I recently used Postal Annex to send a package through UPS. It did not arrive when expected and I lost my receipt. I called Postal Annex and asked if they could look up the tracking # for me. Deanna cheerfully gave me the tracking # and offered to look it up herself. Long story short, she opened a claim with UPS on my behalf in order to find where my package was. A few days after, the package arrived at its destination. Through the whole process, Deanna kept me informed and even tried to obtain a refund for me. Although UPS did not agree to a refund, the kind, considerate and professional service I received from this young lady far exceeded my expectations in customer service. She truly went above and beyond and I am very appreciative and impressed!

American Pacific Transportation knew first hand about the damages they had done and would not make it right. They said they were veteran owned and operated. The guys that they had emptying the truck said they were picked up from Home Depot. (Nothing against day laborers, just they said they were not veterans) I would avoid this company. We paid a lot of money to be treated disrespectfully and have our items ruined.

To file, you need to list each item, its original and replacement cost, weight but you cannot save the file. If each box had 20 items, I would need to list those details for 740 items WITHOUT SAVING. When I read the reviews for the company where you need to file a claim agains American Pacific, it was clear that the company was a scam. In one review, the customer filed a claim for $8000. They received $72. None of 10 attorneys have responded to my 1-page summary of the disaster. There is no hope for consumers. Are you moving? Rent a moving truck and move your stuff yourself! I wish I had!
