This was by FAR the worst experience ever truly disappointing. I mailed 23 letters with a small charm and ensured everything was correct and the weight was under. I even asked the worker and was approved. Turns out all the charms were removed and all the letters were damaged. HOW DO I GET MY CHARMS BACK if they were removed. Store owner needs to see this. You need to talk to your employees and make sure they understand that getting people out the door is always number 1 priority no matter what. If there is a long line focus on that first before wandering off doing side tasks and side quests. Every time it never fails the employees don't prioritize the long line and getting people out the door. Also another tip if there is a long line split the line in 2, one for just drop offs/amazon returns and another for paying for new shipments. read more

Every time I go there, I always get good service and when I go and drop off multiple inverters to be shipped back to the manufacturers, I never have an issue. This is one of the good stores. read more

Showed with an Amazon return. I was returning a package I bought from Amazon, the was about 4' long and about 5" square. I showed with the box packed back in the same box it was delivered in. Even had the copy of the picture the driver when he dropped it off. As I showed the printed return paperwork I received from Amazon I was told by Harry, the owner as he called himself that I would need to purchase a box to return it in. I was rather confused by this as it was already in a box, the same box Amazon mailed it to me. I explained this to him and he said, no, it's not the same box. Excuse me id, but yes it as and how would you know if it wasn't? I then showed him the picture of the box with the shipping label that was on it when it was mailed to me. Still he insisted that I purchase another box which cost me $11 to return an item again in the same box it was sent to me in. He wouldn't explain anything to me and I was in a position where I was stuck, I need to send it out and had already given him the box and he had scanned it in so it could be mailed back BEFORE he told me about the extra $11 charge for the box. read more

I always come here to drop off items , and never once I had issue to use their tape and all of a sudden..This new guy is telling me I can't use a bit of their tape and I have to buy a 5$ new roll from them to tape my item. read more

I've used the service at this UPS store several occasions and even when there's a line it's not that long to get to the counter. The gentlemen there have always been very courteous to me and it's been a pleasure to come back to this location and time and time again. The only complaint I would have is I wish there was more parking available but that is not at the control of the people at the store. read more

Came here to return an Amazon order and they gave me the hardest time. I have returned a few items before and every UPS store always helps out and is willing to help pack it up and label it for me whenever it's from Amazon. The instructions for this one specifically said to have them scan my return for the label and that they will put it on for me. So I come here for the first time because I was in the area for ramen next door, and they tell me they can't do it for me. They said I need to put the label on. I don't have the label because it needs to be done by them. I can't even pull up any label if I wanted to. They told me to pack it up and come back or told me to buy some labels and envelopes form the store and then I can do it. They were so confused and made me look like I didn't know what I was doing. Harry is always on a power trip. If you don't want to take amazon returns then don't be contracted to take them. I have had multiple things scanned but not got my money back because amazon didn't get them because harry gets mad he hs to put them in the clear bag and tape them. I think he really hates his job and customer service is probably not the job for him because it is frequent and with multiple people so not just a one off. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to pick up a package that was delivered to their store and they claimed they did not have the package. I showed them the proof of delivery to employee Gagan at 11am and they said they did not have the package. I asked if they had an employee by that name and they said yes. The manager was very rude, yelling at me, and stated he couldn't do anything to help. Poor customer service. I will never come back to this location. He did not try to look for it or ask the employee if he remembers receiving anything at 11. He is very degrading, unprofessional. The place did not look organized at all. If they were respectful, offered solutions, I would respect their business but they lost all respect and need to work on managing their emotions and yelling at people. read more

All the people complaining are the same ones that do not know how to read simple instructions and cannot follow them. I was at this store one time where these dumb customers where trying to ship back a bicycle and they got so angry theUPS staff was not disassembling it for them or finding a box big enough and shipping it back. How ridiculous is that! I have never had any issues here at all. I have a P.O. Box here and again never an issue. Always so helpful. I came to drop off a package and the person at the counter was extremely rude. He looked at my package, which was in the same condition as it was originally delivered to me, and said it was not packaged correctly and that I needed to go to the post office. I told him that my package was ready, besides the fact that he needed to give me a sleeve to slap on the label. I routinely do returns at UPS and they never give me any trouble. However this man continued to make excuses to not help. I'm very disappointed in his behavior and would like someone to train him better. Rude and arrogant I believe all the other posts about this business. Had a store issue and wanted to make a complaint. Called back to the store asked for the managers name. They wouldn't gif rat to me unless I gave them my name first. Have the guy my name and asked if he was the owner or manager and he gave me a bogus name. My wife called and he told her the owners name was Harry. I brought a item in I needed to return to a vendor and they told me they wouldn't give me "my receipt" unless I left with a bag I brought in saying they couldn't throw it in the trash. Imagine not giving me my legal receipt for my items as a vendor that need to be returned legally. They are a contracted vendor and threatened to hold on to my personal property. If this happens again I'll have legal deal with it. I do believe they have some intolerant staff here just like the other post. read more

I just visited this location. One person working with numerous people waiting in there. After standing in the hot store about to pass out because it's so incredibly hot in there. Then when it was my turn, I stepped up and handed Gagan my 3 items. One had a return label and the other two needed to be shipped. Instead of continuing with my check out. He went to the lady behind me and said, return only. And then scanned her package, not a big deal. Then he says it to the next guy as I am literally about to pass out because it is so hot in the store. Absolutely the worst customer service! Drive the extra miles for a better experience, because this guy does not deserve your business. Not to mentioned he charge the guy before me 4.99 to scan a page into a jump drive. read more

The service very bad A month ago I made a claim (Late shipment and lost items and double pay custom fees) base on that, they already did all the investigations with the shipment of what was lost and they came to the conclusion that by mistake they charged me double the customs fee, they tell me that I have to go to the store to look The agreement with the credit and now they say that I have to wait more days and make another claim and see what they decide to do. I've been supporting Harry and his establishment since they've opened. Sadly today will be the last day. I've spent hundreds of dollars at the particular location for my business needs. Today I spent $50 just for black and white prints. I asked Harry the owner if the printer machines can 3- hole punch my prints, Harry then directs me to the far printer next to the entrance . Im assuming since he directed me there my prints would now come out hole punched. 300 prints later nothing is hole punched so I asked Harry if he can hole punch my items, Harry then passes me the smallest 3-hole puncher and expected me to sit there and hole punch all 300 sheets in tiny stacks when I specifically asked him if the machine would do it. Seriously Harry? I asked Harry for a refund but he refused. Harry, you lost a life long customer today. read more

I am so happy a UPS Store is in walking distance from me. It's my one stop for work purposes but my main purposes is my bullet journals. The quality of prints and prices is so reasonable. Much cheaper than using my home printer. I love that you can pretty much go make copies, mail packages and fax all in one stop. And no lines. Service is top notch! read more
