We knew we were upside down in our home, but due to medical issues that were complicated by living in a two-story home, we needed to relocate to a single story home. After meeting with Victoria we decided that doing a Short Sale was our most responsible option. We were trying to honor our responsibility while doing what was best for our family's situation. We had no idea what a Short Sale was and what this course of action would require of us. After Victoria explained the process, we felt confident with our decision. The staff of Select Service immediately went into action. Once our house was put on the market, Victoria and her staff contacted our mortgage company to begin the Short Sale process. The staff at Select Service gave us a thorough list of documents and information that would be needed. Select Service worked closely with our mortgage company to get a short sale approval for our home loan. They also had an inventory of the home. I changed all the locks because of this. Additionally they new the seller had trashed the home, and instead of canceling the deal they just told us to 'be prepared'. Now i have to sue everyone to get back over 1500 dollars in damages and garbage. There are many companies out there. I just saved you the trouble of trying this one.
