She informed me it should take about three days but if there was to be any delay she would let me know. I was called when my shoes were ready for pick up and she even added some custom laces for me free of charge. I've gotten so many compliments on my shoes and I was so happy with the results. I also purchased a couple of shirts from her store, one that says living my best life as she has other merchandise available for sale. Late on Monday I heard from my boss that he needs 12 shirts made by Thursday - so I called around…read moreand got some quotes, everything I found was getting expensive (with the screen fee and the price of the shirts, and having it rushed by thursday --it all ended up being well over $250, with my budget being $150 MAX) Finally got a response from Cisco at Mayhem Style who gave me a quick quote and was able to recreate some artwork that my boss had in mind. It ended up being WAYY less than the other ones and he even DELIVERED them to us earlier than promised! The shirts looked great and my boss was happy. So all good - pretty simple and straight forward -- would totally recommend!!

You could tell he really knew what he was doing and cared about the quality -- double checked the fabric and found the best ink for it. 2.) He is completely customer centric. I was getting emails till 11pm with proofs and couldn't believe the time he put in to make sure I was happy. He also drove all the way from Echo Park to Westwood to pick up and drop off my shirts. 3.) His prices are very competitive. The thread that I picked for my project came out much lighter than it presented itself on the spool which caused the names to only be visible at a close up distance. FYI: FOR THOSE NEW TO EMBROIDERY TAKE YOUR THREAD COLORS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PLACING EMBROIDERY ON LIGHT COLOR MATERIALS.

The chest imprints were crooked and in various offsets. They were closed early on Thursday. Closed Friday-Sunday. Took them back on Monday. By lunch time no one ever called back to tell me what they were going to do to fix them. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Now I have a bunch of shirts that have crooked imprints on the front of the shirts. Never again. Beware, they don't care.

A friend and I stopped here a few months ago for walk in piercings. We got them done by Charlie…read moreBrown and both of us where satisfied with our experience and still love our piercings. When we were paying and getting ready to leave he let us know he also did tattoos and to hit him up if we ever wanted some work done. So a bit of time goes by and I hit him up for two small tattoos. There was a lack of professionalism with making an appointment but we made it work. I showed up for our agreed upon time and we briefly went over what I wanted. He printed out things before confirming with me and then seemed annoyed when I wanted something in a different place. For example I got a date on my finger in and wanted dots to mark between the letters....he had them off centered so of course I wanted them centered. He just seemed like he could care less, wanted to bust it out and get paid and get me out the door. I let him know this was my first time getting tattooed. He didn't provide me with any aftercare instructions or anything besides letting me know if I needed a touch up to let him know. Okay cool. So tattoos got done. I left....we're in the healing process and shit isn't healing right. The ones on my neck hardly held any of the ink and I messaged him about that as soon as I started noticing and asked how long I'd need to wait to have it retouched, AGAIN THIS IS MY FIRST TATTOO....his response was literally "let it heal". One message three words.....ok cool. Over a month goes by and I again reach out asking about a touch up. He responds and says "up to you"..... He's very obvious lack of care for the shit work he did pissed me off. So I told him that and of course his tone changed and he was suddenly capable of sending messages with more than 3 words. "I have a lot of messages I didn't see yours" yet you saw then enough to give your bullshit I could care less 3 would replies.....interesting. Once I told him off he of course was saying to come in and he will fix it. You really think I want to let you touch me again when you already fucked up on the work I let you do? Hell no! Overall huge let down and super lame first tattoo experience. I really liked the work I saw on his page and am shocked my tattoos look like shit from him. But what really fucked it off for me was his attitude. Treat your customers better, especially if you want to keep them. Overall the shop seems cool, I can't speak for the other artists there. Wish I had a better experience.
