I was stalked and harassed by the woman in the middle and the woman on the left side of the picture with her glasses on as well as the many workers that were sent to ask me did I need help throughout the location. Specifically the one in the middle approached me several times in the store asking me if I needed help after I had already indicated that I did not. She continued to follow me throughout the store and asked me if I needed any assistance. I then began to ignore her purposely because I had already indicated several times that I did not need help and I did not want to be bothered. She then sent the young lady with the glasses on to ask me the same question as well as other employees within the store. I was stalked and harassed in each department that I went to in this location. It is unfortunate that these kind of people stereotype and harass specific customers. It went as far as them only asking me when I had other customers standing next to me whom they did not bother. I took this photo as I left because once I looked over the young lady with the glasses was explaining how I had also turned her away to the woman in the center. It's disgusting, disturbing, and dangerous that these kind of people harass people that they do not know and do not take heed to the warning leave me alone. Truly barbaric. I purchased my selected items with a gentleman in the Sephora store. Who was kind and professional. The other people employed there dog piled on me and followed me. I placed an order about a month ago. I never received it. I called and talked to a representative. She told me there was a problem with my order and offered me a refund. I tod her I would call back due to an important call coming through. I've attempted to talk to a rep with no luck. I decided to chat with someone on website. Chat was disconnected twice. Then when i was able to finally communicate with someone. He transferred me to a supervisor. He contradicted what i was told to begin with. He told me order was delivered according to his records. Told me he could not help me and advised me to contact my bank . I sure hope calls are recorded, I've been a customer for years. I never experienced an issue like this. I always have fun in this store. They have such diverse inventory plus..I can get great clothes for work. However, tonight our cashier Vilma went above and beyond in the customer service and she was personable and pleasant even though we were one of the last customers to come through her line for the night...I liked shopping later because it was less crowded and I know that's hard on the staff but they were all personable and professional and that says a great deal about how a store is run. When I had bought them, they were a bit too tight, so I hadn't worn them. I found a beautiful blouse in Kohl's, so I ordered it. I was so excited!, it was perfect! I got the blouse, and it was perfect! I pulled on the pants, and got the top out, and I was terrified!!!! There was one of those plastic security things hanging on the side of the blouse!! This place will go under sooner than later. Do not let the huge building a well lit environment fool you. This place is terrible. The store itself seems nice when you walk in, but all of the aisles and racks are trashed. You will never be approached or asked if you need any help. The brands they carry are cheap knock offs that do not fit or wash well like: Urban Pipeline, Sonoma, and Apt 9. Be careful because they put these brands on Levi racks and shelves. If you manage to find something you actually like, good luck on finding your size. Here is the worst part, the bathrooms, gross!!! They obviously do not service them regularly if at all! The handicap stall doesn't' even have a toilet seat. The unisex restroom does not have a hand soap dispenser. I had to go 4 different sinks to find hand soap, so gross! I wonder about touching anything employees have touched because they definitely did not wash their hands. read more

It's very odd when we live in an age where stores like Kohls are shutting down and with that knowledge you would think these places would try and little hard to make people want to shop at their location. i walk in and spend 20 minutes looking for a employee once i find a employee she's standing among 3 other coworkers talking among themselves. i where can i locate means slacks and instead of escorting the customer to the location she just tells me a location and expects me to find it myself. so then I spent 10 minutes walking around trying to find these pants in that time two of their customers mistaked me for an employee because of the way I was dressed and due to the fact no employees could be located. i finally got annoyed and decided not to purchase my pants at this location i'll go on their website. read more

I have shopped at Kohl's for many years. I have always loved Kohl's. I went in a few days ago to use a couple of gift cards. Found some clothes I liked. Tried everything on and had to change out a few sizes, but for the most part everything was fine. After I got home I realized they'd left the security device on my shorts. I live about 35 min. away so that's kind of inconvenience, but I had to come into town the next day anyway, so was able to get it removed. My biggest issue, which will probably keep me,from shopping here anymore, is how they scent their clothes. I've always smelled it, and always had to wash my clothes before I could wear them. I am extremely sensitive to scents, to the point that they will make me sick. So either I've become more sensitive, or Kohl's is scenting it's clothes even heavier. I made the mistake of hanging my clothes up, and now every single item of clothing that was near the Kohl's clothes wreak, too. For me personally, it's an extremely strong smell. I am on my second washing of the clothes, with now a pre soak and extra rinse and using baking soda also. I do not have this problem anywhere else I buy clothes. Please Kohl's realize that people are sensitive to scents and that you don't need to scent the clothes at all. They've probably lost a customer due to this. read more

I am only rating this store a 5-star because of Colleen at their Amazon return service inside. She was super helpful, professional and absolutely POLITE. I had sent my elderly parents over to get their second barcode label scanned, which was missed the first time around, so refund only came in for the first item. And Colleen went out of her way to look for the sealed return package, which took a great deal of time. She didn't complain once, nor did she pass the buck onto another worker. In fact, she was so eager to help, that she even took the time to check in with me later [by phone] to see if everything looked good on my end through my Amazon account. Mind you, this was around closing time. The fact that she even remembered to call back one of her customers before she clocked out, speaks volume about the type of person she is--let alone the immeasurable dedication to her job! She's above & beyond! Thank you, Colleen (hoping I spelled your name correctly). Because of you, I will no longer go anywhere else to complete Amazon returns. Kohl's better keep you! Don't let the front of the store fool you. Front is nicely kept, you'd think rest of the store is too. No. NO. NOOOO. I think the truth of the store maintenance is said by the back of the store. I had nothing bad to say about this store until today. See the picture attached. I couldn't pull the little cart through, or even walk for that matter. This is what the very back of the store, kids toy section look like. NOTHING nearby baby section is organized, not even close. Half of the things are on the floor, and the display that's supposed to be somewhere is on the floor with metal attachment parts exposed. Seriously? This is the kids section. You're basically asking for lawsuit with this kind of dangerous aisle. They have hard enough time keeping customer flow at the cashier, I'm not sure they even go by that section of the store. read more

