There isn't a negative stars option so 1 star it is. This is an over priced shop with an owner who has very aggressive sales tactics. He leads with the impression that you can't get these items anywhere else and that his prices are basically unbeatable. . . complete SCAM and a NO RETURN POLICY that is ridiculous. Walked into this store this morning, to get my sons hat embroidered with his name. Before going I called and he said it was $15 for embroidered. He never mentioned there was a wait. So I go, and the guy comes to the register and I tell him that I want a hat embroidered and it's for tomorrow. He then says the are over 400 teams in the AV, so there's a wait. I was polite and said ok that's fine, thank you. But the way he said it, was in a rude way. Before calling and going I read the comments, and decided to give it a try. I didn't feel welcome. Worst experience EVER! First off, the place looks like a hoarder put it together. Went in for a Dodger jersey, asked for Ohtani, none in XL, opted for Betts. He told me they are player quality so I believed him. Went to the register, the jersey was priced at $221 but he charged $264. I was so overwhelmed by the disaster in and around the cash register, all I wanted to do was pay & get out so I could go home and try it on. The jersey was very flimsy and definitely NOT player quality. Not even close to a $264 priced jersey. I took it back 24 hours from purchase and was told NO REFUNDS only store exchange. There are zero signs regarding any policy for returns around cash register or entrance as prescribed in the CA penal code. I showed him this and he didn't really seem to care. He's a scheister. We purchased two letterman for our sons from this place and if your kid is like our kids, they will want to wear their jacket sooner than later. Over two weeks ago, my mother-in-law purchased a team banner for my son's soccer team. This company had no problem taking her money, but have time and again refused to give her any meaningful update as to when the banner will be ready. They gave her several dates as to when the banner would be ready, and those dates came and went. After numerous phone calls and no updates, she went over there and requested one in person. The employee (I believe was the owner) told her "it's on a UPS truck somewhere" and then said "can't you be a good Christian and learn to forgive?" Forgive what, demanding the product she paid for? And then, this person disrespectfully told her "well what would you like, an update every hour on the hour?" The youth soccer league has already started, and no team banner has been secured....even though this company has taken her money. I recommend that you NEVER shop here. Better to travel down to Canyon Country, San Fernando or Los Angeles for these things.....being in business for over 40 years must be feasible for them if they take money from their customers and not provide the services they claim. Seeing him and the "hoarders nightmare" was definitely a trip down memory lane. Now, operating my own business in the AV, I wanted to keep the commerce local. Got two items embroidered and they look absolutely as if Dickies made it to order for me. I never give yelp reviews but i felt customers should know this. I went in yesterday evening to get a few green bay items as i was going to a family funeral that was football themed since the deceased loved football i thought this would be a great place to go as i looked it up on google. When i first walked in the owner was helping someone and asked what i needed help with i told him what i was looking for and he told me to look around the store because he had a bunch of products. and was a bit cold. i felt that from the beginning but i didn't think anything it. mind u im bi-racial and he gave me a cold feeling not welcoming at all i said ok & i went and looked around and picked up a shirt it was 39.97 in the men's section i took note of the price as i was on a budget long story short this man starts showing me shirts and apparel telling me how much the cost was and i felt it was really high. he kept trying to sale me items that were $80 or more he asked me what i did for a living and i said i was a single mother. long story short i got the 3 items showed below. the key chain was 14.97 and the shirt i got i took note of was 39.97 because it had a price tag on it .. when i asked him how much the shirt was he gave me a higher amount. even tho the tag on the shirt said 39.97 (i didnt say anything as i was in a rush and i really needed something for my sisters funeral the next day i was desperate) i also purchased a beenie he told me was $40 .. anyways once i told him i wanted these 3 items he took the items out of my hand and walked up tot he register. as he was ringing up the items behind the shelf i was wondering what he was doing but he was taking the price tags off the items i picked out. once i asked him my total he told me the price was $120 .. which i thought was ridiculous because in my mind that didn't add up.. i seen the price tags of all the items . . i chose not to say anything because i was in a rush. but the thing that pissed me off about this whole situation was when i got in the car i noticed this man wripped off the tags with the original pricing on it and now that i think about it i feel he took off the price tag to the beenie because it was less then what he was charging me. but took the tags off because he wanted to charge me more. after all of this the man had enough nerve to tell me to leave a yelp review as i was telling him it was