So I go, and the guy comes to the register and I tell him that I want a hat embroidered and it's for tomorrow. He then says the are over 400 teams in the AV, so there's a wait. I was polite and said ok that's fine, thank you. But the way he said it, was in a rude way. Before calling and going I read the comments, and decided to give it a try. I didn't feel welcome. There are zero signs regarding any policy for returns around cash register or entrance as prescribed in the CA penal code. I showed him this and he didn't really seem to care. He's a scheister. Stay away from this junk warehouse!!

She informed me it should take about three days but if there was to be any delay she would let me know. I also purchased a couple of shirts from her store, one that says living my best life as she has other merchandise available for sale. It ended up being WAYY less than the other ones and he even DELIVERED them to us earlier than promised! The shirts looked great and my boss was happy. The chest imprints were crooked and in various offsets. They were closed early on Thursday. Closed Friday-Sunday. Took them back on Monday. By lunch time no one ever called back to tell me what they were going to do to fix them. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Now I have a bunch of shirts that have crooked imprints on the front of the shirts. Never again. Beware, they don't care.
