123 Rental is a good company overall and offers a large selection of nice homes and apartments. The properties themselves are well-maintained and comfortable. However, my experience with the office management, particularly with Dana, has been very disappointing. Communication from management has often been rude and unprofessional. There were times when my rent balance was adjusted in a way that made it difficult to stay current, which caused unnecessary stress. Whenever I tried to discuss concerns or ask questions, I felt I was spoken to disrespectfully. One of the biggest issues involved the flooring in my apartment. The wood flooring had started coming up and became unsafe. I reported the issue after my daughter fell and injured her arm because of the condition of the floor. Instead of handling the repair with concern and urgency, it felt like management became upset that the repair even had to be addressed, which made the situation even more frustrating. While the homes and apartments are nice, the management experience has not been positive. I believe tenants deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and timely responses when serious maintenance and safety concerns are reported. This company by far is the complete worst! The house we rent has mold, leaking ceiling when it rains, some type of issue with a water pipe because every time we shower the carpet in the room has a wet spot, and the a/c doesnt work. We put in maintenance orders over and over again to no avail. Every time we contacted them or checked the order they would say someone came and fixed it which was an utter lie. The house would get up to 110 degrees in summer, the wet carpet stinks. One time they sent a repair man for a broken front yard water pipe, they fixed it but now the water faucet in the backyard doesnt work. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They raise the rent but they dont fix anything. Definitely stay away from them, a lawsuit is ready to happpen. read more

Scam! We have dealt with companies like this before, and all they want is your personal information and your money for bogus listings. Also be aware they are using Zillow as a "Verified" business under the name 123rent.com, which they never responded there either. \I am starting not to trust Zillow because of companies like this. Dealt with Laura Solis. Looking for a rental home and it is not easy right now and they know it. They ask for everything. They already had my credit , bank statements pay stubs all of it never did I question why they need it. Then she requested a copy of my social security card. I said you have all my info, I said I was worried about fraud because I dealt with a shady ad previously and what did she need my card for when she already had all of my info. Didn't address my concern just said ok we'll move on to the next person. I would not like to deal with a person or company like this. Same office/location that handles 123rent.com Terrible service with people who are not willing to do proper work, in my opinion. Went in 2015, went to go look at a house, put in $120 worth of applications. Takes multiple calls to get anything rolling; If you don't call, don't count of getting a rental, as your application will be buried. After multiple MULTIPLE calls, very little communication effort of their end. We were the first people to put in an application on the home and we didn't get it because, instead of calling us and talking to us, the lazy Latina woman that does the financials to see if you qualify decided to take it upon herself to GUESS and pull numbers out of her behind to come up with the ridiculous monthly spending total. 4 applicants, so she ASSumed 4 car payments, 4 monthly gas totals, even more ridiculous child costs, etc. So we ended up NOT getting the house, because the actual owner thought we didn't have enough to pay. WORTHLESS company, horrible employees. $120 down the drain for THEIR incompetence. Keep your money and go elsewhere. read more

HORRIBLE customer service and extremely unprofessional and unorganized staff. Went to view a rental property and applied for tenancy. Had to provide a lot of documentation, make copies, etc. Not to mention I had to pay some outrageous "application fee." They don't return phone calls or emails. The very next day after I applied, I got a phone call from them telling me someone had already rented the property. But they still allowed me to provide all of my private information as well as my financial information. How did they take my money, application and other documents knowing full well the property had already been rented out? Don't waste your time with these people. I can't speak for the whole office but the lady that handled my call was absolutely rude! I called to inquire on a rental that just went up. It took multiple times for me to call to actually get through to anyone. Than the lady answers and tells me the house is available but there's tenants still there and she can put me on a waiting list to view the home. I asked if she knew when that may happen because I'm running out of time to find a new place. She said no mam like I said I can add you to the waiting list. I said Oh OK thank you and she hung up!! This property management company deserves negative stars. I have been very eager to get an apartment through them and the service from the beginning has been complete shit. The ladies at the front desk are rude. They do not answer the phones, they do not communicate, and they give attitude for no apparent reason. I just so happen to work in property managent and real estate. I can't believe the people who get hired and represent companies they do not own and did not work hard to establish. I don't know who Barbra and Devy are. But if this is how your employees treat potential residence, I can only imagine how they treat current residence. This is a lawsuit ready to happen. I've lived in one of the properties for a month now and I absolutely love it. The place is a bit older but it's so quaint and perfect for a single college student. All of my neighbors are super friendly and they don't bother me at all. When I was in the process of renting the unit, there was some concern over my age and sense of responsibility but I got the place. When the woman from the office called to tell me I was approved for the unit, she sounded just as excited as I felt. They are great over at the office and very friendly. If there was such a thing as negative stars this place and their customer service would get it. My husband and I are Marine Corps veterans and have a small baby. The house we we're interested in had absolutely no appliances and I tried to ask the front desk girl if they partnered with a company that we could rent it all from and she said rent a center...like I'm an idiot..and she was rolling her eyes the whole time like I was wasting her time. I never felt so unwelcomed than I did there. I was trying to compose myself to ask her other questions regarding utilities and she was huffin and puffing and rolling her eyes so I walked out in the middle of my own question!! When my husband got there we went back in to fill out a separate application for him and the whole time the women there we're talking shit about the tenants they had. A few phone calls would come in and they would snicker and talk crap about the callers. In Spanish BTW which we understood the whole time but they must not have known! Then a woman came in to drop off an application and after she paid they told her that the place did not have any appliances at all so she didn't want to continue with the process and asked for her check back. When she walked out they immediately started talking shit about her too. So rude! So disrespectful!!
