I happened to come on a busy Sunday -- my mistake! The lines were long, even for self-checkout, but thankfully they moved pretty quickly. Security and Target employees have always greeted me kindly, which I appreciate. It's also great that this Target is located in a plaza with plenty of other businesses nearby, especially restaurants, so it's easy to make a few stops while you're already out. This store gets a solid 4/5 from me!

It's not even 11am on a weekday and the line was so long. How much more on the weekends? There were 3 registers open but the line wasn't going fast. It would have been nice for the 2 employees stocking up to have stopped and helped out. But no, they just went on with whatever they were doing. My…read morehusband's friend Chle recommended I shop at the West Side Walmart in Lancaster off of Valley Central Way, so I did this past Saturday. I was there a few hours shopping and looking around. It was great--great service, in and out, super clean. I loved it! Definitely recommend going here. I normally go to Walmart once a week to pick up a few things, and I will definitely go out of my way to shop at this location now every week. Honestly, that alone is bad enough to leave a review... but somehow it still doesn't compare to Walmart's nonstop obsession with forcing "Walmart Cash" and the Walmart app down everyone's throat. Meanwhile, your store STILL doesn't accept Apple Pay. Seriously? It's 2026. Get with the rest of the world. Shouldn't shopping be convenient? Shouldn't the experience make customers actually want to come back? Instead, several self-checkouts are basically useless unless you download the app. Completely absurd. Customers who don't want your app or Walmart Cash are punished by being forced into ridiculous checkout lines. Example: standing there forever behind someone trying six different EBT cards to pay for groceries. At the end of the day, many of us will just shop somewhere else -- somewhere that actually values convenience and customer experience. Now explain this to me: Walmart and Sam's Club are the SAME company, right? So why does Sam's Club have "Scan & Go," but Walmart acts like that technology is impossible? I've literally asked management about it, and the answer was basically, "We think customers will steal from us." Oh really? Is theft suddenly not a risk at Sam's Club? As if the one person checking our receipt at the door really has security in control! When your store is dirty, employees are rude, prices are cheap, and you only take cash or card while refusing modern payment options, you drive away decent customers. Not because of one issue -- because of ALL of them combined. Above everything else, you make shopping inconvenient. At this point, Walmart is just a hop, skip, and jump away from becoming WinCo. Go look up the reviews for WinCo in Lancaster... that's exactly where you're headed. And the really sad news is... in AV, dislocation is better than the others. That should really put it in perspective. So sad.

I let the store worker know and handed it to her she told me "thank you" and that was it... then I handed to second one to the counter clerk and she did a walking check to scan the store. She then proceeded to advise me that this had been happening all day finding these needle tags in people's shoes. That's concerning.... Also the constant timecard/fire alarm that beeps non stop will drive you nuts. The location of this Burlington is very sketch at night I advise after 6/7 you shop with a buddy as there always seems to be homeless hanging around. Overall the store cleanliness not well. Stock is limited usually this last visit they had a good variety. Hoping it was scarce because the holidays and not because they aren't stocking up The values also seem to be hitting higher than the bargain amount we're use to seeing. Overall shop at your own risk because they don't seem to care of the safety of the customers other than the door greeter taking your mug shot at entry.

The store is fully stocked - from seasonal items to everyday household goods, however the aisles are not wide enough for two people to pass each other. It needs a little bit of reorganizing. And they don't have dressing rooms yet which is an inconvenience when you are buying clothes. But the employee is nice though saying you have 30 days to return. Parking isn't a problem, plenty of them and it's free. I did spot some nice long coats in different colors. Nice for the upcoming winter months. A lot of selection and price are competitive, but the layout could use some improvement.

We had a cart full of items we were planning to purchase, and we only wanted to try on one pair of kids' pants. It wasn't an unreasonable request. The experience felt dismissive and frustrating. A little flexibility and better customer service would have gone a long way.

First machine was stuck and broken. 2nd one didn't take my card (that i use everywhere). 3rd worked. - i then moved to the pick up lime for food. After 15 min of waiting, the line was closed and we had to merge int another one. When i finally got to the counter like 30 min in, they told me they didn't have cheese pizza. Jokes on me because i've been vegetarian 36 years.. so i had to wait for it (another 25 minutes!!!!!) but then i asked for water and the guy gave me a non cold bottle. I asked if they had cold, they didn't. He gave me a cup so i could get ice, which was nice.. i went to first soda machine for ice: NO ICE. I went to 2nd one: : NO ICE. I went to third one: NO ICE. Lol.. and 25 minutes in, I finally got my slice of cheese after Fighting them and reminding them!
