Sold me a bunch rounds of "Super Vel 124g" (that's all it said on the paper) because they were having a special. I never heard of it before so I asked them if the quality is good, they just said that it's all they sell and it's considered competition Ammo. They did not mention that they are "certified select" AKA reloads. I have already had two jams from the overall length being out of spec in about 100 rounds. read more

Enjoyed and appreciated some of the different training they were to help provide. I found it informational to learn about life saving skills and how to treat trauma. They're able to help me last year and recommend a Holosun EPS Carry optic for a green got I was looking for. Completely unprofessional. I've called in a few times, both times they seem to be careless with helping you over the phone. They place you on hold for multiple minutes. I asked if the store was busy they said no. I had a question about consignment once, they tell me there is no market for that arm then go and offer me 200 over retail on a used arm. I said I would find another option first. I called back then I asked if I can put it on consignment they said not anymore because it won't sell but offered to buy it for 200 extra. Everything inside the store is overpriced more than other store I've been to, At least by 5-9%. They have a sarcastic non interested way of talking to you unless you're their friend or spending thousands there. A guy had a question over a stock roughly $60 and was treated with no care and short talk. One of the store owners friends came in and they dropped everything to go talk to him & start showing him arms, new optics. I stayed there to see the interaction. The guy spent 15-20 mins watching YouTube videos on comparisons with other stocks while they talked to their buddy. His friend left 40 mins after without buying a single thing. The guy looked Asian/Hispanic mix perhaps. Careless for newcomers or non big spenders. Trying to take advantage on customers instead of being honest. Avoid this place until they change the raised pricing & manipulation tactic. read more

Best Gun Store in the Antelope Valley!!! I've been coming to .308 Industries for a while now and every single visit has been top notch. Johnny and Julien are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they're also genuinely passionate about what they do and it shows. Every time I walk in, I leave learning something new about my firearm. They break things down in a way that's easy to understand and I've never felt like any question I had was dumb or brushed off. Today was another great experience. They helped me install a new accessory on my rifle and walked me through picking out the perfect slide for my pistol, which I'll be picking up soon once it's customized. To top it all off, they even helped me get a custom sweater made, ready tomorrow, and I can't wait to wear it. When an employee "cleared" his handgun and pointed it toward my girlfriend's general direction as he made some insignificant point to another customer, you can understand why we'd be pissed off. This huge safety issue told me everything I needed to know about the employees that work here and the store. Optics planet and LAPG will take care of customers more than this place will.
