Fraudulent business, beware. I ordered and prepaid for a holster from Cobra Tactical and was provided a receipt. I never heard back so I drove over a couple weeks later and the clerk told me that the holster had already been picked up and he felt I was trying to rip him off by receiving two. There are many legitimate businesses out there with far better service and I would recommend using another and not Cobra Tactical. read more

Excellent service as usual. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable , and efficient. Always my go to place.

Cant say enough about how friendly and knowledgable the staff is. Walked me through the process of transferring a gun I purchased online and made it smooth and easy. I would recommend this shop to all levels of gun enthusiasts. Dale H, Canyon Country read more

I brought in my Glock 36 to be Cerakoted in a Tiger Stripe Camo finish to Cobra Tactical. The final results are amazing! Eric had to hand paint it because of the Camo pattern, but it came out perfect. Thank you Cobra Tactical for an amazing Cerakote paint job on my Glock 36 45 cap. read more

I've used Cobra Tactical for several of my builds and purchases. Just recently I've had them upgrade the uppers on four of my AR with floating quad rails. I've known Eric the owner for several years and I know that I can trust his work and that if there are any problems it will be rectified. It's also good to know that if you need ammo he will be able to help you find it. read more

Excellent service! My husband shops here because the manager and staff are friendly, helpful, and treat you with respect. After being disappointed several times trying to buy or order at a well known shop at the local range (leaving names out to be nice), my husband has had the complete opposite experience at Cobra Tactical. If you are tired of dealing with people who don't know their firearms, or don't care about the customer experience, then this is a no brainer- you will get great help and have a place to keep going back to at Cobra Tactical! read more

I just took Eric's CCW class. I can't say enough about him and his staff. Very knowledgeable and very patient with the students. The class went above and beyond the minimum requirements. I will definitely be coming back for all my ammo and future purchases. read more

Great customer service! I bought a lower from a month ago. When I tried installing the grip it began to cross thread. Instead of saying it was user error they fixed it for free. I'll be going there for future work on my weapons! read more

Pretty cool little gun store up by Magic Mountain that has quite a few selections of firearms. I'd say they have better looking models and brands than Turner's and if you have something in particular that you want. They can surely order them as long as they are within CA standards or your an LEO. I'll definitely come back to this place and end up ordering the specific firearm that I saw in their site. read more

Had a bad experience this time: took four months to get 4 rifles 'cleaned' and inspected, one stripped screw on a receiver fixed.. They called me three times over the last four months to tell me the job was done.. then I reminded them I had four rifles and they'd call back.. same conversation three times. Finally I called to ask to speak with the owner and he skipped my call.. went to pick them up: one rifle - no work done, one rifle not cleaned thoroughly one cleaned satisfactorily and one fixed - 660 dollars. Not worth it... won't be back.. Unless time and money are irrelevant to you, look elsewhere. - thanks for commenting... this is the detailed explanation I was hoping for when I called to talk with you.. I was given conflicting info each previous time, which I why I wanted to speak with you. Seems like a customer service / communication problem that can be easily avoided.. Also, I never asked for a refund.. I simply offered to pay for the work already done and be finished with the situation. Not knowing what stage of completion the rifle was in despite repeated requests contributed to this as did the frustration of all the back and forth. Additionally, I would ask a specific question only to be told I'd be called back never to hear from anyone. Again, I only called you after being given conflicting info each time I was called. There's nothing wrong with the work, per se. when I realized the first rifle I inspected upon delivery was dirty, it made me wonder what else had been missed and that my work orders weren't taken seriously. Not wanting to lose my temper I simply paid and left. I declined to have you take my rifle back to re clean because it takes me forty minutes to get to your shop (thus the reason I wanted to pick up the rifles at the same time) and I needed to go. I explained why I would be picking up my rifles at the same time each time you called. I sincerely felt like anyone would be dissatisfied with how this was handled. read more

I feel like I should update my original review. The muzzle device I ordered took about 3 months to get. Turns out they never ordered it in the first place for reasons I won't disclose because they'll just deny it anyways. At the end of the day, in my view, that business is horrible and their "business practices" are suspicious at best. I use quotes for "business practices" because I wouldn't call them practices at all. I avoid this like the plague and would rather drive 100 miles in the opposite direction to find another store besides them. read more

I'm a new gun owner. I went to Turner's in Santa Clarita and felt like it was not the right vibe. At Cobra Tactical it felt like I was talking to my cousin and my Aunt back home. Just picked up my Beretta PX4 and couldn't be happier with the work done on it. Also work finished much sooner than what was quoted. Thank you for that. I went with their recommendation after range course and changed the factory F de-cocker/safety to the G de-cocker. Makes so much more sense. Clean, smooth, lower profile. A much better set up for me in my opinion. Thank you everyone at Cobra Tactical. Christopher H. read more

I was calling around looking for a local shop to find a particular part , all other shops said I would have to order and wait, and was told no one would have it . Well Cobra Tactical had it in stock, and to be sure I would not run into this problem again I asked for 5 of this particular item, when paying I noticed 6 in the bag , I told Eric and he said " I know , I just put 1 extra for good measure.." The people are nice and informative, and for that they will get all of my in store purchases . This is the exact type of shop I was hoping to find locally , taking the wait time out for online ordering . read more

