Love love love it here! Not only is the owner super nice but the clothes are super sassy in a good way. The quality of the clothes is also high quality so you not only get cute clothes at a reasonable price but they are well made and last. The store is super cute it was just recently remodeled. It's nice to stop in while we take our walk along the blvd. New stuff comes in pretty much weekly and it's not like overwhelming and you won't be caught in town with everyone else wearing what you are. Thought by purchasing from a small mom and pop store would be better than a big chain store!Couldn't be further from the truth!!! I purchased 2 dresses in size medium which I received and email stating it will be available for pick up and then over 24 hours later I receive another email stating the dress in the color I ordered was not available. They said they only had it in another color so I hesitantly agreed. Then, another day later they emailed me again to let me know the other dress also wasn't available in the size I ordered and tried to send me a picture of what they thought was a "similar" dress! Honestly, I feel this establishment caters to their loyal clients and probably sold the dresses I ordered to someone else! Their lame excuse was that their website has been giving them problems. Beware when ordering online. I will never order from them again! read more

Beware or be warned. This store tried to illegally withhold my change from a cash purchase and would only give store credit. A CASH PURCHASE. I was informed it was company policy. I asked to speak to store manager or owner and I was denied, quite rudely. Company representative also informed me authorities would not help me because owner's husband was a cop. I had to return to Sassy Couture with two sheriffs from the Lancaster Sheriffs Dept. to receive my change from a cash purchase. Thank goodness businesses can not make up laws as they wish. This company needs to be re-educated on the laws of the United States and customer service. I do not wish this unpleasant experience on anyone. In my entire professional business life this was one for the "Oh Brother File: How Not to Succeed in Business". Suggestion install CCTV to protect customers. read more

This is a lovely little boutique style shop with average prices.! They have a small fitting room as well.. They have all sorts of sizes (no plus size as far as I know) their jewelry selection is adorable and pretty extensive. They have few pairs of shoes and all of the items in this shop are very cute.!
