They also had an inventory of the home. I changed all the locks because of this. Additionally they new the seller had trashed the home, and instead of canceling the deal they just told us to 'be prepared'. Now i have to sue everyone to get back over 1500 dollars in damages and garbage. There are many companies out there. I just saved you the trouble of trying this one.
