She found a beautiful formal dress but needed a specific size. Bryant went above and beyond, locating three stores that had the size needed. One of those store being in Burbank. Bryant worked with his management team to confirm the dress was available and placed on hold for us. My mother in law was able to drive to Burbank same day and pick up the dress. So I took it upon myself to actually show up to this location and see what other dresses I could find. I don't even understand how this business is still open I walked into a store that looks really empty and with little options of clothes to choose from. While I was there I got treated rudely by the cashier when I asked if they carried a dress i found in Large. She responded by saying "we only have small" with an attitude so I asked about a dress that was hanging up on the wall that looked a little bigger and she responded saying "it's a small" in a louder voice and still with attitude. So I continued to look through the store and asked if I could use the fitting room and the cashier just yelled at me and said "it's open". I still found nothing to wear. I don't understand how a clothing store can only carry everything in a size SMALL. It's freaking ridiculous. So as soon as I left I messaged their Instagram page to let them know of my bad experience. i've been going to this place for about 15 years and i've never had any issue until today, i came…read morein looking for thermals and the kind man in the printing area pointed me in 2 areas where i can find them 1 where there's a thermal set and 2 where there's thermal tops, while the thermal set was on the floor the tops weren't so i asked the young man on the floor where i can find them he said there wasn't any and when i asked if there was some in the back he told me there wasn't any in the store at all because they're not in season. so when i went back to the man in printing asking about the thermal sets, he assured me that they in fact DO have tops in the back also and proceeded to ask the man (penny or benny im not sure) on the floor to get them for me and that's when i noticed the man on the floor was visually upset that he had to go grab the thermal from the back. he asked what color i wanted and i told him & he brought it out for me and i tried it on and when i asked for another color he said we only have black which i don't know if that was true because he lied about not having thermals in general so i asked for a different size and before going to the back he asked me "are you even going to buy it"...NEVER have i ever been asked by any retail associate anywhere "are you even going to buy it" i told him yes i just need to know what size fits me best. he brought it out and i went to check out *there was no one else there at this time* and as he saw me waiting to check out he kept folding clothes until he finished and then checked me out. i felt so disrespected & disappointed i was treated this way, mind you i'll say again i've been going here for almost 15 years maybe more and never had any issue and it sucks because i love this place all around but the customer service sucked, the man in printing was great & very helpful and without him i would've left empty handed. i almost feel bad leaving this review but 1 persons actions reflect the business as a whole & this experience deserved a review
