Joe came to our house prepared for an interview and had a folder in hand to take notes about our house. He told us when we are ready to give him a call. He sent out a professional photographer to take pictures. My house came out beautiful. We got a lot of interest and plenty of offers for us to decide. The father of my child can be a difficult person but Joe was nice, professional, and very understanding with him.
