Things never changed and so our account was moved to another person named Michelle Flanagan. Unfortunately, she is the same. And so as her assistant Marnie Kennedy. These are all very bad customer representatives. They do not return calls and do not care about your business. Marie will write very rude emails to defend her slow actions or whatsoever. Naturally I have come to realize this is a mentality and cultural issues.
