I had to fight with them every step of the way - from signing up a contract, to actually getting your cargo delivered. And of course, they made up their own numbers on the actual cargo weight, delayed the shipping with 3 months (this without ever informing me that there is a delay and the cargo has not even left the port of origin!) and found ways to collect extra fees that are not part of the contract. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip.
