They marketed my rental very well so that we had A LOT of potential tenants to choose from. We were able to find great, responsible tenants, which is VERY difficult to do here in the AV. Jon really looks out for the interests of the property owners that hire him to manage their properties. He also looks after the interests of the tenants in order to keep happy customers for the property. Some people complain that Kennedy Management is not friendly enough. I found them to be very business-like. They have VERY high standards for the tenants they rent to, but they also have appropriately high expectations of the property owner. Jon helped make sure that the property was in good condition and that all legal requirements were met. He understands, and helps the owner understand, how to provide a quality property to good tenants so that everybody is happy with the business arrangement and everything goes as smoothly as possible. This is called a win-win situation. I hired them to provide me a service, not be my BFF, and they did an excellent job of managing my rental property. I have had managers in the past that ripped me off with inflated and phony repair bills. Jon did not do that. Jon has people to handle maintenance issues and the costs are very reasonable. One of the things he does is help the owner maintain things so catastrophic failures requiring major repair costs don't occur.
