the hard work guys, you're doing great! read more

We have been extremely happy with the service we have received at oak hills postal. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help.

Melissa and the rest of her staff are amazing. If your looking for a postal facility, I highly recommend Oak Hills Postal. They are always friendly and extremely helpful. read more

Since Melissa took over this mailbox company it was changed for the better. They are very well organized and everybody is friendly and professional. Jinane always smiles and does an incredible job. Rosy is always a pleasure to do business with. I know it is not always easy to keep a positive attitude when one is busy. But folks her manage to do an amazing job. Highly recommended. read more

I wanted to thank Jillian, who helped me in packing and shipping out a box to our daughter in Florida via UPS. Also for her patience as I needed to send it overnight and forgot to mention it after the transaction had been made. Very friendly staff with great customer service! Would recommend to everyone. read more

*****Under New Management... Again***** The New Guard seems professional, courteous, and on point. Poor man's Randall Graves is gone. So all is hopeful. Leaving the original review below for your entrainment: "Customer service under the new management has really declined. I don't know if it's racism or just egotism that they, especially the manager, I believe his name is Jason, who especially, treats customers so condescendingly. Asking simple questions get met with such disdain; it's almost as if they watched 'Clerks' a few too many times and are just power tripping, because that's all they have. This guy is no Randal Graves, not even entertaining, it's not even funny. Don't even dare asking for a drop off receipt, they'll accuse you of being a criminal for attempting mail fraud! Seriously, and if politely asked why, they'll blame it on USPS policy who, because I checked, has no existing policy. I only stop here now when I'm in a rush and even then when I must. Before the new crew I gave them regular business. Thanks to them I Click-n-Ship now." read more

This place is my favorite. The atmosphere, the workers. The girls are just great and so attentive. They are always so nice and friendly/ polite. It's nice to have that in the high desert. When I walk into this place I totally forget it is the high desert. I've been going here for years. The vibes are amazing. Everything about this place! I appreciate you ladies. read more

Super nice staff and they're quick to make sure you get whatever you need. The mask thing is absolutely no big deal. Wear a mask if you want, but no pressure if you don't. Love the kitties hanging around too! read more

I had to get a P.O. Box because of theft at our gang box over on Phelan Rd and Los Banos. I wish those thieves would pay my bills they stole! A friend recommended Oak Hills Postal. The rates may or may not be marked up, but it sure beats standing in line at the post office in Victorville or Hesperia. Everyone is very pleasant and always says hello when I walk in and have a nice day when I leave. Paying to get my packages and mail in a secure store is worth every cent. We need more good locally owned businesses in Oak Hills. read more

Very nice people, they make everything go fast and smooth and they seem like they care about your needs.

The normal post office in Hesperia is always a nightmare, so this place is like a dream! After my mailbox got broken into I opened a box and it's so much more secure! I don't have to have my neighbors constantly watching my house looking out for packages anymore. Plus the girls are always so sweet and attentive, they have even packaged my items for me! read more

Fast, friendly service. Very helpful to customers. Nice place to do business. I brought things in, they packaged in one box and will send it out for me. They are very convenient. read more

This is the friendly neighborhood postal spot when you can't drive all the way to the post office. The staff is both professional and friendly. I'm grateful that I found this business. This busy Mom and entrepreneur is always tight on time so I appreciate all the help I can get. read more

Horrible customer service. Guy helping sells me a box that is too small to ship my card, trinket, and gift card box to my grandparents. The lady has the audacity to then try and fold my card because the box is too small. Really? Then why did the cashier sell me a too small box? Ya not going there again. Attitude all the way. read more

Terrible customer service. I posted a gift to Redlands. It cost me $12.75 with a small box. I posted this gift on Feb 28th and the recipient never received the gift. I check back with the lady and she told me she would have her manager call me. I never received a call from anyone. I checked with my local Hesperia post office and they never received my box to ship. These people blamed the Post office and just told me it's out of their hands. I'm out the money spent on my friends gift and my friend lost out on a great gift. I will never use this place again. read more

The most friendly people and the best service by far. It is so convenient and the choices make it so simple to send anything out. I walked in with a gift for my grandma and they wrapped it, packed it and shipped it all in one trip. I ship FedEx for work and they charge to come pick it up. It's so convenient to pop in and I know they will get my packages where they need to get to. Highly recommended read more

Our family has been shipping packages at Oak Hills Postal for several years. After our mail boxes got broken into, we go a box here as well. I wish we had done it sooner. The staff is wonderful and caring. They call us by name and go out of their way to be helpful. I love how they have added special touches like shelving and decorations. It is just a great, small town business. Seems like it belongs on "When Calls the Heart"! read more

Yes, base rates are marked up. That is how they make money. They are in business to make money and nobody is entitled to free service. With that said, they are doing a great job. If you enjoy the convenience of not driving 15 minutes to an actual FedEX, UPS or USPS, then you have to pay a little more. No big deal. read more

The base rates are marked up. The last 2 times I went it was over 30 bucks to ship. It should have only cost about half of that. It just feels like your getting ripped off when you compare them to the post office, ups, FedEx and postal annex. read more

I would give this service a 10+. Always very friendly Never had a problem with mail receiving or shipping.

This shop is so convenient. The staff is very efficient and friendly. I'm so happy that we have a postal store that knows what there doing and is so close to home. And I never have to wait more then a minute in line read more

Accidentally took a UPS package to them that was pre labeled and they are not a UPS pickup location. They went out of their way and made sure my package got into the appropriate hands. My son just dropped it at the counter before they knew it was a UPS label he was gone. Thanks to a reliable service they provide I have never lost a package and I ship a lot of eBay items. Thank you Oak Hills Postal for always taking care of my shipping needs. read more

Thank you Oak Hills Postal for taking care of our mail and just being here for the residents of Oak Hills. The Hesperia Post Office is a place I DO NOT wish to deal with, so Thanks for making our life a little better. read more

To the guy who says we lost 2 packages and are sloppy....... we made every effort to help you. The package was lost by the postal service which they called you and admitted that directly to you. I was standing there at the hesperia post office when they called you and told you they made a mistake . We take our business very very serious as this is how we feed our families . You came in using every curse word you knew with aggression and demeaned all of us and YET!!!! We never once disrespected you. We never raise our voice and continued being kind . Your probably not use to that type of reaction when you treat people like that. I hope you fine a better mail service that can accommodate your behavior . You may contact the hesperia post office as they told you on the phone that THEY WERE THE ONES WHO LOST IT!! my name is Gene , please feel free to ask for me I'd love to meet you. I hope your Happy new year is a blessed one for you personally ! read more
