Instead of handling the repair with concern and urgency, it felt like management became upset that the repair even had to be addressed, which made the situation even more frustrating. While the homes and apartments are nice, the management experience has not been positive. I believe tenants deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and timely responses when serious maintenance and safety concerns are reported.
