I headed to the store, checked out their products and Voila! They have the pants I was looking for and in different colors too. Some pieces come as sets, and others are sold separately. The price was affordable and within my budget, so I purchased 2 pants in same color but different style. The store is well stocked, has enough room to move around and carries a nice selection of trendy items. Only one register is open and I believe she's the owner. It's kind of hard to understand her so I have asked a couple of times to repeat what she said. It was a nice shopping experience. I am happy with my purchase and can't wait to wear them.

I visited the Torrid Palmdale Store and was really disappointed with the lack of customer service…read more There were three employees in the store, and not one greeted or acknowledged me. At one point I was holding several items, dropped one right in front of them, and no one offered to help--they were just talking behind the counter. I tried everything on and ended up liking a lot, but chose not to purchase in-store because of the experience. Instead, I bought the items online (over $600 worth). I've shopped at Torrid for years, and customer service used to be a big reason I kept coming back. It's disappointing to see that standard has slipped. Basic things like greeting customers and offering help really matter--especially when people go out of their way to shop in-store.
