I recently used Postal Annex to send a package through UPS. It did not arrive when expected and I lost my receipt. I called Postal Annex and asked if they could look up the tracking # for me. Deanna cheerfully gave me the tracking # and offered to look it up herself. Long story short, she opened a claim with UPS on my behalf in order to find where my package was. A few days after, the package arrived at its destination. Through the whole process, Deanna kept me informed and even tried to obtain a refund for me. Although UPS did not agree to a refund, the kind, considerate and professional service I received from this young lady far exceeded my expectations in customer service. She truly went above and beyond and I am very appreciative and impressed!

I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.

I had to return a pair of loafers that I bought from Amazon. Staples was one of the options to…read moreaccept Amazon returns for free without the need for me to package the item or do anything else... just bring it to Staples. Hence, I am here. I arrived around 7:00 PM with my loafers in a box. Lady behind the counter scanned my QR code and the item. She printed my receipt plus $10 off any $30 purchase. It was quick and easy. Of course I couldn't pass up on the discount offer. So I walked around the store to see if there was anything I need. I saw some food containers that would have come in handy. However, they ran out of the lower cost ones and I didn't want to spend double to get less containers. I ended up buying a wall charger, a car charger, a Takeya 64 oz water bottle, and some sandwich zip lock bags. I didn't leave the store until 5 minutes till closing time. Yes, it took me a while to choose my items LOL. Staff was pleasant and patient. Store was clean and organized. However, there were a few aisles that were out of stock on things. The discounted or sale items were scattered a little bit. Anyway, I will definitely reuse Staples for Amazon returns in the future. Thank you!
