We have used them to ship from our LA county warehouse to various locations in LA county, San Bernardino County, Orange County and a few times to San Diego County! It usually gets there same day! How's that for speed? I don't believe the three other carriers I mentioned have same day delivery. At least not for the prices that Jet gives. Their website is way easy to use. You can easily quote and track shipments. Office staff is always friendly when I call with questions. Drivers are always friendly when picking up. Actually, they have done a few customer returns to our facility as well. Always quick service. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating for me is that because on one occassion, they sent a smaller vehicle than what was requested, so our items could not be picked up. It was time sensitive, and it did affect our sale. We understand that mistakes happen. They are still very reliable and we will continue to use them.
