We've had a mailbox there for two years, have mailed packages and used their notary services. The staff have always been professional to us and other customers, even multitasking, helping other customers while we're sorting through our mail, so I'm surprised by other negative comments. When mailing packages I appreciate the extra effort taken to find the cheapest shipping solutions. Notary services and charges seem reasonable, and the notary was knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the requirements of the documents needing signatures. It's a family-owned business, and we all have off-days which is the only reason I can think of for any negative review, but I've never witnessed anything less than professional. read more

They do NOT have livescan services despite it being advertised on their window and listing digital fingerprinting on their website. Lady inside was nice enough but wish I hadn't wasted my time driving here. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I car here for a simple notary service. The notary had me sign with blue ink and my government form was rejected. I brought it to the notary's attention a day later so they can correct it given I paid $30 for two notary signatures. The man that works there was incredibly rude, raised his voice for no reason at all and has the odasity to tell me to go back in person and only if he feels like he may not charge me a second time. Blamed me for an error done by their notary. NOT A PROFESSIONAL NOTARY AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. $15 for a notary signature is a ridiculous charge atleast do your job correctly! read more

First time going to Palmdale Postal, paid extra for fast delivery, even witnessed the guy print the label and stick it on the box but apparently my package never made it into the FedEx truck. Definitely won't be using this service again. read more

Waited a week before I wrote this review and say I am still very upset. I was sent here for the court house to buy stamp and had the worst experience ever! First of all they sell stamps at $0.75 and not $0.58 as they should - not sure if this legal. If not it is a Federal offense. Needed $6.00 worth of stamps and because of his overcharge of stamps he ended giving me only 10 stamps and not the 12 I needed. He gave me to 10 stamps and $1.00 and some change even though if gave him a $20. He even asked me, "you gave me a $20 right". I asked him for 2 more since 10 stamps is $5.80 and not $6.00. He started mumbling under his breath, "this is very confusing". Anyway, he gave me 2 more stamps and my correct change and as I left he had the balls to say, "Next time go to the post office." Well I heard him as did the two other people in the store. I did reply to him and asked him if he just said that next time I should go to the post office. In turn he tells me to, "have a nice day." Are you for real? Why are you even in business is you want people to go to the post office, or FedEx or UPS. I walked into you business and asked you if you had stamps. Not only are you the rudest individual I have met, you need to work on your character sir. I was nothing but cordial as you charged me extra for stamps - taking advantage that I did not go to the post office - but sir you should google "selling stamps for a profit." You are breaking the law. read more
