The staff here was rude. There was an older gentleman who needed to mail his granddaughter a birthday gift. The staff refused to allow him to mail his items. My husband had even tried to go in to mail for him and they refused him as well just because she knew it was for the older man. I would give this place one star if I could. It took me 3 years to give this place a chance once again. 3 years ago an employee named (Jennifer) just gave me a sassy, bully manner that was enough for me to never go back. But......to my surprise, 3years later (I gave one more chance) they have a new employee called Carmen. Thank God they found someone with great attitude and very helpful. I hope they keep her for ever, because this place needed a person with positive and motivated atmosphere. I will definitely will come back. Neighbors give it a try, Carmen is a great!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS!!! If you can drive elsewhere, please do so. The owner is overly careless and disrespectful just like his employees. Customer service is the worse. Today was second time there and the last. The first time I was using his notary services amd right in the middle of the transaction, his female employee comes in with the phone on her hand and asked him to stop helping so that he can talked to HER mother. I was furious. WTH Second time around just like the first time I walked in, I asked him to wear his mask. I was sending out a box and he put His name as sender rather than asking for mine, I really wanted to scream at him. He was supposed to ask for my name and address as the sender. I have been going here for two decades and it is very convenient. Not only that but they have been very helpful with printing out labels and making sure the packages are sealed and safely mailed. It does cost more but for me it is so worth it. This last tax season I had a challenge with addressing and they gladly and kindly changed the entire package and got it off correctly. No post office would have given the same service. No long lines either. A keeper of a local business. read more

Poor customer service. I am not sure if the young lady who works in there is the owner but if she is not, she needs to be written up. She's always on personal calls. Does not acknowledge you when you come through the door. Takes your packages and you have to initiate conversation. It's unprofessional and UPS and any other vendor should think twice about having their logo associated with this store. read more

NEVER EVER EVER EVVVVER MAIL ANYTHING FROM HERE OR FEDERAL EXPRESS!! The damn kid never taped my package shut so my husbands traditional Scottish KILT was "lost in transit". Federal express did NOTHING to make it right and I had to threaten legal action for this owner to call me back. I tried to give this place a chance multiple times and shame on me. The first visit I did was great when I had to get a notary done. The second time I went in they CHARGED ME $16 for an envelope with a retainer! That weighed .5 oz in a little envelope. I watched as the girl behind the counter selected the MOST expensive selection on the screen. The second package I was mailing weighed .94oz in which she tried to charge me $102!!! The man sat behind the counter eating his pizza in front of the customers while they overcharged. This place is just as bad as the reviews say. I told her I wouldn't be paying $102 for an item that's worth $8. He said, "Okay, charge her $8". How does that make any sense?!? Only thing this store is good for is dropping off packages but don't pay them! Make sure you take care of it at home before you go in. I hate leaving bad reviews and the first one I've had to do, but this place is a joke. It's sad how they tried to charge me $102 for an $8 item. This place is ran by a scam artist. Extremely pleased with this place. I had issues with UPS not delivering a package and then returning it in very bad condition, I mean really beat up, even though it had FRAGILE stickers all over it... Mohamed was very nice and professional when helping me get my package back out (through a different shipping company this time) and even offered to waive the costs of shipping it. I will be coming here for all my shipping needs and would recommend everyone else to do the same. read more

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Jennifer, the notary (who also indicated that she's the store manager) during my recent visit was very, very rude and, apparently, lacks customer service and basic interpersonal skills. I stood at the counter but she never made eye contact or spoke until I asked for help then was very impolite and condescending. She NEVER made eye contact during my entire visit even when money was exchanged. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff and overcharge for everything. Not to mention the fact that I sent a expensive labtop from this store and it mysteriously went "missing" even though the tracker said it never left the store. They will steal your package if you do not take precautions and get a proper receipt. Only after the UPS went after them did my package randomly show up at my door weeks later. I saw all the bad reviews and still went in. I was expecting ok service but the young kid that works there was so nice and attentive. Sometimes you have to ignore the bad and go in. I shipped a jacket to my sister in South Carolina and she got it a day early. I was so happy when she told me she already received it. The young kid was very helpful and friendly. He helped me picked out a great rate to ship the jacket and made sure everything was correct. I would use them again. read more

Convenient if you don't want to go to the post office. Like the FedEx drop off and the notary services. They do charge more than the post office, so if you're worried about that, go to a post office. You are paying for convenience. The only complaint I have is that it is usually stuffy in there, like they don't turn on the air or heat much. Quiet too. read more

This place charges more then the USPS does and when you can get a $5.95 priority box shipped from USPS and they want over 10 bucks for the same item! Stamps are $3. more then USPS too just bad business! read more

This place allowed me to ship a parcel by UPS Blue using my employer's corporate account when The UPS Store refused to do so. Thank to Mail n More the package was shipped with no problems. BTW it was the UPS Store on Tierra Subida that refused to ship my envelope. read more

Went in to the Mail and More on Rancho Vista and 30th West, to send a package to Germany. They quoted me $177. Thinking that was high, I asked the woman if that included their fee and how much the fee actually was; she refused to answer, just stating that's what it cost to ship overseas. I took it to the Post Office and the same package cost me $36 with insurance. I think I have seen enough to realize they overprice the cost of shipping, taking advantage of their customers. Never again will I walk into this store! read more

We have had a mailbox here for 14 years. The owner, Mo, has been gracious and accommodating. They are quick to address any issues and have taken care of my packages when we were unable to get them in a timely fashion. We have utilized their notary and mailing services and have always been satisfied. I would highly recommend this mail house! read more

We have a personal mail box here. They also offer a lot of services - UPS, Federal Express, Notary Public, faxing, copying, utility bill payments. I'm sure there's more. Very helpful owner and staff. If you happen to be going out of town, they will forward your mail to you, or hold for your return. I have dealt with another personal mail service in the AV and everything was a big chore for them and they couldn't accommodate the smallest request without an audible sigh and expensive errors. Ave P Mail N More is in business to make our lives easier by offering a one stop service. I like that.A lot. Sometimes you just don't have the time to run around to five different places to do all the things you need to do - go to the post office and ship this, then go to Kinkos and Fed Ex that. Depending on what you're doing, it might be a bit more expensive but, when there aren't enough hours in your day, this place rocks. And if you need a Personal Mail Box, this place REALLY rocks.
