All of the shop employees were very nice and professional. The overall energy of the shop is so pleasant and comfortable. Worst tattoo experience I've ever had…read more My best friend and I came here excited to get tattoos based on a reference photo we provided, and the final result looked nothing like what we asked for. Completely disappointing from the start. It only got worse from there. We reached out multiple times on Instagram to have the work fixed and were either ignored or left on read. When they did respond, it was always some excuse about why they hadn't gotten back to us. At one point, we were told to come in as a walk-in to fix the tattoos. We showed up as instructed, only to be turned away because the artist who did our tattoos wasn't there. Total waste of time. Later, they messaged asking for my phone number, saying "Evan" would contact me. He finally reached out almost three days later, but when I tried to actually schedule an appointment, I was ignored again. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is honestly shocking. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo here, don't. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Would not recommend to anyone.

My son was looking for many months for a good tattoo artist we reached out to many people but…read moreeither they were not responsive, their prices were over the limits or they work was just not it. After searching and searching I found this amazing Artist in Instagram mcballer I sent him a message and after an hour he responded back to me and answered all my questions, concerns and pricing he even told me that the piece that my son wanted was nice but he could do better which amazingly he did. He did a great job when I mean great is great work. We loved it. He also told me he was booked until February 2024 and that he was able to schedule an appoitment with a small security deposit. so we booked. honestly we recommend him 100% and recommend his work also. He is very straight forward and my son loved that he was also given him more ideas on the tattoo he wanted to get. Be prepare to be there all day because he takes his time and when he works on you is only with you. After the tattoo was done he sanitized it and then took pictures and a video. Then, he put second skin over it and gave me aftercare instructions and balm. I don't know how I was so lucky to come across his instagram but I am glad I did. My son is extremely happy with his tattoo and the details. Highly recommend.

My visit confirmed what I read. The studio is clean, very cool and customized decor. It's not like most tattoo studios at all, and it has it's own style. The equipment Rudy uses is clean and updated tools. The bed/chair you sit on is comfortable and adjustable which definitely is an overseen important factor when getting tatted (especially for long period of time). Rudy is a family guy and has a very calm energy to him, which is important to me as I wouldn't want someone with bad energy touching me while tattooing. His wife is just as dope as a FNP and also does body contouring and skin tightening at the studio too which was a perfect surprise as my girlfirend who came in during my tattooing was in search for. The combo of a highly skilled and friendly tattoo artist-business owner with a nurse practitioner in the mix made me feel super safe and taken care of. He even asked what kind of music or movie do I want playing while getting tatted which was a nice offer for sure. (I chose Nightmare Before Christmas).
