I came to do my fingerprints and right when they were finishing them the owner walked in and I don't think he knew I was the one doing them. The owner told his employee to charge me more and in his words "but if they complain leave the original price." I complained and they charged me less which shows how this owner only cares about money. He also makes his own prices on shipping.