I rarely give any reviews, if at all, but I have had nothing but great experiences every time I visit CT and I feel compelled to provide a review for their excellent service. Yesterday, I picked up my pistol from CT and not only did I receive friendly customer service the entire time, but the arrangement they created for social distancing (for covid-19) while providing a welcoming and friendly customer service is second to none. With the arrangements that CT had created they proved that their concern for their customers safety and health is a #1 priority. Best I have seen to date, period. EXCELLENT job CT! You deserve a five star rating. There are reviews here in Yelp for CT that are one star and I have found as I went through reading the reviews that these one star reviews were actually posted two or three times by the same person. This is absolutely unfair to CT because each posting effects their star status. CT as far as I am concerned is a 5 star company that has great customer service, great attitudes from friendly employees and owners. I HIGHLY recommend Cobra Tactical for all your firearm needs. read more

My neighbor suggested Cobra Tactical to me after we were discussing my "hit and miss" experience(s) at the large chain gun shop in town. Wow, I'm so glad he did. Incredible service, very knowledgeable staff and super friendly... I made my purchase with Sage, great attitude, very helpful, then when picking-up, I was helped by a young lady(sorry I can't remember her name) again, great service, friendly, answered all my questions. Just a great experience overall. I would highly recommend Cobra Tactical, no matter what your experience level is, and I'll be back very soon!!! read more

9/24/16 I drove from out of town to conduct a PPT to a Person who also drove 2 hours in the opposite direction to meet for the PPT. It was a Glock 19 Gen 4 M.O.S. . Inventory of the Pistol New in Original box was taken and all items were accounted for by myself and the purchaser. Today 10 days later I get a call from the purchaser that the M.O.S plates are missing and if I had taken them by accident or if I remember the clerk who conducted the transfer had placed them in the Box after the weapons check. I stated that all items were with the box and pistol and back straps along with the lock and paperwork. The purchaser remembers that he and I both took inventory and looked over the Pistol and contents prior to Money exchange and signing paperwork. The purchaser tells me that the M.O.S plates are missing and that the Clerk and manager of this Dump are accusing Him (The purchaser) of taking the Plates or Me the seller taking them. I get Pissed hearing this as I go out of my Way to do as I want other to do to me. I ensure the Purchase that I do not have the Plates and Explain that We did inventory prior to cash exchange at which time the Purchaser Acknowledges and agreed Remembering We Did this together. The Purchaser had asked the Manager if the security cameras could be rewound or Gone over for the date in questioned to see that day and time to find out the Truth. The Female Management stated No that they only keep film for 10 days and this day is the 10th. The Purchaser then Notices BEHIND the COUNTER (1) New Set Of GLOCK M.O.S PLATES on the Display rack labeled for only 29.00. He begins to point them Out to the Clerk and Management that those are the Plates because That M.O.S. Set wasn't there on dsplay the day we had did the transfer as Me and Him While waiting had looked around the Small Store while waiting, Management and the Clerk Deny that and say they are stock and for sale. This Shop is SUPER Small with Low inventory and it would be very obvious if M.O.S. plates were In Stock for Sale as we Would have noticed them as it would have Grabbed our interest due to our Transfer. As the Purchaser explains this to me Via phone call I hang up and Call Glock and Ask if I can Purchase M.O.S. plates from them for a M.O.S. Glock I purchased. Glock explains to me that they can direct me to a dealer who will sell me a Plate Specific Not Their Own Plates but can Not Nor do they Distribute Just the Plates as a Set They (GLOCK) will Only replace the ( Full Pistol in Box if Plates are missing ) due to it Being a Incomplete Sale and Glock Goes on about the Pistol M.O.S. is for L.E. only and etc. Glock then explains that a sale of a M.O.S. Plate set Only is not anything they distribute alone or sell alone without a full purchase of a Complete M.O.S. Pistol to Blue Label Dealers and Plates can not be Bought Alone, That Exchanges is How they Deal with Missing BL items. The Purchaser contact me again and understood our situation. The Purchaser bought the Plates for 29.00 which in Reality We in the Gun Community Know that Milled Original Glock M.O.S. Plates would be Upward of 100.00 plus Bucks, Because they Know You Need them. $29.00 for Original 4 Plate M.O.S. Glock Set.... Whatever. *COBRA TACTICAL in Valencia, Ca. This is my reply to the owner's remarks: I am only just now seeing this and never saw any personal response earlier. First, I do not appreciate the insinuation that the race of your employees had anything to do with my displeasure. That is complete hogwash and has zero substantiation. Why did you even bring up such a thing? Trying to paint me as a bad guy, I guess. Second, the part was NOT defective. It was the wrong part. There is a big difference. I relied on you to tell me it was the wrong part. You didn't. So either you didn't know or didn't care. Neither is acceptable. So a friend who's LASD took a whopping 7 minutes of his lunchtime to help me with this? Is that truly an overexpenditure of taxpayer money as you purport? And you fail to mention that I actually WORK with the LASD as well as do volunteer work (perhaps you didn't know this, or don't care?) Third, I stand by my remarks that you could have tried to see if this was a 7-minute job or 1-hour job instead of arguing with me for 40 minutes or whatever it was. That does not engender future business nor referrals from me. It was a very simple task but I was charged a lot of money, have nothing to show for it, and now am being attacked with multiple falsehoods. If you think that is somehow good for business, then do what you must. You did not need to escalate this sir. read more

They're the best. Me and my friends are always here. Excellent customer service. Thanks Cobra Tactical!

I had my SIG Sauer pistol Cerakoted by Cobra Tactical as the only difference from the black one I bought and the FDE that is off roster is the color. NO Other difference. I was bummed that I wouldn't be able to get the FDE I wanted but then found out that I could have it Cerakoted. Cobra Tactical went above and beyond my expectations and cerakoted my pistol in FDE. It looks so good there is NO Way to tell the difference and now I dont have to search online and pay an arm and a leg for a gun thats only difference is the color. I highly recommend Cobra Tactical if you want your firearm cerakoted. Great customer service. Will go back again for my cerakote needs!!! Bryant read more
