The staff of Select Service immediately went into action. Once our house was put on the market, Victoria and her staff contacted our mortgage company to begin the Short Sale process. Additionally, and most odd. they (the Realtor) wanted access to my house, not the previous owner but the Realtor . They also, despite being asked not to, went on property while unsupervised. They also had an inventory of the home. I changed all the locks because of this. Additionally they new the seller had trashed the home, and instead of canceling the deal they just told us to 'be prepared'. Now i have to sue everyone to get back over 1500 dollars in damages and garbage. There are many companies out there. I just saved you the trouble of trying this one.
