Cleanliness : This store is THE CLEANEST Marshall's store I've been to. Everything was organized, well spaced out, you did not feel cluttered. They had huge selections and everything was well displayed. Staff : I spoke with 2 employees and both were so nice and helpful. The fitting room lady was so welcoming and helpful with a big smile. The cashier I was with was very helpful and sweet. Overall I recommend this Marshall's if your in the area. Will be coming here regularly :) read more

Went looking for a new perfume and they had hardly anything on the actual self that wasn't locked up. Upon check out I finally found where they put most of them. In the Isle the line is! But I couldn't check any of them out without disturbing the other people in line or losing my place. read more

Incomplete pairs. Upset about that! I came in trying to find a specific shoe, which they had. But one of the other shoes was missing, like what? Crazy right!?? But that was the case. I usually come here and find deals and generally have a good experince. Maybe it was just a bad day, not sure? The management here wasn't helpful with service either. read more

I've never been to the Marshalls over in this area so I was excited to walk in it. It's a good size one too, lots of room and plenty of women's/juniors clothing that took up most of the store as well as a kids and men section too. There was rows and rows of shoes and this location actually has my size with more then three pairs of size 5 so that made me happy, though I didn't come across anything I liked today. The beauty section was a little small but they did have a good selection of skin, hair and body care. I walked around the whole store and ended up looking round to see if anything caught my eye and I did find a few sweaters I liked but ended up with a western fringe inspired one. The lady in the fitting room was super friendly and even greeted you as you walked up.. unlike walking into the store and you here crickets. Now onto the checkout line, they only had two cashiers and they were slower than slow. I was in line for a while before I got called to a number. I didn't bring my store credit card on me as I didn't know I was gonna end up here but on the app they provide you with the digital version. As I went to checkout I asked the cashier if she could pull up the screen for me so I can enter in my cc number. I got maybe to the 8th number when the screen said 'customer denied transaction' how is that possible when I was entering the cc number. She had me do it three more times and it kept telling me the same thing on repeat. She then asked to see my digital card as I thought she would put it in on her end and instead she does the same thing I just did on the keypad. She then was like idk what to tell you but it's not working and then proceeds to stand there and stare at me. Like ok you're not gonna ask if I have another form of payment.. smh! I ended up using my debt card which I didn't want to do as I was trying to get points for my purchase but it is what it is. When she rang me out and handed my receipt she didn't even say thank you let alone apologize for the inconvenience. Didn't even acknowledge me as a customer, instead she carried on her convo with another employee that was beside her. **Note: If you have the app with the digital form of payment it most likely won't work here and they won't try switching registers too see if theirs was a glitch or this store doesn't actually take it. Make sure you have the physical store cc if you want the points from your purchase as I'm sure that won't give you an issue. read more

Great prices good selection of items half the store is discounted last years mall clothing. Like if it did not sell at the mall it sells at a discount at marshals. Great prices on quality pots and pans. Lots of brand name items. Lots of off brand items I have never seen anywhere else. Always find something interesting to buy at great prices. read more

I went in today to do a return at this store for some clothing my daughter got for her birthday. Let me just start by saying the service was horrendous. One of the associates that seemed new couldn't figure out to process the return. The store coordinator Victoria comes by to help her. Not only does she have a nasty attitude but starts inspecting the clothing I'm returning. Literally for three pieces...she's in the back scanning and investigating three items that don't total $30. She not only has the store manager come in and take a look as well, But I call her to come back to the register and she looks back at me and tells me to wait with the biggest and nastiest attitude on her face. I don't appreciate the service she provided and telling me that these items don't match the description. Not my problem lady. It's your job to provide service and figure it out. Marshall's should reconsider who they have representing their store as managers. This puts a bad reputation for your store and environment. As I will no longer come into this store nor will I have my family and friends step foot in here again. read more

The employees at this location need to either get an attitude adjustment or quit. I've lived in Lancaster for 6 years and have gone to this store a few times a year and have never dealt with a friendly employee. They're rude and act like you're bothering them anytime you have a question. I don't know if the problem here is their upper management and they hate being there but I'll shop at Stores that appreciate my money and don't mind answering a question or finding a price for an item. read more

