Went here for some ink finger print cards. That service went awesome. However, I needed to mail them certified mail/return receipt. This was on a Friday morning, when they opened. The lady said the items would be mailed out the day as I had requested. Being that these items needed to be somewhere pretty quickly, I tracked them via the Certified Mail receipt. Saturday-no tracking, Sunday, no tracking, Monday-no tracking, Tuesday-no tracking, Wednesday-Lancaster post office received the item. This item took 5-days for them to mail out for me, which severely delayed my fingerprints getting where they needed to go. Long story short: Go here is you need in rolled finger prints Don't go here if you need to mail anything out. read more

very disappointed with them i ship a ton of fedex and ups packages daily and now they want to charge me an extra $1.00 fee per package to scan them after i pay a ton of shipping in the first place. this is absolutely horrible and i will not return there ever again. i called ups and they told me this is fraud on there part. beware read more

Unfortunately there's not a rating lower than 1 star. Deceptive, misleading business. "Service Charges" for utility payments are not disclosed until you make the payment. They "might take a day or so to post the payment ". Argumentative and lot's of cynical comments toward "customer". Save yourself a headache. Use online services, post office, Wal-Mart, or any of dozens of other "Mail/Utility" businesses in the area. This place is bad news. read more

Chose this establishment because of its Yelp reviews and am incredibly disappointed by the experience. According to the pension company that I submitted the documents too, the Jurat that Mail and More prepared for me was incorrectly filled out. I thought that Mail and More would simply replace their mistake.Instead the gentleman who was helping me waited till we re did the documents to tell me that I was going to be charged again and that the national company who requested refused to accept the original Jurat was incorrect in doing so. I had done some research and referenced the website for the National Notary Association. According to the site all Jurats need to be signed by both the notary and the signer. The clerk who was helping me disagreed. Being as I've already lost my husband and have spent countless hours dealing with mountains of paperwork involved in settling his estate I didn't have the heart to debate him. So sucked it up and payed double just so I wouldn't have to make a 3rd trip and spend even more time to get this paperwork filled out correctly. Again really underwhelmed by my experience with this establishment, had I known that they were going to double charge me for what I was told was a mistake on their part, I would have never come back, which I certainly will not do after this incredibly negative experience. read more

I have been a long time customer of this place. After reading the most recent review from a guy named Daryl- I find it comical that he is blaming the merchant for a credit card reversal issue when we all know that reversals can take up to 10 business days and why didn't he call his bank in the first place? Like most people do when error occur- It sounds like the merchant did what he was suppose too and Daryl was trying to come up on extra cash... First for those of you that do not know there is a process anytime you use your credit card and there is an error by the merchant. The merchant must dispute a charge with their credit card processor and then the Federal Reserve must release the funds A merchant cant simply reverse a charge its up to the banks! The reason there is a process is because it's to avoid customers taking advantage of the system. For example: if the merchant charged this Daryl's card and then turned around and gave this guy cash the same day- then Daryl would have been able to also dispute the charge on the card and get the bank to add money back to his bank too- Thus resulting in good old Daryl getting 1200 back instead of 600. This was a know terrorist practice which again is why THERE IS A PROCESS......OH good old Daryl....your post was truly amuzing....but regardless of your feedback let's look at the facts people....this merchant has been in business for many many years... they have not only helped me pay my bills, get my packages shipped in time, and have helped me and so many more people in so many ways.... They offer honest and fair business practices with 99.9% customer satisfaction (excluding- Good old Daryl's experience) AV Mail N More - Thank you for making me a satisfied customer!!!! I have been a resident for a very long time, longer than any of the people working at AV Mail N More and many of the newbies moving in. In that time, I have supported many small businesses and have been a very hardworking member of this community. I definitely feel I have the right to share bad customer service when I experience it repeatedly. I agree with you Bill. This place is terrible, and it took me a few visits to notice the repeated and increasingly annoying business practices. Posting a written sign on your door in the middle of open business hours that says 'Be Back in 5-10 (minutes),' and you are closed for more than 30, does not seem like a good business practice. There was a line of people waiting outside before I made the smart decision of leaving. I saw one of your would-be customers drive away. Too bad you lost some business. Probably not the first time. Second offense was visiting this place multiple times BEFORE closing time, and lo and behold, it is closed. Well, the girl says, we have the right to close whenever we want. Okay, that may be true, but why post the deceptive hours outside then. I have the right to go somewhere else too. I'll be visiting UPS from now on. They are ALWAYS reliable. Needed a notary right at closing time for my elderly mom. He was so patient and kind, friendly and sociable. We arrived rushed and disorganized, but he calmly and efficiently helped us sort through the documents to make sure we had all the right ones. He had a place for mom to sit comfortably while we did business. He does (in theory) close at 6:00 not 6:30 (as posted in yelp). But I called ahead and he graciously stayed a little later to serve us. read more

This place is Amazing.. I have been there more than once, and the employees there are really nice. They are very fair, and there notary service Is even better.. There prices are very just.. and I have never had a problem with it. Most best notary place to go to..to send anything..they even make keys for you and I got one done from them..the employees do it "perfectly".
