Prior to my training session, I sent Naomi a list of ammo and other items that I wanted to purchase for the session. When I arrived, Naomi already had my entire order perfectly organized in a box and ready to go. I was super lucky to have Dave as my instructor. The class session was very informative and focused on topics that actually mattered. The range session was really where Dave really separated himself from the pack. Training sessions that I have previously done with other instructors were very basic and focused on standing still and aiming at a paper target. Dave takes a much more tactical approach. By the end of my training, I felt very comfortable drawing from a holster and shooting while moving, even with distractions. This training was worth every penny. Cobra Tactical in Valencia should be ashamed of how they treat customers. This was easily one of the most blatant cash grab experiences I have ever had at an FFL. A PPT transfer is a standard $47.19 in California. Instead, they charged me well above that amount and piled on extra fees with zero transparency. Yes, they charged for a gun lock, which I accepted without complaint. But on top of that, they tacked on nearly $25 to $30 in completely bogus fees that were never disclosed ahead of time. When I called them out on it, their response was that they need these charges to keep the store running. That is not my problem, and it is not an excuse to squeeze customers. You already made money off the lock and storage related charges. The fact that you still felt the need to extract even more money tells me everything I need to know about how this shop operates. Most FFLs in California do not pull this nonsense. Many will loan a lock, waive garbage fees, and actually try to earn repeat business. Cobra Tactical had every opportunity to make this right and chose greed instead. As a result, I have reported this experience to the California Department of Justice and have shared it across multiple online firearms communities. People deserve to know which shops operate with integrity and which ones nickel and dime their customers under the table. I will never return here and more importantly, I will actively advise people in both Southern and Northern California to stay far away from this place. There are far better FFLs out there. Cobra Tactical is an embarrassment to the community. read more

They installed green doptic on my pistol and carbine and then zeroed them in for me. I was very happy with installment. The pistol dot was pretty much right on. Carbine was off a little, I adjusted it at the range. That was expected and they explained that to me before hand. The customer service was excellent. read more

Awesome experience! I had always wanted to purchase firearms online and have them shipped to a local ffls to do the transfer but did not know how it worked or if the process was complicated. I reached out to cobra tactical through this app with questions and concerns regarding such transactions and they were very polite, informative and courteous. I decided to give it a go and ordered two guns through gallery of guns and one gun from Atlantic firearms. I did 3 separate transactions within 2 weeks and the process went smooth as butter. This afternoon I went to pick up my weapons from the Gun Smith and let me tell you they did a great job. They fixed all my problems that I couldn't fix and the people there are just awesome. You couldn't ask for a better bunch of people. They went over everything that they did and they tell you other things that you can make things better for yourself when you're shooting.
