Looking to purchase a new firearm & based on reviews decided to check these guys out! Although I didn't end up buying one that day, I left with passing my safety test and lots of knowledge on the right "one" for me when ready. Wether your a vet or looking to buy your first firearm definitely recommend you stop by and check them out. read more

Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have yet to have a less than great experience there. They are much more knowledgeable and helpful than the local competition. I have purchased guns, parts, and used their gunsmith to mill my glock to install a red dot. I will continue to use them in the future. read more

CCW CLASS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID! As a gun owner and enthusiast I've been to a ton of gun shops just about everywhere. I just recently attended the cobra CCW class and I have to tell you.... There is no way in hell this class was worth what I paid. ITS WORTH TWICE OR THREE TIMES WHAT I PAID! The knowledge.. the experience.. the information... the super high energy for the full 8+ hours was worth so much more than just money. I mean... I learned real life, useful information that I would probably never have learned from those other guys who just want to "get through it" and just do it for the money. Sure everyone needs to make money but there is also a huge responsibility sending people out into the world with a gun and lack of knowledge. This is where I buy or sell my guns... and they even perform repairs when I need them. Sure you can buy guns all over LA but why? These people live eat and sleep this stuff. Eric... Kim... Sage... Naomi genuinely care about the customers. It's extremely obvious. And they are all just super cool, down to earth, easy going people. read more

First off, i bet this guy "forgets" to sign his rent check. I typically dont leave bad reviews, but this gentleman wanted this review. I don't care to disparage another's 'gig' but this guy... Disappointed. Went in for Ceracoat, during my visit, I was asked how i came across this piece, i answered, it was an auction piece, an ex police piece. The job was not completed. The trigger assembly was not Ceracoated. After returning a second and third time to pick up said piece, the guy asked how I stored my piece, then proceeded to allege it was accessed and used to shoot hundreds of rounds, therefore, loaded with carbon build-up. I've never owned hundreds of rounds for ANY of my pieces. As I walked out, guy exclaimed at my back, that I should store my piece in a safe, insinuating/ assuming I didn't have wit to store my hardware properly. MAYBE, just MAYBE if you did the job RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and were thorough, this wouldn't need to be posted. I will find this shop owners competitor and go there. Also, interesting how when I posted this, this business owner had an instant repost template response ready to go... DIRTY. Been living in his head rent free for YEARS! LEARN when to admit you're wrong. Own it. :) Also, read this guy's responses to his customer's reviews. He doesn't take ownership of his F ups. He responds like an angry teenager. Please review his responses and ask yourself why deal with THIS. "Seems like you need a hug and a Yes"? WOW! Very professional and emotional Finally, and again, you remind me of a tenant who forgets to sign their rent check read more

I've just recently jumped back into firearms after a lengthy hiatus and Cobra Tactical and their staff have been instrumental in that process. It feels like family there. Sage walked me through many parts of the process and answered my endless questions with patience and precision. He even recommended alternative businesses online so I could purchase firearms, ammo, and accessories online to save money, and have them shipped to Cobra Tactical for me. I would highly encourage you to utilize the expertise, professionalism, and service of Cobra Tactical. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable. A great group of people. Look forward to doing business with them in the future. I can't believe there is such a great shop near by. read more

The Cobra Tactical staff is very knowledgeable and personable. Naomi helped me with a competition belt for my off duty holster last time when I was by. So I decided to go to them to smooth up my trigger on my 1911. The gun came back much sooner than expected and the work was top notch! They're my new go to for my gun smithing needs. read more

