I've been to this location many, many times. The employees are friendly and efficient. There's a…read morekiosk now for quick Amazon returns and UPS drop-off which saves a lot of time if you don't want to wait in line or if you're in a hurry. I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.
