I came in today to pick up a package, I had never been to this location. I recently moved to the area and let me just say Frances hates her job and needs to be fired I rang the button once no answer ring it again and lovely. Frances answered being rude off the bat saying I only had to ring it once she proceeded to tell me that my package was big so I had to pull in. I went ahead and pulled in and had no idea where to go. I drove all the way to the back thinking that's where I was supposed to go. I get a call and was told to come back to the front before I even parked. Frances was already throwing signs with attitude. CRAPPY UNORGANIZED SERVICE! I called before leaving Tehachapi to let them know I was going to pick up my package I couldn't pull up my tracking number at the time because I was driving and I said I could give it to them when I get there. IN NO WAY did the lady on the phone tell me they absolutely had to have the tracking right away because it would take them literally an hour or more to find my package once I arrive. She should have told me it would take a really long time to find it when I was on the phone with her and that she absolutely must have it right away since they would have only one hour from the time I arrive to search for it. I waited one hour and in that time they two guys had only gone though half of 500 packages. So 250 packages/60 minutes is 4 packages a minute for one person and only 2 packages a minute when 2 people are looking. How pathetic! I can look through at least 10 a minute that means I could've actually gone through all 500 packages in one hour by myself! Now because of their pathetic performance of two men looking at only two packages per man for an hour I now have wasted a total of three hours an hour to drive to Palmdale in an hour to drive back home in an hour of waiting read more

Every single time there is a problem. Waited for packages sitting at the local wharehouse for over a week to be delivered. Or they lie and say it was delivered to wrong address. seriously the last 10 out of 10 deliveries had been a battle. I wont buy anything that ships fedex again. If i could avoid Fedex i would. They were the ones that broke my Wacom Tablets twice from ebay, one of them i filed a dispute for breaking it, and later said they have to hear from the seller. Whoever works at the Bloomington Fedex most likely tosses or slams the package because the box is always looking crushed. I am waiting for a package today, and its a PC Tower Case costing $400. It has Tempered Glass and i pray its not damaged. It was suppose to ship Monday May 4th, didnt make it. On the truck May 5th, it even says it is, failed, and didnt deliver again! Now it says its delayed, and has to try again tomorrow, May 6th. Who knows if they even will make it on time to deliver the damn thing. Its on the damn truck, yet they couldnt deliver it. I hate Fedex more than i do with UPS but sometimes sellers will use whatever they think its better for them but little that they know that UPS fails to deliver by also delaying, Fedex does the same as well except you might have a crushed item once you get it. Just like my 2x $300-400 Wacom tablets they broke, the seller had to send me another one which makes this one my 3rd. Anyone read this, use USPS. So far ive had better experiences with them. One time i had an item that was sitting there for 2 weeks, i called and the manager said it would cost extra to move it faster, i said no thats a paywall rip off. He was nice, and said hey dont worry, we will waive it. So he sent it off without charging, and i got my item back in a few days after. That was nice! Fedex wont do that if they break your crap. They will do whatever it takes to not pay you back even though they say that in their policy. Dont fall for it, they tried to deny, and avoid paying for the damages 3 times. The 4th time they said an excuse they wont pay for it unless they talk to the seller. They had photos and everything. The seller refused to talk to them because they said there was no need for them to. So it was going back and forth, so i forced a refund from the seller, and sent their shit back. I cut myself from the glass btw when i unboxed the tablet that was cracked, i even showed blood on the pic to Fedex. I guess blood wasnt enough for them to be convinced you were hurt because of Fedex playing rugby with your box. Screw fedex. Avoid them if you can if you value your expensive packages. They have one simple job and the only thing they consistently do well is find new ways to fail. On several occasions the driver doesn't even attempt delivery and just enters my address as invalid. This then requires me to call customer service to validate my address and wait for another attempt. On others they leave a door tag at the wrong address. Google it and follow the turn by turn directions you lazy morons. read more

This FedEx depot is the worst in the entire FedEx company in my opinion. Their trucks are totally disorganized, the walk on and throw packages in the trucks and really don't care if they damage them. I've witnessed this first hand when deliveries have been made to my shop. I have a shipment right now that got sent to Bloomington, CA. Bloomington is about 40 miles from me. It arrived there on June 30th. Was at that terminal for 3 days and got put on a truck going to Billings, Montana, 1,200 miles from me, can you believe it? I just tracked the package after FedEx having it for 15 days and it's still in Billings, Montana. This isn't the first time I have had a FedEx package take a tour via truck of the United States going in completely the wrong direction. These guys just don't care. I'm certain my box just got thrown on a truck to nowhere because nobody there gives a rip. You call customer service and all they have is excuses. Whoever is running this terminal needs to be fired and probably half or more of the employees there need to be fired, nobody cares. What a joke. Going forward, even if it costs more money, I will NOT be using FedEx for shipping both inbound and outbound. You guys really need to get your act together, what a joke. read more
