I came here to have a document printed today. It's such an awesome place for all your document and mailing needs. They also have a computer for printing and mailbox services. I had been here in the past for another service when the owner was there. During this visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades and the sweeeet items they added to their sales collection. It's not just an ordinary mailbox store. It's a good value and a gem with another location in Quartz Hill. Both the owner and her fiance are very friendly and attentive! Each of them were welcoming and very helpful during my visits. I picked up these cool pens they are selling.. I heard they will be selling more items during Christmas time. I switched from UPS store to Mailbox Plus to rent my mail box and so happy I did. No more waiting in long line to pickup my mail and no more UPS store people's attitude. I go now to Mailbox Plus for all my mail shipping needs. The owners are such pleasant people. I get greeted instantly and get help right away. I can drop off shipping packages for any carrier, USPS, FedEx, UPS in this location, and mailbox rent is not as expensive as at UPS, but customer service 100% better. I went in yesterday to have 3 forms notarized and the notary insisted that each form had to have 2 signatures instead of 1 which the form only had one section for 1 signature to be notarized. I repeated to her more than twice that the place that needed the forms, specifically mentioned that only 1 signature was required. She refused to accept one signature per form so we paid for 6 signatures instead of 3, an extra $45! When I turned in my forms today, I was asked why the forms had 2 signatures each, not necessary. Ugh!!! I called the notary today to complain and let her know that I again was told by the office that requested the forms, that they needed just 1 signature and she said, I'm the notary or are they one too?! May I start off by saying what an amazing, nicely organized and clean establishment I've walked into in quite some time. I was greeted almost immediately walking inside. I went in to ship a package and the transaction was very smooth, took less than a minute and for a great price! They also sell very cute, good quality Sanrio Stanley's, bracelets, slips you name it! these people straight up stole my package. my DHL order got sent here and i called when I can pick it up and the lady on the phone was being rude and not listening to what i was saying essentially telling me to hurry the fuck up because they were busy and she was not paying attention to anything i was saying i was trying to give her the name on the order and the tracking number but she didn't seem interested in that. if you're busy then have an automated system where im on hold until you can give me the time and attention i need or just simply say "im busy at the moment to ensure your issues gets resolved without any distractions would you please call back in 20 minutes" but you give me half assed service. I paid for the package and you never gave it to me. i have proof from DHL that it was sent here even the signature from them but they don't care. read more

I went in to send a first class package. I had it already packaged in my own padded envelope I had purchased at Walmart. It was not till I got home when I compared the postage I was charged with USPS' rates that I noticed I was overcharged. When I viewed the receipt I noticed I was charged for the envelope!! I called and was told to come back and discuss the issue with the person who assisted me. I'm not going back at all. This post has been a long time coming. BUT THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW, DAMMIT! I hate.... HATE.... coming to this place. Not only is the dude at the front super rude/sarcastic, he's condescending and has an air of arrogance to him. The only reason I keep coming back is that it's conveniently located near my office, and the girl has to deliver some packages. I absolutely dread coming to this business as that dude always has something to say. All I want to say is,"I DON'T KNOW YOU, SIR, PLEASE SHUT UP." But I feel like rudeness doesn't cancel out rudeness, so I refrain. One time I came in asking for a sheet of paper. He laughed and said I'd have to pay for it cuz "it ain't free. I pay for these myself." I understand, but it's a sheet of paper, dude. I'm 100000% positive there are bigger problems in the world. But I kept my mouth shut because I like to think I'm a decent human being. I've also had instances where I heard his interactions with other customers, and they were equally unpleasant. If not worse. I try my best not to come here anymore because I kind of don't want him or anyone working there to kill my vibe. Kinda hard when I have a lot of stuff to ship off. If I could only give a negative 5-star, I would -- I don't usually go this place, but since I was in the area, to save time, I decided to send a package instead of going to the usual place I go to send my mails. When I came in, there was a lady and a man behind the counter -- no other customers were present. I would think the man is the owner. He did not bother to welcome me or greet me, being a customer. He just looked at me, did not even ask if I needed help and just waited for me to speak. I then asked what is the best possible way to send my package that would not be too expensive - he was not willing to help at all. If you come in and you need your items packed, she will do it for your without charge (of course you have to pay for the box if you got one). She will even make suggestions on how you can save sending your item. You can drop-off any items here, UPS, DHL, etc . This place may be far from you, but I can definitely assure you -- it will be worth the trip. This place is always full, you should be willing to wait for your turn. read more

On March 10th I sent my sister in law a package to Van Nuys which should have been a 2/3 day shipment at the most! This company lost my package for almost 2 weeks! She JUST received it March 23rd!!! They blamed everything on USPS and didn't really seem to care! Their tracking apparently is not the same as USPS so you have to call them to make it "live tracking". That was the second time I had been there and I liked the fact it was much closer than the real post office. If this is how they treat their customers I'll be making the drive to the real post office next time! I gave them 2 stars because the pricing is good and the girl at the desk has been kind the 2 times I went in. I haven't dealt with the man everyone has complained about in other reviews. read more

Hi! So I work in the area and come here frequently.. I guess I was lucky enough never to encounter this "MANAGER" everyone speaks of, until TODAY. if I could give zero stars it would have been done. He was so rude and turned my mood completely upside down I thought it was me... I kept thinking am I crazy? UNTIL I GO ON YELP and saw all the other complaints. He completely embarrassed me telling me my envelope was "tore up" and needed a new one he said a lot of things I had no idea what I was doing and he made me feel stupid he's getting paid to be helpful not make people feel that way. Mailbox Plus customer service is always great. I was in the store and noticed the customers child was wondering off, touching electrical cords. Management simply let the customer know the child was playing with the wires. The manager did not touch the child. Not sure why the customer would accuse the manager of touching his child. Don't come with a card. Don't come at all unprepared. Come preparing to laugh at jokes only the manager understands. He is arrogant and condescending. I come here very often as it is the closest place to me. Every time I come in, I try to be the most polite and reserved because I don't really want to talk to him. He still finds a way to let you know you're doing something wrong according to him or you don't know what you're doing. He has no patience. Last time I needed to use his tape he told me that he wouldn't charge me the dollar if I reviewed him on yelp. Sure, I have no idea what he has been through in his life, but come on. I came here to send my package and asked if it could be stamped fragile and the man told me it didn't matter in another words basically telling me that it would be mishandled either way. As a customer that is the last thing you want to hear when sending out a fragile package. I also felt like it was a bother just to get my package sent. He sounded frustrated.
