A friend and I stopped here a few months ago for walk in piercings. We got them done by Charlie Brown and both of us where satisfied with our experience and still love our piercings. When we were paying and getting ready to leave he let us know he also did tattoos and to hit him up if we ever wanted some work done. So a bit of time goes by and I hit him up for two small tattoos. There was a lack of professionalism with making an appointment but we made it work. I showed up for our agreed upon time and we briefly went over what I wanted. He printed out things before confirming with me and then seemed annoyed when I wanted something in a different place. For example I got a date on my finger in and wanted dots to mark between the letters....he had them off centered so of course I wanted them centered. He just seemed like he could care less, wanted to bust it out and get paid and get me out the door. I let him know this was my first time getting tattooed. He didn't provide me with any aftercare instructions or anything besides letting me know if I needed a touch up to let him know. Okay cool. So tattoos got done. I left....we're in the healing process and shit isn't healing right. The ones on my neck hardly held any of the ink and I messaged him about that as soon as I started noticing and asked how long I'd need to wait to have it retouched, AGAIN THIS IS MY FIRST TATTOO....his response was literally "let it heal". One message three words.....ok cool. Over a month goes by and I again reach out asking about a touch up. He responds and says "up to you"..... He's very obvious lack of care for the shit work he did pissed me off. So I told him that and of course his tone changed and he was suddenly capable of sending messages with more than 3 words. "I have a lot of messages I didn't see yours" yet you saw then enough to give your bullshit I could care less 3 would replies.....interesting. Once I told him off he of course was saying to come in and he will fix it. You really think I want to let you touch me again when you already fucked up on the work I let you do? Hell no! Overall huge let down and super lame first tattoo experience. I really liked the work I saw on his page and am shocked my tattoos look like shit from him. But what really fucked it off for me was his attitude. Treat your customers better, especially if you want to keep them. Overall the shop seems cool, I can't speak for the other artists there. Wish I had a better experience. read more

The tattoo artist name is Jorge Chavez I went there a couple weeks ago to get my second tattoo wit him. He had negative energy the whole time I was getting tattoo which is unprofessional. So he finished my tattoo two weeks later the colors of stars he did once they healed the colors did not come in all the way through. He did not complete the color which clearly he's not good with color & I didn't know that. I reached out to him , showed the pics of his work that he did on me & he wants to charge me to touch it up.. Which 1st of all I should not have to pay for a touch up two weeks later. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here with the tattoo artist with dreads Armando. Aka Pops. I found him on Ig and was impressed by his street art and tattoos he displayed on his page. I sent him a picture of the exact tattoo I wanted and asked if he could do it? He said yea. I was excited and drove from LA area to Lancaster just to have it done. To my surprise Armando pulls up a stencil of a similar tattoo and tries to improvise off that instead. I told him I wanted it like the picture I sent him not prior stencils he already had. Being my first tattoo I was very detailed about what I wanted and had faith Armando would get the job done. I was wrong. The end result looked nothing like the pic I wanted. Almost as if he was trying to do his own rendition of it. I told him this doesn't look like the picture. "Especially The Eyelashes" There was another tattoo artist there I showed the picture to and put it next to my tattoo. He just stood quiet.... I actually respected that. He wasn't being fake. There was nothing to say. Armando did a horrible job and should probably just stick to street art. He likes to shadow in things which I specifically asked him not to do with my tattoo. I could barely see the eye lashes on my tattoo because of all the shadowing he does. I told him I wanted it just like the picture. All he needed to say was I can't do it like that and I would've been on my way. But he didn't. He said he could and messed up my arm. Unfortunately, What's done is done. I can't go back. I take full responsibility for having faith in an artist like him. Who still, for the record, charged me 120. The least I can do now is share my experience on here before someone else makes the same mistake I did. i'm not sure about a regular day, but i wouldn't suggest going on an event day. they advertised friday the 13th would have $13 or $31 tattoos, but when we went they priced a 2x1 tattoo as $80--it had no shading, no small details--it was a single line piece. what was crazy was that my friend had a more detailed, larger tattoo but they priced it at $60? we were very confused by the pricing difference? they falsely advertised on their instagram and acted very dismissive in person. they never even called us regarding our slot times. read more

First time I got a tattoo from this place it was a great experience. Diana did my tattoo and offered a free touch up so long as I returned within a year however the tattoo did not need one in my opinion. However she sadly does not work there anymore. I went a month ago (August 12th) to get a simple tribal anklet. The tattoo was done by Jorge who I originally thought was a decent guy and did a good job and I even tipped a good amount. About two weeks after, my tattoo faded horribly and a lot of the ink came out despite me taking care of it.This is not what upset me cause i figured its normal during the healing process, hence why tattoo artists often let you return for a touch up. I contacted Jorge literally a month later (September 11th) about getting a touch up cause my tattoo looks horrible now. There is literally parts that have no ink at all in it anymore. Whether its his fault or not is beyond me but none the less I wanted a touch up. The part that upset me is he tried charging me $80 for set up/supplies which i found to be downright ridiculous. When I explained why I felt like I should not have to pay for a touch up after a literal month he proceeded to tell me that "he does not work for free". I have texts as proof. Idk about him but he made me feel like he does not care how his work looks or how his customer feels about something thats permanently on their body. I have never heard of a tattoo artist charging for a touch up on a tattoo someone just got by them. If it was an older tattoo I understand but that was was just stupid. I also make sure to always tip. Never going back to deadman's and now I have a tattoo that looks like it was done by an amateur. In the future inform your clients about touch ups and if your going to charge them how much cause then in that case the tattoo should be done correctly the first time, or I would have gone with a more caring reasonable artist. Pictures added but hard to get good angles due to lighting and hard to reach areas on ankle. As stated before I'm not complaining about the ink coming out more so about the fact that I am getting charged almost $100 for a touch up on a tattoo that cost me $240 read more