Completely addictive for bargains. And they have a thirty day layaway so you can get next month, what you have fallen in love with on this trip, a ten percent down is all you need to give, also, a really nice benefit if you want to shop when you have hours to kill, for a time when you just want to run in a pay. (Like a date night.) HUGE savings on brand so many name items. I'm finding certain things are becoming my new "have to have luxuries", like certain well-made soaps...Every month or two I find at least one huge yummy bath bar with the most amazing light perfumed scents, (this month is orange) though you may have to smell some "crazy scents" to find one you'll absolutely love...the quality and size of a 3 or 4 dollar bar is by far superior to most typical soaps you find on grocer shelves. I don't have many luxuries in life (like vacations) so I like quality blankets, towels and soaps. They just make the home so cozy, warm and inviting. I buy the French quilted cotton blankets (or manufactured quilts), here and at Tuesday Morning, & Ross stores. They are really beautiful and affordable for the quality and amount of time they last. They aren't overly hot like many blankets of lesser quality. If you don't over launder & use oxygen brightener's over using any bleaches, they will last beautifully for many years to come. My last week beautiful find was a 78.00 lamp in aqua or pale turquoise glass, for 15.00...I loved it so much i had to ask if it worked for that price. The lady in that dept was happy to plug it in to prove to me that it did, and added a light-bulb, from a different lamp since it was missing one, it's lovely in my bedroom. A fabulous aqua enamel teapot, and red (10.00) Espresso maker. I got jeans made by Seven for only 24.99 (formerly marked 58.00), well capri's, and they are my new favorite jeans for the summer, so comfy I could sleep in them, and probably the most stylish jean i have ever purchased, and slimming looking to boot. I also went ahead and put the Saucony cross trainers at less than thirty bucks, hopefully they will get me into the gym even more, I wanted a perfume by Philosophy but you cant smell what you are getting in there, so know what you like in scents, and see if it's there for about half price. I like Jo Malone and Tommy Girl, which sadly they don't seem to have, maybe later on, when they see my amazing review. Just go with a couple hours to kill. Oh new Eco-type Yoga mats are just 10.00...the pink is perfection. Um...yeah...it's in my room, I had better go get on top and do some crunch's! Ciao~ read more

Even though there are Marshall's and TJMaxx and other discounted stores in my area, I always seem to go to them when I'm on vacation. Since I'm in the midst of 'size transition' (losing weight!) I can't spend a lot of money on clothes that won't fit in 3 or 4 weeks. I found a great amount of clothing at both of these stores (they seem the same actually) and for a LOW amount. Be sure to try things ON, since the sizes are not consistent between brands. The only thing that I don't like about these two stores is that even though the racks are marked by size, the clothes are all mingled together. The stores were clean, and check out was fairly quick. These make me want to hit up my stores here, but despite living in one of the nicest suburbs of KC, these Lancaster stores were cleaner and had better selections. :) read more

It should be zero stars I purchased a large item and asked Lakea the manager if they can hold it after paying so I could go get my truck she then tells me they will hold till closing but after my item will be out back on the floor YEP i questioned it and then told her I'm done with her talking to me she laughs and walks away then yells back happy thanksgiving I'll be calling her boss in the morning horrible customer service !! 2 years ago I had a terrible experience with Lakea the manager and how sad to read someone else was given the same horrible attitude and that she is still working at Marshall's. She also laughed at me when I asked for the corporates number and she threw the paper at me walked away laughing after she refused to do a return for a small amount of money. Crazy thing is I called and corporate and she still refused to do the return and corporate had to do the return over the phone. She was suppose to be talked to but I see she continues to mistreat customers. Other then her most staff is okay. But really most have a hostile unpleasant attitude towards customers. They forget who makes that check happen it's the customers. I didn't go into Marshall's for a long while do to the unpleasant experience. They did have new staff which wasn't as unpleasant but the old staff is hostile and like hawks looking to eat you alive. Hopefully the pandemic made them realize they should value their jobs and people who again make their paychecks. read more

Hi I went to Marshall today I was looking for a shirt to go with my pants the ladies their were so helpful who were working in the clothing dept and the lady in the fitting room is really nice. Marshalls is one of top stores, they have name brands for a lesser price and they have everything from baby clothing to ipad covers. They change their inventory with new things all the time so usually a good day to go is from thurs to sun in the am... When most people in the av are sleeping lol... There are times that there isnt a good selection but besides that i love this store! read more

I don't have any experience with the clothing or shoe section but I buy all of my household goods from here and TJMaxx. It's ok, its better to go in the mornings you get your first pick instead of going through the clothes that have already been gone through, way less people and it hasn't gotten a chance to get filthy. Purse section always looks messy, products and makeup area forget it it's always broken and busted, I do like the shoe section if they didn't have that area I'd never go here. read more
