I came here to return a package using a QR code. It was on May 27th 2026 a little after 12pm. For starters, it' rough outside and there's a lot of people hanging out. So please beware if you have to come to this area. Nevertheless, I made my way in and there was a woman (an employee) talking on the phone. She was so busy yapping on the phone and never got off. I showed her my package and she told me that they do not accept QR codes. She was beyond rude .I went on to ask her and if I could print out the label and return with it. She kept saying no and could barely let me finish my sentence. When I finally explained if I could print out the label and return with it she did say yes. However , she was extremely rude and lacked customer service whatsoever. Moving forward, I will never patronize this business again. read more

The owner SAMINA is awful. She has a very bad attitude. My mail from my home came there in error and she signed for it & now claims she doesn't know where it is. Says she didn't send back, so where is it. I week later happened again & she doesn't know where it is. I've made a complaint to both USPS & UPS both suggested to do a police report and I did. she talked to me as if I was a child. read more

I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the way my family and our babysitter were treated at this business. My babysitter stopped by after picking up my kids from school to pay a utility bill. While she was already being helped by one employee, another employee approached her and told her to "watch your son." My babysitter asked my son if he could have a sit so she can finish up. My son is only 3 years old, so like most toddlers he got distracted and started playing near the door and a bar stool. Instead of calmly explaining any concern, the employee immediately escalated the situation and threatened to call Child Services on my babysitter, accusing her of not watching him. This was extremely inappropriate and a very serious threat to make over a toddler simply moving around while she was speaking to an employee. Because my babysitter was so shocked and didn't want to scare my kids, she called me while I was at work. My husband and I had to leave work immediately to come handle the situation ourselves. No parent should have to leave their job because an employee decides to make threats like that over a child simply being a child. When I arrived, I noticed the door she was blaming my son for was already jammed and covered in something sticky that clearly had nothing to do with my children. Even then, the employee never once approached me to explain what supposedly happened with my kids. Instead, she began making multiple phone calls to her boss and plaza security. The security guard who arrived actually told us that the comment about calling Child Services was wrong, but he still had to follow protocol and contact his supervisor. His supervisor also agreed with us and even allowed us to remain inside while we waited for an officer. After some time, the owner of the business arrived and went straight to the back to speak with the employee. About 15 minutes later he came out with tears in his eyes apologizing to us on her behalf, explaining that she is like a daughter to him but that she has anger issues. While we respected the owner for acknowledging the situation, we explained that what we really wanted was for the employee herself to take accountability and apologize. Instead, she refused. When we politely asked her for an apology, she laughed and had a very disrespectful smirk on her face while ignoring us and scrolling through her phone. At one point the owner went back and began arguing with her in their language. We could clearly tell it was an argument because their voices were loud and aggressive. Eventually the owner walked out after she continued refusing. My husband and I work extremely hard to provide for our kids and give them a safe home. Our children were clean, cared for, and simply acting like normal kids. They had no bruises, no injuries, and were not being neglected in any way. To threaten Child Services over something so minor and then refuse to apologize is not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful. No caregiver or parent should ever be threatened like that while simply trying to pay a bill. I truly hope the owner and management take this situation seriously because no family should ever be treated this way again. read more

I've been receiving my mail from m​ail America for three years the last six seven months I haven't been receiving my mail and when I do it is open I spoken to the owner which he is very rude along with one of his employees when I told him about the situation and was going to report him he tried to bribe me to pay 3 months of my mailbox and of course I denied it I have a fraud situation going on and have an investigator currently working on my case this place has boxes of people's mail sitting there this is not okay and I believe the owner should be held accountable for what is going on in his business read more

I would rank lower if I could. This place should be called "rip off parcel." If you like being nickeled and dimed, this is the place for you. After waiting on a long line they will still charge you extra to mail out a pre paid package. No thank you. Not to mention before I even enter the store there are a crowd of bums asking for money and hand outs. Don't even think of doing western union over here, it takes forever and it will be such a hassle you'll wish you just did it online to avoid the extra fees. WU has an app for it on the App Store. Seriously if you want a fair parcel service go to "post n parcel" on ave J east and avoid this place like the plague. read more

Rude dishonest employees work here. They will try to overcharge you for already prepaid services so watch your prices. They have poor customer service. I asked if I could get a receipt and the employee replied "nope" and went on to help the next customer. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Just absolutely horrible I have been going to this place over 15 years, I just recently moved to rosamond and I will still drive to East Lancaster just to use this place I have always had just great service. Well as of today I will no longer come here, I was treated so horribly! I came in to use the computer to open some emails and printout about 100 pages of important documents. I havent been there no longer then 10 mins and I have opened 3 emails and printed out about 15 pages, now understand it's a $1.00 to use the computer, and a $1.00 every page you print out I was going to be printing 100 pages. So 15 pages in I was told they are very busy and to hurry up. I was only on for 10 mins yes I would have probably been about 30 mins but I wasnt just messing around and I am too a customer paying for there services. After 20 pages I just logged off and payed my $21.00. I will never go back to this place again, it's sad that there customer service has came to this. And a little note they are always busy and I have never had a problem and they are more expensive then anyone else to print out documents but I never cared! Now I do , you guys made me feel like I was doing something wrong and my money wasn't as good as everyone elses.! read more

This place sucks. I bought a stamp and mailed my rent on Saturday since it wasn't do until Friday of next week. I mailed it from Lancaster to Lancaster. So Thursday I call to see if they received my payment and didn't. I called Mail America and inquired about how often the mail when out. I was told depends on the time I came. I told them my situation and was told regular mail take 3-5 business days. So I check today and still nothing. I'm sure going from Lancaster to Lancaster it doesn't take 5 days. What i believe is they don't mail out your stuff daily. I'm sure they are holding it a few days. This place is a rip off and the ladies all suck with they UGLY, pale ass. read more

I got a po box here because I thought it would be safer to have my packages delivered here, I had a package delivered from Amazon, per the post office, and was told it did not arrive, the post office does not lie about delivering packages, the post office does not leave a note in your mailbox letting you know you have a package but ups does, the person that was looking for my package told me that if i have one note in my mailbox, that means only one package, which is not true, it seems that they have a lot of turnover regarding employees, Roxanne was patient and did try to help me a little, bottom line, I did not get my package.