Had such a horrible experience here! Did a drive up order for two perfumes and they only got one size right and they gave me a smaller size for the other without correcting the charged amount to my card, so still charging me for two regular sized bottles. I then had to go to the store and had to fight with the incompetent manager who then said she'd have to return one bottle and charge me for the other (whatever, do you what you have to) but she then ripped me off on my kohl's cash which was supposed to be $30 and she only gave me $20. Such an awful experience!!! I was just trying to stay out of the stores because of COVID but thanks to the geniuses that work here I still ended up having to come in the store because of their negligence!!!! Kohl's online service is the worst thing I've ever experienced. The system doesn't work with Apple Pay and when you attempt to manually input a separate shipping address the site auto corrects to the billing address, over and over. I spent an hour on Thanksgiving doing just this; that's how badly I wanted an ugly Christmas sweater! And just when I thought I had it right, it shipped to my billing address. If you think they'll refund things shipped to the wrong address or change the address, you've got another thing coming. I called them the exact moment I got the "your item has been shipped" email! They simply pocket the money and tell you they'll "try" to intercept the package. Of course the word "try" concerned me... so I asked if they could guarantee interception, to which they said yes. Long story short, someone else just got a free star wars Christmas sweater and I'm never shopping at Kohl's again. I don't like being taken advantage of and left feeling powerless. read more

I LOVE Kohls !!!!! Customer Service cant be beat ! I recieved help at the kiosk, when I was unsuccessful in manipulating the site, CS took back my multiple returns, having to look up each item on my Kohl's card because i had no receipts, and even rung up my new purchases. They both did so patiently and cheerfully. I spoke to the manager on duty to commend these employees. Kohls quality, selection, and prices cant be beat eitherit is my number one go to store ! A few times I have found a long line waiting to be checked out, but when I requested an additional checker, i was quickly obliged. The hours are great too ! Open an hour before all other dept stores, and closing an hour later, means that if i have business in other stores, i have time to still go to kohls- everyday ! Can't say enough... I guess i had to drive out to Palmdale in order to set foot in a Kohl's. I've been wanting to check out my nearby Kohl's in Alhambra for a while but never got the chance. We were on our way to the wifeys grandmothers bday party and needed to buy a gift in a hurry. The store is very clean and spaced out well. We ran into the women's section to look for a shirt as a gift. As we were walking around the sections i noticed some really nice shirts, polo's, jeans, and shorts at kick ass prices. The sections are clearly marked for those blind peeps like myself. The shirt and jewelry we got were both on sale...score.....The check out line was a little long so the jewelry dept girl walked over and got us to come with her so we could get out quickly and be on our way. Very upset. I'm writing this for a friend who doesn't have yelp. She bought a gift card for $100.00 from Kohl's for her daughter for her birthday and she also bought a Ulta card for a $100.00 for her daughters birthday. Put it in a card and sent it to her in Palm Springs. She called her daughter on her birthday to ask how she liked the card and gift cards. Her daughter told her she hadn't received anything. So she started doing some research and called Kohl's comporate office and was given the run around regarding the cards was told the Kohl's card was spent in Indiana and South Carolina and the other card was spent in Fort Worth Texas. After being placed on a 40 min hold BJ came back and said that there was nothing he can do if she would of bought the cards on line they would of been protected but because they were used up and not bought on line Shes basically crap out of luck. The total phone call was over an hour because she was tossed around from place to place by rude person after rude person till she got BJ and he placed her on a 40 min hold while he said he was checking with someone regarding it. This has put a bad taste in her mouth she can't believe that nothing is protected if you buy it in the store. So meanwhile she's ready to cancel her cards and cut them up due to the lack of help regarding this matter. She's an older lady who workes very hard for her money. Sometimes works several jobs to make extra money. She's no spring chicken anymoreI hope people read this a beware if you buy gift cards from Kolhs there not covered if they are stolen in the mail. So after a couple days of writing this review I was contacted and told to have my friend contact them in regarding this review. She did contact them and again got no where. She was told to contact the post office regarding the issue and she should of had it so someone had to sign for it when it was delivered. I ordered a sweater on-line from Kohl's and received a dress. I took the dress to Kohl's in Palmdale to save the hassle of shipping it back. Colleen at the service desk said they could credit me for the dress but that was all. I would need to make a phone call to Kohl's on-line service and she pointed me to the phone nearby. The representative on the phone told me to keep the dress (as a man, I don't do that!) and they would send the correct item. Colleen asked to talk to the representative, asking for a shipping refund as well as sending me the correct item at a now-reduced cost with no shipping charges. He agreed; I left a happy customer! read more

Could not believe that they accepted a return for an item, said I would receive a gift card for the value in the mail, and then never sent it. When I called they said I had to go in to the store. When I went into the store, they said I had to call. It was approximately a 180 dollar item, but I am seriously thinking about suing in small claims court just to make a point. I spent so many hours on hold and being switched from one person to another. Never mind being hung up on. Worst customer service ever. So much for a hassle free return.
