It's in a plaza next to a fairly famous ice cream place so parking can sometimes be difficult but if you look around you should be able to find parking not too far away. When you go in, someone at the front counter would typically greet you and if you are going for the gun counter, make sure you take a ticket at the front entrance. The people working there seem to actually like their job and are fairly friendly. For PPT the seller has to inform the manager to clear the gun, they will give you a tag afterwards. And the overall process is fairly painless. They don't try to make it hard even though they really don't make money. The pickup is the same process and both the person who started the 10 day and the young girl who helped me at the pickup are efficient. Overall there is nothing bad to say except sometimes you do have to wait a bit when it's busy but the ticket system is fair.

We made eye contact with multiple employees, and not a single one said something as simple as, "we will be with you shortly." That is basic customer service. One employee was completely focused on making a gun sale and acted like nothing else in the store mattered. A female employee was helping a male customer while carrying on side conversations, clearly in no rush to acknowledge anyone else. Overall, the staff made us feel invisible and unwelcome. I would never return to this place or recommend it to anyone. It is disappointing that management or ownership does not seem to prioritize training or customer service. If this is what is allowed to happen on the floor, it reflects very poorly on the people running the store. Huge letdown.

i've been going to this place for about 15 years and i've never had any issue until today, i came…read morein looking for thermals and the kind man in the printing area pointed me in 2 areas where i can find them 1 where there's a thermal set and 2 where there's thermal tops, while the thermal set was on the floor the tops weren't so i asked the young man on the floor where i can find them he said there wasn't any and when i asked if there was some in the back he told me there wasn't any in the store at all because they're not in season. so when i went back to the man in printing asking about the thermal sets, he assured me that they in fact DO have tops in the back also and proceeded to ask the man (penny or benny im not sure) on the floor to get them for me and that's when i noticed the man on the floor was visually upset that he had to go grab the thermal from the back. he asked what color i wanted and i told him & he brought it out for me and i tried it on and when i asked for another color he said we only have black which i don't know if that was true because he lied about not having thermals in general so i asked for a different size and before going to the back he asked me "are you even going to buy it"...NEVER have i ever been asked by any retail associate anywhere "are you even going to buy it" i told him yes i just need to know what size fits me best. he brought it out and i went to check out *there was no one else there at this time* and as he saw me waiting to check out he kept folding clothes until he finished and then checked me out. i felt so disrespected & disappointed i was treated this way, mind you i'll say again i've been going here for almost 15 years maybe more and never had any issue and it sucks because i love this place all around but the customer service sucked, the man in printing was great & very helpful and without him i would've left empty handed. i almost feel bad leaving this review but 1 persons actions reflect the business as a whole & this experience deserved a review
