Waited all year for their big sale. It's nurses week, and they are running a special for us. The entire store is having a sale. Since Koi, is my favorite and go- to.I decided to treat myself. I recently purchased 4 sets of uniforms, I was kindly helped out by a nice lady when I purchased. I had to go back because one of my pants was not the fit I wanted and 1 of the tops was too big. I had a receipt for the pants & I lost tag to the shirt... "manager" was rude made comments to me stating i was lying about when I bought the shirt but he had a complete history of my purchases do to their "rewards program" his vibe was simply not to help me with the exchange of the shirt his assumptions made it an unpleasant visit, I stated I spent good amount of money at his Store but his attitude regarding the exchange made me not want to go back his store. Prices aren't cheap either a top costs average 27$ a piece and pants 27-up to 38 $ anyhow he made things so complicated and unpleasant I said I wouldn't want to spend my money there anymore, he said by all means I could go elsewhere... Wow what a response to someone who purchased a good amount of money he would rather lose a customer then help out. He was just a total jerk. Just know he dislikes exchanges and returns and could care less for his customers. Not worth the visit if he's there and High priced too! read more

This used to be my favorite scrub store until today. I unfortunately purchased a pair of shoes for $120 that I found to be very uncomfortable after wearing them around my house to test them for about one hour. I decided to come back to exchange the shoes for a different pair (I know their exchange policy-no returns just exchanges for store credit). The sales girl said she had to contact the store manager for approval-which was fine. He told her no, I could not exchange the shoe as he would not be able to re-sell them as they were "dirty". Small bit of gravel in the tread ( l live on a dirt road, gravel gets everywhere). No other imperfections in the brand new shoes. He informed the sales girl that even if I came back for him to view the shoes the next day, he would not offer me anything. I have been a customer of this store for years, only buying my scrubs here (over paying for them BTW as I wanted to support the small business) I won't be back.. read more