my first time in his store and it looked really nice. i feel he price gouged me and took advantage of me. i was very upset as i wanted to go back and ask him why did my total come out to that amount because i took note of the pricing before he took the stuff out of my hand to walk to the register. but i thought about it and said since he wanted me to leave a yelp review then i was going to leave my honest opinion. He lost a good loyal customer as i have plenty of referrals and family that would've loved this store and not to mention i would've been a regular. i WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. it was my first and last time going. Here are the 3 items i got that came out to $120 and here's a photo of the price tag being ripped off so i couldn't see the original price on it. why would he need to take off the price tags of anything that i purchased ? i know why because he charged me more! My honest opinion it was a very nice sports store and if your looking for apparel this is the place to go but be careful as this man will up his prices on u. i recommend taking a pic of the original price tag and looking through the store yourself opposed to having him walk around with u. he will over price u! read more

My first experience the owner was Pleasant. But apparently when a mistake is made on his part he becomes very aggressive. I called politely on the phone to let him know that the accent that he put over the last name on my son's jacket was the wrong one and not the one I had approved and signed off on. He immediately got Defensive, rude and very short with me. I was trying to explain where the mistake was made and he immediately started cutting me off and telling me that the woman that brought in the jacket okayed it. I was the one who brought in the jacket and paid. I know what I approved and signed off on. Apparently he took it upon himself to decide I wanted a fancy accent instead of the actual accent that belongs on the last name. When he was talking about a fancy accent in the store, I had no idea what he was talking about. he did the proper accent on the order form I didn't think twice. With him being Non-Latino/Spanish speaking, i was assuming he meant font. So when I showed up to pick up the jacket he proudly proclaimed that he was able to put the "correct fancy accent" on the jacket. I was surprised because why would he change what i already ok'ed without calling to confirm if it was ok and instead of blowing up in the store in front of his other customers embarrassing him, i called when i got home. The owner finally on the phone offered to fix the mistake no charge, but he definitely needs to work on his customer service. Especially when a customer is spending over $700 on a custom item. Next time i will be taking my business down below to the Valley to a more professional location with polite employees/owners read more

I'm a security guard in the Antelope valley. I took my new uniform shirts to AV sports and graphic to have them sew my corporal patches onto my shirt. I showed them where they go under the patch for my company and they said they were aware of how they should be sewn on. When I pick them up the next day they were all off center and I was told it was because the companies logo patches were off-center which was not true. And if they had been off-center they should have told me that before sewing on the corporal stripes. Four shirts 8 corporal stripes all off center. I cannot wear them this way. I paid $88 for this. The owner refused to have them re-centered saying again it was because the logo patches were off-center. They are not off-center they're perfect All they had to do is line up the corporal stripes underneath. I will never use AV sports and graphics again. I'm very disappointed as I have used them in the past My company has used them in the past and they just flat out refuse to fix their obvious mistake. I can't afford to get these fixed anywhere else. OK. Let me just say that....if I could give more than 5 stars on this, I DEFINITELY would! I have been coaching baseball for 5 years and have never witnessed such awesome service. Ray was a huge help in not only putting names and numbers on the back of our Reds jerseys, but also can custom make hoodies and sweatshirts that are personalized with name/number on the back and team name on the front. He even knew the little things to watch for as he puts the name and number low enough where it can be visible to umpires (so it's not hidden by the hoodie). This means that our kids can wear them during the games while they play on colder days. The time to get everything back was so impressive and it was done so well that I had to post a review. I asked around my league, and for a job that was being quoted as 3-4 weeks by other places, Ray got it done in a few days! From now on, we will go through NO ONE else. His quality (I attached a photo so you can see), service and prices can't be beat. Thanks to him - we have our uniforms WELL before our first game, which is something my parents loved as well. Places with this level of service and quality are so rare these days, and I thought it was worth putting a review up to get the word out. Very rude customer service. I went to pick up an order, waited a good while for the customers before me to finish up. He was chatting away with them a lot. Very nice to them. So I walked around the store for a bit. When he was finally free I went up to ask for the order, he flipped a switch and spoke to me with a very clear attitude. I was honestly confused at first.
