Got my first tattoo here about 10 years ago because a friend recommended it. He has been getting a lot of work done, and I wanted to go with someone I felt safe with. I went without an appointment and they fit me in. I cannot remember who did my tattoo, but he was nice and we worked with ideas I had. Very clean place & it was a comfortable environment. The guys were more friend-funny than professional-funny, but maybe because I arrived with a client/friend of theirs. I loved my tattoo, even though the artist added some small extras I didn't approve beforehand, he said they would fade away with time. They haven't, but it is part of my first tattoo experience and still love it. I've had a couple friends get a few tattoos from here right after me and they've liked their work as well. I went back once more and got a simple LA and Leo sign tattooed, always great pricing and free touch ups. read more

My family and I were looking to get a tattoo for Mother's Day, with some searching I found the shop through yelp and then went to their website to get more info and decided they'd be the people to go to. We were not disappointed! Our artist was Robert aka OG Sneeks who is also the owner. He was awesome!!! Very accommodating and patient with 3 women who had an idea but didn't know exactly what we wanted. We told him our idea and he went right to sketching and came up with something we were all very happy with. He's got a light hand which was very nice considering my past tattooing experiences. Shop was VERY clean and sterile. Big space and cool environment. Prices are good too. I had my shoulder done in leopard about 2 years ago at a different shop and the color was faded out and the black looked dull, so I went to deadmans and Justine did an AMAZING job adding the color back and touching up the black, and adding more leopard it really made a difference and I fell even more in love with my tattoo. Have come here for two different tattoos from two different artists and both were fantastic. As soon as you walk in you're greeted kindly and you feel welcomed, it is a very chill and cool environment, which is what you want in a tattoo shop. Cleanliness is also top tier here and the artists are very talented. They have a variety of different artist with specific styles. I have gotten a few tattoos here and they have all come out great. One was something that needed fixing and it looked a million times better afterwards and two smalls ones that I absolutely love. Pablo, Ozzy and Sneeks are all great artist. Pablo is great new talent and has done a ladybug and writing on me that was better then I envisioned. Ozzy is fantastic with black and white. I chose deadmans studio for my tattoo after tirelessly looking thru tons of portfolios for the style of tattoo I wanted, The artist I chose was the owner Robert (og Sneeks), it was very easy to get in contact with him and he is very attentive, (in the past I've had to chase artists down because they get forgetful) so I set up a consultation with Robert so I can talk to him about what I want and get a look at the shop, their shop is really cool and looks neat. Robert was very down to earth, I felt really confidant telling him what I wanted and he made me feel really comfortable telling him my ideas and he had some good ideas to add also, which I appreciated since I'm not an artist with a lot of ideas lol. I loved the idea he came up with and he had no problem changing little details on it to make me happy which made me feel good that I wasn't inconveniencing him. I'm a bit of a worrier so I was probably a little difficult but he handled it great like a smart business person, always wanting the customer to be happy. So I set up my appt and we started my tattoo and it's about halfway done but I had a good overall experience, of course the tattoo hurt but he was more light handed than other artists I've been to, which I appreciated and he is very down to earth and easy to make conversation with during the service and he also has a tv I was able to watch Netflix to kind of distract me from the pain. Im still waiting for my tattoo to heal so I can have it finished but so far I'm so happy and glad to have a great and patient artist to work with! And everyone loves my tattoo so far even though it's only half done :) I would recommend him to anyone wanting a great quality tattoo read more

Got my septum pierced by Richard about 5 months ago. The area was cleaned and he felt for the "sweet spot", but I wouldn't be able to say if that's where he put the needle through. Was a quick and slightly painful experience. I like that he waited to open the clamps and needle in front of me, kinda reassuring that they were sanitized/new. It's nice place over all. No one hesitated on answers to my questions, which made me feel better about giving them my business. Only con is that I didn't see any "Cash Only" signs nor was I told when I signed the waiver, but having to leave and go back wasn't a huge deal. read more
