I arrived there for a service as a first-time customer. The place was clean yet cozy. A fan on the floor was blowing toward the customers for comfort. It was nice, and I could tell it was a small, independent business. Various items you could buy were displayed on the walls, such as erasers and writing instruments.; they even had car chargers and sunglasses. The two girls working behind the counter were very friendly and highly professional. I usually carry cash when I patronize small businesses, so I hope the business was grateful for that. Anyway, my business there seemed longer than expected because I had finger issues. However, the young lady did not give up on me. She kept trying, and I appreciated that. Regarding value, they were the cheapest or most affordable in my area for what I needed to get done. The staff refused to process fingerprints. Everything was paid for, all legal documents on hand. They would not process. Negative stars, don't give them your business. read more

I mailed a package from there on a Saturday and it still hasn't been picked up on the following Tuesday! And I paid for the package to arrive between Tues and Thurs! That's stealing money from me since I paid for something I didn't get! I'll never go there again! read more

Walked in so happy and I left upset. Two girls behind the counter.. actually one because one was training kept skipping me for some reason and just kept saying sorry but didn't do anything different. After waiting for about 15 mins I finally started to lose my patience and that's when she actually wanted to start up my process.. I got a mixed price at the end but I didn't even want to pay it because I was so unhappy with the customer service. Very high price for USPS stamps. In light of the Forever Stamps going down in price from .49 to .47 each, it's hard to understand charging $12.00 for a book of 20. That's a very high profit margin, $2.60 for a sheet of 20, an item that takes up very little space. I should not have completed the transaction but did not realize the price until I left the store. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and the store well kept. I will not be going to this Mail store again because who knows what else they may overcharge for. read more
