These guys are great! Easy to deal with and close. I've never had a bad round, and shot a lot of their rounds.

2nd 5-star Review:…read more I'm in love with GUNS DIRECT. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ALWAYS GET HERE. Since my first purchase, I've returned for a rifle with a fixed mag, which I learned before picking up I could have converted to "featureless", so I could use replaceable mags. I asked Ramiro about this, and that's how I learned Ramiro is an armorer, and he walked me through the conversion. He sold me what I later found was the best featureless grip handle on the market, and then he completed the conversion for free with my purchase of the grip handle, and my 2 new replaceable mags. I've really appreciated Ramiro's advice, insights, and the personal experience Ramiro has shared with me , which has all turned out to be valid and true. I have the bruises to prove it. I wanted a KSG. That's how I found GD. Thats how I met Ramiro. He didn't lie to me. He warned me about the recoil on a pump action shotgun like the KSG. I said I'd get used to it. He asked if I was sure. I said "I have to." So not only did he sell me a KSG, he stopped me from getting the scratched unit I was looking at, and got me a blemish-free KSG. As a newbie with no mentor to walk me into this world, I was willing to just buy whatever a knowledgeable salesman would sell me, simply accepting that a scratch was just how firearms sales can sometimes be--but Ramiro didn't let that happen. Ramiro really has been a great guide. He helped me pick my first 9mm--S&W M&P 2.0-and it's such a great firearm. It's solid. Reliable. Accurate. Comfortable. Looks cool. Comes with switchable grips. I bought Trijicon night sights on Amazon, and took over a month to make my way to GD for the install, only to find I had bought sights for the wrong S&W 9mm. Since it had been over 30 days, I couldn't return them, but Ramiro not only found me an alternative option (Ameriglo optic compatible GRM tritium) night sights--but also included the install with the purchase. I love my new Ameriglo night sights on my M&P 2.0 9mm! What a difference. And great bang for your buck. And they are optic-ready sights, so I can add the red dot later on. I appreciated being guided so knowledgeably. I follow Ramiro's lead confidently. And while I was there doing this, Ramiro asks me if I had with me the adapters that came with the streamlight I had on my 9mm, because he was offering to fix the streamlight I improperly installed on my 9mm (which was sticking out too far). I did not have them, so he offered to fix it for me if I just brought the adapters. I really appreciated Ramiro's offer, but more importantly I appreciated him pointing out to me my improper installation. I soon realized I could fix it myself. I've since fixed it, and I have yet again Ramiro to thank. To be clear, every single rep at GD has been helpful and totally professional. I've really appreciated the service I've received. Alonso, Danny, Jerry, Sherri, Alex all super helpful professionals. Alonso and Danny both remembered my name, which is shocking because this place is popular. I love love love Guns Direct. My gun shop for life! I already have my eye on two more firearms, and Jerry even has me thinking about a revolver. And Ramiro makes me want a semiautomatic shotgun. I love it!

Compared to other national chains, this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back for all my gun needs.

I dropped off my fathers .22 rifle to be repaired on 04/16/22. Upon arrival CJ and what seemed like his mom were very friendly and welcoming. I asked for a receipt but he said his printer was "not working" that I would receive one with confirmation information via email for dropping off the rifle... never received one. I asked what the estimated repair time would be... he mentioned no more than a month... that he would call and update me on the status... a month when by... no updates... no calls... I than began to worry about the legitimacy of this business and now I am genuinely concerned I'll never see my fathers rifle again. I have called, emailed and visited the shop on many occasions with no response. I have filed a claim with the BBB against Worthy Armory.... I have called his property management company named Aszkenazy Development to inform them of the type of business he is operating... I have filed a report with the San Fernando Police Dept down the street... if I don't hear from Christopher Nicholas Lee ASAP I intend on hiring a private investigator to locate him and serve him to prosecute Worthy Armory to the fullest extent. Please arrange for someone to meet me at the shop to pick up my rifle.

I purchase all my guns through them, they're very cooperative and helpful when it comes to helping with questions and logistics with current CA rules. Um. Nope. Not ever again…read more Over a week ago I got a quote for adding 2 sets of night sights to 2 sliders. Twice by email, responding to my checking the time, they confirmed between 12 and 1 was good to drop off and have the work done while I went to grab a coffee, thus saving me 2 hours, plus riding in the blazing heat, and at least $25 in gas. True to my word, I got there yesterday at 12:30. Surprise surprise. The gun smith was no where to be found. I was told they had no idea when he'd return. They mumbled something about a funeral. LOL. Right. A few sentences later he mumbled a new excuse "an emergency". One would think a funeral happens long enough after the deceased dropped dead that they'd have/had time to plan their time off and make necessary concessions. At that point I should have listened to my gut and just canceled the project but instead I left the sliders and sights there to be installed whenever. I was home all of 20 minutes and got the call they were done. I guess the funeral let out early. Hahaha (no disrespect to "the dead" :) Adding salt to the situation once home I took a moment to watch the manufacturer's video on installation. Admittedly something I should have done in the first place. My bad. Bottom line. If one was ret@rded and worked reeeeaaaallly slow, using no special tools they could get both sights installed in 10 minutes. 1 screw for each front. The backs merely slide in sideways with a couple light taps. So I'm out $100, 5 hours of my time back and forth, over $30. in gas for what amount to 10 minutes of work. Oh and a boat load of "sorrys", can't forget those. Sorry is just a word. Price gouging, highly inflated cost aside... Any reputable business screws up that bad, they'd offer some meaningful gesture of value to compensate for the loss one took coming to them. Not a peep. Not a "Gee we screwed up we'll discount you a dollar." I did get a "have a nice day" out the door tho. Shame. They have a great selection of guns. One I was strongly considering but guess who isn't getting a penny more much less any of the budget for some higher end long range rifles. Whatever ever happened to gun owner's common code of decency, honesty, stand up, fair pricing? It's given away to gouging, greed, unaccountability and bad business ethics. They don't even lie well. Or is this just an Armenian thing?

Its been a year or more since I was last there due to surgeries BUT…read more.. The Best staff, RSOs, even parking is great. Go figure. Funny to me..Check in. Senior lead woman was teaching a new employee. "OK so this man has VET on his CDL and while he looks like Jesus I'll bet right now he is a retired Police Officer. He left his rifle case outside but he is CCW right now because he followed the posted rules. Am I wrong Sir?" She was dead on

I've enjoyed shooting at Angeles Shooting Ranges over the years, which is why this experience was…read moreso disappointing. The range officer, James, was rude, unprofessional, and used profanity while interacting with customers. There is no excuse for treating paying customers that way. After my target frame broke while I was shooting, James ordered me to retrieve the broken frame. I complied, but afterward I reviewed the posted range rules and could not find any rule stating that customers are responsible for retrieving broken target frames. My issue isn't with following reasonable instructions--it's with being spoken to disrespectfully and being expected to follow what appeared to be an unwritten policy. If retrieving broken target frames is an official requirement, management should clearly post it instead of leaving customers to be confronted over it. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple customers describing similar experiences with the same range officer. It makes me wonder whether customer feedback is actually taken seriously, because the same complaints seem to have been raised repeatedly. Safety is critical at any shooting range, but professionalism and respect are just as important. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the behavior of its staff and the lack of clear communication regarding this policy.
