Ok so everyone knows I hate being a negative Nancy... however I gotta let yall know watch your step in this store... not once but twice I stepped on a tag the needle. I let the store worker know and handed it to her she told me "thank you" and that was it... then I handed to second one to the counter clerk and she did a walking check to scan the store. She then proceeded to advise me that this had been happening all day finding these needle tags in people's shoes. That's concerning.... Also the constant timecard/fire alarm that beeps non stop will drive you nuts. The location of this Burlington is very sketch at night I advise after 6/7 you shop with a buddy as there always seems to be homeless hanging around. Overall the store cleanliness not well. Stock is limited usually this last visit they had a good variety. Hoping it was scarce because the holidays and not because they aren't stocking up The values also seem to be hitting higher than the bargain amount we're use to seeing. Overall shop at your own risk because they don't seem to care of the safety of the customers other than the door greeter taking your mug shot at entry. read more

I have been coming to this store to get my steps usually while browsing through. Sometimes I find myself buying things that are very affordable and easy on the wallet. Other times, the store is just not fully stocked and some shelves are empty. And there are times where the floor is full of clutter that navigation is kind of annoying. And the line to the register is frustrating too because only few are manning them. It gets me thinking about how much more time I have to spend. Is this worth buying them or not? Note: Some aisles are not cart friendly. Too tight that even 2 big people can't fit. One has to move away so the other can pass thru. read more

This place is a hit or miss. Some days I find stuff and some days I don't. I randomly come in when I am looking to buy time. However, every time, I come in some staff members are rude and useless. I asked one lady if she knew the dimensions of a mirror or had a measuring tape and she said when she was done she could take it to the front and find out. 10 minutes later I see her clocking out and she left. Now why would you lie or assumed I would forget. Today, they have the door blocked off and you have to be let in by a staff member like you are entering a club or something. Their A/C is trash so it's hot inside. I don't know what this is what supposed to prevent but whatever. Burlington is going down, well at least in the AV all the stores suck. read more

Wow ! Such a messed up place. Me and a couple people I know have gone to this location to find hello kitty blankets and there is no luck because we always witness the workers two specifically young workers take them and buy them right after their shift (even though they are not on the floor for everyone customer) . This is crazy and messed up. No one ever has a chance to get any because of them!! We seen blankets in the back and they knew I seen them so they took them out, the two young girls followed their co worker and took them. They waited until their shift ended to put the blankets out so no one else can take any. I wasn't even able to look At them. read more

I went into the Burlington a couple days ago to do an exchange for a gift that I received for Christmas cashier. Branden made me super uncomfortable by smelling the clothing items. I felt like he was being racist towards me since I didn't speak English very well I felt so uncomfortable. Me and my family come every week to shop this use to be one of our favorite stores but for some reason they closed there bathrooms to the public it's employee only I think it's BS that we shop and spend money here and there's know bathroom I had to walk to Michaels to use the bathroom this is inconvenient to the public the elderly and the handicap. read more

if i can give a negative 5 i would my 3 yr old daughter had to go to the restroom and if youve gone you know the restroom is next to the staff lounge and you need a key code to be able to get into the restroom. im knocking on the staff lounge door so they can put the key code for the restroom and every time i knocked the female staff that was in there, which was a couple females they would get quiet and start laughing as if i didnt hear them, i could clearly hear them laughing and they can clearly hear my daughter saying "mommy i have to potty" i knocked on the door about 5-6 times and each time i swear i can hear them laughing louder. so due to their shitty "professionalism" my daughter soiled herself in the middle of the door way. i did report it!!! so those females in the staff lounge that couldn't take a 2 minute step away for a fucking key code for my child to go to the restroom. y'all are assholes she's a child read more

The following is based only on my experience on the night of Monday, February 7th 2022 at approximately 9:30PM. Since I know this store is open late, I headed there to buy some clothes. I arrived at 9:20PM, I had only been there for 5 minutes when I was unpleasantly surprised to hear on the speaker, the announcement "the store is closing in 5 minutes". I was approached by a staff member (perhaps the manager) who asked me to make my way to the cashier because "the store is now closed" I asked her why they're closing 30 minutes before the posted hours I had seen 10 minutes ago as I walked into the store. She hesitated and said it was due to the machines at the cashier. Well, I made my way to the cashier, I asked her the same question and she said she was not aware of a reason they were closing early. I made my purchase, took out my phone to photograph the sign with the hours of operation, to my astonishment, the sign had been removed during the time I walked and paid at the cashier. Something is not right here, why would the hours of operation sign ever be removed when someone confronts the store about their posted hours? Below, is an image of the store without the sign, and the receipt with the time I paid my article of clothing. I just wish this store respected the time they say they're open. It is unprofessional and a huge inconvenience to the costumer who drives for miles. We rely heavily on the information we see online so we don't have to call the store to ask this question. read more

