I checked online, confirmed they offered notary, and saw an option to schedule an appointment so I booked one for 1:30pm. Since I needed the service urgently I did try calling to see if they could take me sooner, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. I was already passing through the area, so I decided to drop by anyway. That's when I saw a sign on the door stating they weren't offering notary services that day. I went in and explained that I had an appointment scheduled, and was told the person who normally handles notary wasn't in. When I mentioned that their online booking tool had shown availability, the staff (which were 3 people) didn't seem aware that customers could even schedule appointments through the UPS website. One woman did show genuine concern that no one had answered my calls and said they were likely busy at the time, which I understand. My main feedback is that the team should know what services their website is advertising, especially when customers are booking appointments for services that aren't actually available that day. Tracking incoming calls better would also save people a wasted trip. However I'd like to add tho that the woman who helped me was polite and apologetic, so I'm not upset about it. She even helped me locate another UPS store so I could get what I needed which was very much appreciated.

Terrible Customer Service…read more This FedEx location has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The staff comes across as rude, impatient, and lacking basic customer-service skills. Simple questions are met with eye rolls, blank stares, or an attitude that makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them. If a customer asks a question in the store, the expectation should be that the employee makes an effort to provide a clear and professional answer--not simply tell the customer to "look online." You work for the company, so you should have a reasonable understanding of the services you provide and be able to explain them to customers. I also had an issue where an address was entered incorrectly. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for it to be corrected, instead of simply fixing it professionally, the employee made a fuss and spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I were a child. Customers deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. This location clearly needs to improve its customer service and the way employees communicate with the people they are there to serve. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

I am leaving a one star review because I really want management to see this: PLEASE INSTALL AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOORS!!!! It is such a pain when carrying boxes with both hands and yet still having to open the door. I dont magically have a third hand springing out of me whenever needed. Carts are hardly available, and the doors dont stay open for me to walk in like normal. Because of this, boxes will get caught on the door and fall right off. Very annoying!!!! I've also had damaged items because of this! People in general are too stupid nowadays to even be polite enough to open the door, cant rely on them. They'd rather just stop and stare aimlessly. Please consider having an automatic door, it would solve alot of issues coming here.
