This post office is the most beautiful and meticulous clean postal office I've ever visited. I was very impressed with the decor and the friendliest of the staff was welcoming. I was helped right away and it took less than 5 mins to package my things and sent it off. I was given a receipt with a tracking number. If I was given a survey, I would give this place a 10/10. Of course I would recommend this location my friends and family.

When I first moved up here these folks helped me transfer my mail in one simple visit. They have two adorable cats that you can smother every time you come. The workers are extremely friendly and take their jobs very seriously. After all this is mail we're talking about. They print labels for free and always offer to add some tape to my packages if it looks like I did a crap job at taping. No one these days offer this kind of service. FedEx, UPS, USPS are always nickel and diming their customers on tape and labels You need this in your life if you're new to the neighborhood. Especially when you don't want to drive all the way to kohls for 11 boxes of Amazon returns. Highly recommend oak hills postal for all your mailing needs.

I asked for the rest of my money back, which would be four months rent that they owe me. I went in and asked for it and they said that because people don't pay their rent there, I can't give you the money back, but please come back at the end of the month. I will ask my brother if it's OK if I can give you your money back that's four months rent that they owe me and I am still trying to collect it. It's poor management and very unfair practice. I would not recommend anyone using this place because of their unfair, practice of not giving back what is owed to the customer when it's asked for.i went n again to talk to ricks wife and she wasn't there i called again and his wife wasn't there then i was told she contacted me about my refund and i never got a called and y then Rick tells Me that she will only give back some of the money not all of it I was only asking for the august thru November months which would come to 80$ if rick values customer service I find this very unfair customer service that every time I try to ask for his wife she seems to always be gone then Rick says there were notes left that she checked into the post office about refund and he said he couldn't understand what she was talking about. Well, yes there is just a partial refund allowed back to me August through November which would come to $80 because it is $20 a month too rent one of the post boxes Resolved Ok Annie call me explain rules of post office and apparently u are not allowed full refunds so this is how the government works on keeping money that is right fully the customers and I find n future to never pay ahead on post office boxes she was very kind about the whole situation and has been resolved