I generally find something I like at a good price at this location. Clothing is priced fair. Lots of ghetto gang banger style clothing. If that is what you're into. Lots of women's clothing shoes and bags at discount prices. Prepare to wait in line for ten to twenty minutes to check out. read more

Not much of a selection in women jeans at all especially not in size 12 or 13 they have maybe five pairs all together it seem like and the customer service is absolutely horrible the employees that work there were so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable even the security guard in the front was extremely rude acting as though I was stealing when I did nothing wrong just totally profiling me. If I could give it 1 star I would. They literally have only 10 carts in rotation while there's over 40+ customers trying to Christmas shop. I would expect more carts and for them to be prepared for the holidays but instead they make it harder on themselves for not having enough carts. I love this store but don't drink anything before you go in and have to use the restroom because they have zero toilet seat covers and the manager didn't seems to care. She said there was no other manager to get approval to buy them. Are you serious? Then close your nasty bathrooms because no one should ever use one without covers. I want something done now. I love Burlington and have been shopping at all their locations for years but I felt extremely uncomfortable my past visit the female security guard kept following me around as if I was stealing although I had no bags on me nor baggy clothing to even store anything in. Then when I attempted to seek help from the store manger to find a garment for my niece she rudely disregarded me then continued off to laugh with the security guard. This last visit was extremely shocking because the first few times I had been to this location everyone was lovely, but maybe it was due to the lack of the security and store manager. Had a bunch of shorts & summer wear in a layaway. When I got home was trying everything on and noticed the safety tag was still on one of the pants. VERY UPSETTING. Now why have this on - if it does no good in notifying personnel when I left??? So when I returned, so that they could remove it - they weren't even apologetic! When I was waiting in the checkout line there was only one register open, and the other people saw me waiting there in line and they continued to talk amongst each other instead of opening another register. I also noticed that when I got home there was still a security tag on one of my sweatshirts. The Palmdale location is better than this one, they have more registers open. very rude customer service. i came here to return an item that was a size too big at around 8:50. a very rude asian employee saw that i came out my car and was walking towards the door, he began to lock the doors as fast as he could as if he hates working there. i knocked on the door and showed him that there was still time before closing, he ignored me and acted as if he didn't see me. i wasn't even going to shop, i just had a return to make which would've taken 2 minutes of their time. all i have to say, if you hate your job so much, find a new one. read more

I have shopped at this store before and that experience was fine. However, I just purchased some items there and was accused of stealing and hadn't even left the store. I had items in the cart that I no longer wanted along with items I purchased from another store. As I'm walking towards the baskets (you cannot take the baskets outside) loss prevention asked me for my receipt and snatched out all the items that I had not wanted stating they were not paid for. As I already knew this because they were in plain sight with security tags on them...I stated to her that we only needed the basket because we had a full basket of items from a previous store plus the ones we just bought that was too heavy to carry. They then preceded to forcefully look through the bags I had already brought into the store. She told me "not to try that here" and that "she was was watching me the entire time" as she followed me out of the store. by this time I had my items out the basket and in hand and was heading out the door. I will be reporting this to the manger and HR for being harassed as they created an unpleasant environment with no reason for accusation and I have a witness to confirm it! read more

Probably the worst service I've ever had with Burlington. So I bought a Puma bag at the location in Burbank and they accidentally sold me the bag with the security tag still left on. I came to the location in lancaster because I live out this way to have them remove the tag. Two cashiers at the front told me they don't have the right cutter to cut the security tag off. So I decided to shop around and look for the same exact bag so I can just exchange it instead. I walked back up to the register again to attempt the exchange and the same cashiers said that they cannot exchange it because "it wouldn't be fair for others to buy that bag, knowing they can't take the security tag off." First if all, that's my my problem. The bag was sold to me by a Burlington employee with the tag on. So then I asked a third person for assistance and she tried to take off the tag, few mins later she returns and tells me " I can't take it off, you shouldn't have wasted your time coming in here, might as well go to Walmart and buy wire cutters." Are you kidding me? Not only was the customer service horrible but you've also belittled me and tried to make me look stupid. Like I said, worse customer service I've ever had. Never coming to this location ever again. read more
