The last agent we dealt with was a nightmare and we suffered for 6 months because she was too greedy and didn't want to show the house unless she was selling it so she can get all the commission. Joe came to our house prepared for an interview and had a folder in hand to take notes about our house. He told us when we are ready to give him a call. He gave us enough time and didn't pressured us at all. When it was time he came and we signed all the paperwork that needed to be signed for the sale. He sent out a professional photographer to take pictures. My house came out beautiful. We got a lot of interest and plenty of offers for us to decide. The father of my child can be a difficult person but Joe was nice, professional, and very understanding with him.
