This review is long, and specific. The TL;DR is: hire this guy for your REI needs. This is a review for Kenan Shahla. After much disappointing work from my old long-time agent team, I started looking for a more modernized, more put together alternative. Preferably without the 6% pricing. I got all that, and more. Digital signatures sped up the process dramatically, and were available within minutes, instead of days. Moreover, the documents were formatted correctly. No more filling stuff out 3x to "get it right". As an added benefit, I was able to offer buyers (I am primarily a seller now) a comprehensive home warranty, at about half the cost I had been paying previously. Transaction coordinator and Escrow was a flat fee, pictures are included in the listing fee. I ended up selling the rest of my houses with Kenan. Not only did he have his stuff together, his transaction coordinator, photographer, escrow officer, etc were all PROFESSIONAL and timely. I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with not only Kenan's ability to execute, but also the industry pros around him that he chooses to work with. I sell in-depth flips, often times including teardown to the studs and insulation. Kenan himself does flips, so it was great to be able to talk shop and share resources with a realtor who understands not only the selling aspect, but also the buying and overhaul, and networking for other opportunities. Communication was good, calls were either answered or returned in a timely fashion. Offers were filtered so instead of me reading and email and digging through the details on 10 items, I was presented with the summary and needed only review in depth the winning candidate offers. This saved me a lot of time. Negotiation was excellent, even in the face of questionable appraisers (which can be bullheaded and overly defensive). Kenan was aggressive to address issues, but respectful with other agents. Altogether, I have ran over a million $ in listings with Kenan. I was able to save about 25k over the cost for a traditional agent arrangement. My single greatest disappointment is that I had not found Kenan sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money. read more

They responded to my request for a meeting right away. They were very professional as they explained their serices. If you want a simple listing and entry to the MLS with a flat fee this company will save you a lot of money. Plus they offer other services. They are on my list for possible future requests. read more

I met with the Pantheon team several weeks before I finally decided to list my home. They recommend some vendors to help me get my home clean and ready to list. Once listed I worked with Edward. He was very helpful along the way and always quick to respond to my questions. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient ( I had a lot of questions ). My home sold quickly after listing and escrow closed in 30 days and on time. I also worked with Ashley on document preparation and Diane (Open Tree Escrow) for the escrow. Both were awesome and very experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, the whole team made the sale of my home easy and quick. I have already recommended Pantheon Realty to others. Thank you again, Edward to you and your team!! read more

This was my second time using Pantheon realty, this time to sell my home. The sale experience was just as great as the buying experience. I had somewhat of a complicated relocation process involving another company and Pantheon was able to navigate all of the strict requirements without error and maintained communication throughout the process. I was very happy with the list price and their efforts to get the home sold with our best interests in mind at all times; I would highly recommend them for both buying and selling a home. Thanks again Kenan! read more

I was looking to sell my home in California while in Las Vegas. I've been living in Las Vegas for a couple years now. My tenants vacated the property so I had to sell remotely. Kenan was extremely helpful at doing the work for me and I didn't even have to go to California once. Kenan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions about the process and sold my home quickly. If you're looking for results Kenan and Pantheon realty is the way to go read more

Kenan and his team were great work with! We had never sold a home before, and we appreciate how they took their time to help us understand the process. Even when we had to list our house a second time (due to problems with the buyer), we trusted the process and both times we were in escrow within 2 weeks! read more

Hands down one of the most flawless home sales of my life! Have moved quite a few times and decided to go with Pantheon this time! From start to finish I felt immensely taken care of. One of the most important thing when allowing someone to help you buy or sell a house is HONESTY and INTEGRITY! Well, these guys are the epitome of it. In a real estate world where there are sharks around every corner, you almost expect to be taken advantage of. Not with Pantheon. They fight to get you everything you want in one of the most crucial decision of your life, a home purchase/sale! read more

Pantheon Realty and Kenan, personally, they all did an amazing job and was available seven days a week and basically at any time of day. I had questions and then hey were answered promptly. Great service, they follow through on everything they promised. Their low flat rate and savings on the backside of the deal allowed us a wider negotiating range. Edward was honest and straightforward. read more

I highly recommend Kenan and Pantheon Realty. This is the second time I have worked with him and the experience was excellent once again. The first time was 4 years ago to buy a house, he was super easy to work with and I was able to get the perfect house. This time it was to sell a house and again Kenan was amazing to work with. He took care of everything and the best part was the flat rate so I didn't have to pay a higher commission fee. Thank you so much Kenan and everyone at Pantheon Realty. You guys are the best!! read more

We worked with George Sarkis who was 110% supportive, answered our numerous questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. The house sold over the first weekend at $10K over the high asking price. We would highly recommend Pantheon Realty. Given the seller's market and advertising done primarily through the internet with fabulous pictures it made perfect sense to go with a flat rate program. read more

We met Kenan when we requested additional information on a listing we saw on Redfin (no one recommended him to us, and we had no idea who he was). When he talked over the phone with my husband Daniel, he seemed very knowledgeable and had a really great attitude. At that time, we were deciding between going for a new construction or buying something from the market. In the end, when we found a listing that really got our attention, we texted him late at night asking him if he could get us a couple of appointments for the next day. He responded right away and he got the appointments for the next day. When we met him face to face, he was super easy-going, understanding and easy to talk to! We decided we really wanted to make an offfer in one of the houses that had just been listed. He gave us his advice on how much we should offer and what we could ask for. Long story short, we won the bidding war because he worked super fast and basically didn't give the seller a chance to hesitate. We were extremely happy to buy our first home on July 2020 with the best realtor. Kenan made us feel extremely confident all the way through the end of closing. One thing we particularly liked about him, is that he would respond our texts within minutes! :) Thank you so much Kenan! -Dan and Ceci Bishop read more

We were extremely pleased that we chose Pantheon Realty to sell our home. First of all, we saved several thousand dollars with their flat fee listing! Second, Ethan, the agent that helped sell our home was great! He held an open house right away and listed our house on social media, which drew a lot of attention to it. Ethan was great at communicating with us during the whole process and had amazing pictures of our home taken for the listing. He was knowlegeable about the housing market and worked well with the buyer's agent on our behalf. Ethan was awesome and we highly recommend him! read more

Kenan was great throughout the entire process of selling my home. He was always available to answer questions and presented information in a very straight forward and professional manner. Their business strategy has set them apart in the Antelope Valley and you'd be crazy to go with anyone else. read more

Kenan was recommended by a close friend as great agent and with an unbeliableable low commission, he is indeed an excellent agent, Kenan is everything that you expect from a full-price agent and more, he provided an excellent service experience. We went trough some difficult times due to the current situation (Covid19) but Kenan was there every time I needed guidance. He knew we needed to keep buyers, but that we couldn't afford to accept an initial appraisal that came in $30,000.00 short, after a few back-and-forth offers, Kenan guided us to a final sale price that was what we were asking for, thanks to him we were able to save 30K. I recommend Kenan and Pantheon Realty to everyone and can't stop saying great things about them. read more

Edward and Ashley were always very responsive to questions and helpful during our house sale. Edward helped us negotiate a selling price well over asking, as well as a situation with an escrow falling out due to the buyer not coming through on their loan. They handled everything promptly, professionally, and in a timely manner. read more
