I sent a priority mail from this post office they gave me a tracking number on the receipt you can…read morenot read it I been over there 3 times she is no help at all she told me to call the post office in called they told me to take it back to them I did they are no help why are they still in business

First off I'm the kind of individual who minds her own business and treats everyone with respect. I…read morethought it was something I said or did that made her treat me with such hostility. I thought, well maybe she's having a bad day so I bit my lip and left. This is In a weeks period. I went back to send a package out for my neighbor whom is not doing to well and her attitude was just as bad, the worse part was had my two grandkids with me and my grandson asked her a question and she looked at him and didn't say a word. I responded , excuse me, where does he put the package, and she rudely responded "it's marked over there, you see it" and just huffed and my 13 yr old grandson says " what the heck is her problem" and she looked at me and said " you don't have to come here, go somewhere else" and as we're pulling out she comes out and snaps a picture of my car. I then looked at reviews to see if she had any reviews that could explain her arrogant, horrible attitude. Well what I saw was that she is not a very nice person. You can look for yourself. I'm assuming if you are a employee of a federal job you would have to follow all hiri g rules, be experienced, take the required exams. She clearly has know experience . Her father is the owner of the building and owns the store next to post office. Can he hire his daughter with out her following the federal usps requirements. And not to mention you never know if it's open, I would think a federal employee working for uses is required to work 8 to 12 hours. She has never stayed open after 4. 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is her usual quiting time. Look at the reviews left by others , I'm not alone ! Lake Los Angeles has been my home for 25 years and I've never encountered a awful situation like this one. I will not go back there ever again, I would rather take a 25minute drive to the next town which is littlerock for my postal service services. Appreciate your time

I was looking for notary services and this location came up as the closest to my place, so I was…read morerelieved by how convenient it seemed. I checked online, confirmed they offered notary, and saw an option to schedule an appointment so I booked one for 1:30pm. Since I needed the service urgently I did try calling to see if they could take me sooner, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. I was already passing through the area, so I decided to drop by anyway. That's when I saw a sign on the door stating they weren't offering notary services that day. I went in and explained that I had an appointment scheduled, and was told the person who normally handles notary wasn't in. When I mentioned that their online booking tool had shown availability, the staff (which were 3 people) didn't seem aware that customers could even schedule appointments through the UPS website. One woman did show genuine concern that no one had answered my calls and said they were likely busy at the time, which I understand. My main feedback is that the team should know what services their website is advertising, especially when customers are booking appointments for services that aren't actually available that day. Tracking incoming calls better would also save people a wasted trip. However I'd like to add tho that the woman who helped me was polite and apologetic, so I'm not upset about it. She even helped me locate another UPS store so I could get what I needed which was very much appreciated.

the customer services is ass at this UPS. Idk if it's father and son that work there but I was…read morereturning a shipped item and following the instructions from the vender. When they both gave me an attitude about the item, how it came(in a box) and I told them i'm returning the item as it came, as in structure in the email. They continued to say bs about my item being nicely packaged, the way it actually came. I just looked at them and told them, How am I suppose to know that I don't work here y'all do, so this attitude is for what reason I have done nothing to you, I'm just trying to return the item. And that was the first time it's always like that I've given this place too many chances. GET NEW EMPLOYEES @UPS
