    As the property owner, I have repeatedly contacted your office regarding a tenant whose water…read moreaccount has accumulated approximately $500 in unpaid charges. According to your records, the account was scheduled for service disconnection on June 21, 2026. Despite this, water service has remained active, allowing the balance to continue increasing while I, as the property owner, am ultimately being held financially responsible. I have repeatedly asked Palmdale Water District why service has not been disconnected as scheduled and why I am expected to continue assuming liability for a delinquent tenant's ongoing water usage. To date, no representative has provided a clear or valid explanation. In addition to the billing issue, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. During my attempts to resolve this matter: I spoke with a customer service representative identified as SABRINA, who disconnected my call on three separate occasions. When I called back, my calls were not properly addressed and I was instead transferred into a general queue without assistance. I left a voicemail for Supervisor JUDITH HERNANDEZ, but discovered that calling her extension results in the line being automatically disconnected. Despite my efforts, I have received no return call, no acknowledgment of my concerns, and no meaningful assistance. The lack of communication, failure to follow your own service disconnection procedures, and poor customer service have left me with no confidence that this matter will be resolved through normal channels. As a result, I am filing a formal complaint with the California State Water Resources Control Board regarding Palmdale Water District's failure to address this issue and its continued practice of allowing delinquent accounts to accumulate while property owners bear the financial burden.
