Happened to come in during a bit of a rush a few days ago. Staff is friendly and has a good atmosphere, but there was a considerable wait time due to the older guy. It's not the biggest issue, but sometimes he can talk too much instead of getting customers in and out like some of us would like. Or he'll just flat out ignore us. I actually waited to let someone go before me so I could be helped by Brian who was very quick and was working through the line pretty well. Towards the end, Winter came and assisted with the line too. I've seen her a few times, and she's always been helpful and sweet too. read more

I had to return a large order from Amazon; 70 pairs of dance gloves that Amazon decided to split into 10 different return labels. Winter, a clerk at UPS, was so sweet and was able to help me count and pack each return. Although she had a long line, and was already closed, she took her time to get my returns done correctly. I told him my situation and he made me an appointment within the hour. We got there at the designated time and Kevin was waiting. Horrible service I opened a po box and they gave a box that was already in use, then had to change out my box and went in multiple times before they found the keys to my new box. While waiting for mail, it showed delivered on tracking but was misplaced by the ups store. Asked to cancel my box since i have not been able to use it and when mail was sent they lost it. Owner would not refund or credit anything. The contract is only 15 days old. What a waste of time and money. Stay away from this place read more

UPS Stores set their own Prices. This one on Tierra Subida is INSANE. They wanted to charge me $140 to send an 11 pound box across the country. It was my smallest of a total of 4. I didn't wait around to hear the prices of the 3 larger boxes. This was for the cheapest GROUND Shipping. I walked out. Went home. Logged into Pirate Shipping dot Com and printed a UPS Ground Label for $27.84. I can drop it off tomorrow. This Store is Ripping people off. read more

UPS CUSTOMER BEWARE if you think you're getting a free service by picking up a package at a UPS access point instead of a delivery you are mistaken. This store will hold your package for a $5 ransom even after showing them proof of free shipping/delivery fees. Opt in to get your package delivered to your door instead. read more

I am renting mail box in this location, and the price goes up every year. What doesn't go up is the quality of service. Btw, I am not rating the staff of the location, I am rating the management. It doesn't care about customers. My stars are for the fact that I am paying money for getting my mail, but I have to stand in line, which very often is so long that it goes out on the street. I shouldn't have to stand for 20-30 minutes in the heat of the sun in the summer and freezing wind in the winter to get my damn package from the mailbox that costs me $168 for six months! I suggested to the manager to create separate line for their ridiculous Amazon consumers, but nothing has been done. Ever since UPS picked up a contract with Amazon, the service at this facility is severely frustrating. I should not stand in the same line with hundreds of the compulsive buyers that return their junk all day long. Now, this is about these ridiculous Amazon consumers. Yes, ridiculous! They drag their unwanted crap they constantly buying on Amazon unpackaged, unsealed without boxes or bags into UPS. They pour it on the counter, underwear, pajamas, toys, makeup, I see everything, and they have nerves to complain about paying for sealing tape! They make everyone in line wait, including their own kind, simply because they are too lazy to pack their crap at home or too cheap to go buy sealing tape. Some have 20 to 100 items they are returning! And I have to stand in line waiting when all their stuff will be sorted, packaged, labels printed. While I just want to pickup my one package for which pickup I already paid with my mail box rent. Honestly in my opinion, this store is too small to handle Amazon returns. Their floor is full of boxes with returns, you can't even see the floor. They have to put incoming packages out in the customer waiting area and walkway to mailboxes, and it is a hazard! I almost tripped over a package that was waiting outside the counter for pick up. They don't have room to move and constantly looking for things. The space behind the counter looks like hoarders place. Good grief! Hey management of UPS Tierra Subida location, are you hearing me!? Make separate line for Amazon returns! Your counter right across from the front door can be their spot. They can hang out there and share their stories of endless buying and returning. If they don't bother to pack their returns, then they are the ones that should wait on the street in the cold or heat, not me! I want to get in and get my package in 5 minutes tops, because I am paying you for that! read more

Very unprofessional customer service. Went to return a box for Amazon and was told they charge for taping. Which I completely understand nothing is free in life. However, they don't allow you to use the tape and tape it yourself. The employee that first assisted me didn't know how to tape a box and left my box half open. So I grabbed the tape and taped it myself nicely. While I was taping Elizabeth another employee rudely took the tape from my hand and said one tap is $1.10, assuming I wasn't going to pay. I was upset and very shocked for Elizabeth attitude because I wasn't done paying. read more

Probably the worst UPS store in the AV. Rude employees with no regard to anyone's time. Long wait times and most of it is due to the fact that there's no drop off table/box - everyone has to stand in a long line of annoyed customers. When I asked where's the stop off area, Sheor (Shay?) in particular unpleasantly told me to get in line with everyone else and wait for my turn (for a receipt less drop off ). I left and drove to the UPS store in Lancaster where I was ably to easily drop off my boxes in a designated area. I barely come here to do my returns from Amazon but I try not to use UPS because they try to make a buck with anything. I wished I had taken the guy who was "helping" me with my return but he definitely was not helpful at all. By box packaging needed just 1 strip of tape and he was charging me $1 for 1 strip of 12" tape over the box. He was also telling me he couldn't scan my shipping label and that he also need to charge me to reprint and I asked him to rescan it and it worked! But I refused to pay that $1 service fee just to get that 1 strip of tape. I bought myself a whole roll of tape for $1. I went to another UPS for the same item return and they scanned the shipping label and taped my package with no problem. I hope management knows what's happening in this location. read more

I really wish I could leave 0 stars i was at home my wooden door was open which means I would of heard if someone knocked they didn't but left a note on my door for me to come pick up my package the next day ups is bullshit there's been times they pull up drop my package on the door step and freaking leave i know cause im home here the package drop then hear a truck pull off i call to complain and the hr department argues with me telling me my driver would never do that ive road with him before well of course he wouldn't do it while your with him but you can't tell me when your not with him he follows all the rules i need to find out how to request FedEx when im online shopping because ups is bullshit read more