Ok so, I was looking for a place to purchase a firearm and I have never gone through this process before. You could say I'm a novice in this area but I want to learn. Luckily, I found Cobra Tactical. It seems to be a family run business, with at least 2 generations involved. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and willing to share their advice and personal experiences. This is their #1 bonus because my brief experiences with other shops was much different. Also, fyi, they are very strongly politically opinionated, but because we share the same opinion, this works out great for me. If you don't agree, well, forget you anyway. You should know that they DO NOT allow masks in the store. They just require you to wash your hands upon entering. That's it. Done. Like I said, they make things easy. They can answer your questions on the spot and have a good inventory on hand. Most of them carry on their hip in the store, so don't let that freak you out. But if you are shopping here to begin with, it shouldn't. As I mentioned, they are all kind, straightforward and helpful. They have now become my go to spot for all my weapons, accessories and personal protection needs. You should make them yours too. read more

I go to Cobra Tactical for all of my firearm and ammo needs. Their knowledge, service, and attention to detail is unmatched. They are responsive and get what you need quickly. Great customer experience!!! Naomi took care of my return and handled it without a hitch. I definitely will shop at Cobra again!!!

Let me start off by saying this is the best place to come to for your firearms needs. I've been to Big 5, Turners, you know other places and those are ok, sometimes not really cause they make you feel dumb cause you ask questions. Well not here! I'm recommending everyone!!! Sage helped me purchase my very first firearm today and he was so helpful! He had great customer service, showed me multiple firearms I could choose from, informed me the differences between them and had me signing the paperwork once I knew which one I wanted! No making you wait, no rudeness, no tryna overcharge/rip you off and best part, they have a beautiful dog chilling inside the shop lol I had a great experience, will be back again. Thank you guys! read more

Cobra Tactical is great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to coming back. 5/5

This was my first visit.. Naomi was a great help with the parts I was looking for and took the time to tell me about their services as well as show me some of their products. Someone else came out from the back (didn't get his name) he had a great sense of humor. Very sarcastic, my kind of place and people. I will be returning in the future. read more

If you want the ultimate "gun store" experience , go here. Surprised there are decent reviews. This place used to be ok back in the day, but has gone downhill. Especially when the owners wife is running the shop. There are much better shops if you're willing to drive 25-30 mins over the hill. read more

Really could've been better. They charge credit card fees, COVID-19 Impact fees, and firearm safe handling fees....brings the total for a PPT to $70, which is how you support tiny local business. However, the major concern for me is their staff lacks of training and safety practice. She asked my phone number and email 4 times to begin with and did not let me verify the DROS nor asking any questions before submitting it, which had errors and needs to be redone, although they are so nice saying is on them not going to charge me. Last but not least, the staff does not even seems bother to check for empty chamber nor lock the slide back and just opens the box and points the gun to me.....I suggest to charge additional employee training fees and staff safety awareness fees into purchase total. read more

I love this gun shop!!! As a woman it's nice to be able to go to a gun shop ask questions, and make an educated purchase. Kim and Naomi were so helpful. I will definitely be back to make more purchases. read more

Sage was very helpful and made the purchasing experience flawless. Will do business there again.

This is by far the best gun store in Santa Clarita. If they don't have it in stock they can order anything you want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and I have had multiple modifications made by the gunsmith who 100% backs his work. Most recently I took a class through them and the amount of knowledge provided was well worth the fee. read more

Came here to have my firearm cerakoted. I was quoted $100 over the phone. When I arrived in store Erik the owner told me it would be $150 and due to the fact that they would have to disassemble my firearm and it would be an additional $50 for a two tone color. Not to mention, they took over four weeks to complete my transaction. I had to call multiple times after week three to even get an update. It finally took me showing up in their shop to get a straight answer. One thing that was odd to me was Erik asked me to pay in cash. I know small business owners do this so they are essentially "tax free" on the transaction. I've heard from multiple LEOs and other customers that Cobra Tactical has a reputation for shady business. Needless to say I know that they are in huge financial debt and it's obvious they are willing to do whatever clandestine business they can to stay afloat. Additionally, their pricing is expensive for their subpar work, really just average. I would recommend going to Adams Armory in Stevenson Ranch for all your firearm related needs. Not to mention I once saw Erik pick at his butt when he thought no one was looking. read more
