The range officer, James, was rude, unprofessional, and used profanity while interacting with customers. There is no excuse for treating paying customers that way. After my target frame broke while I was shooting, James ordered me to retrieve the broken frame. I complied, but afterward I reviewed the posted range rules and could not find any rule stating that customers are responsible for retrieving broken target frames. My issue isn't with following reasonable instructions--it's with being spoken to disrespectfully and being expected to follow what appeared to be an unwritten policy. If retrieving broken target frames is an official requirement, management should clearly post it instead of leaving customers to be confronted over it. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple customers describing similar experiences with the same range officer. It makes me wonder whether customer feedback is actually taken seriously, because the same complaints seem to have been raised repeatedly. Safety is critical at any shooting range, but professionalism and respect are just as important. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the behavior of its staff and the lack of clear communication regarding this policy.

I was schedule for a cleaning. Got there and Sean looked at my weapons and said these don't really need cleaning. They're just dry. He oiled them up, fixed a pin on my safety and sent me on my way. They wouldn't accept even the smallest gratuity. They could have charged me hundreds of dollars for cleanings but instead provided a free service and a smile. Truly great Americans. I dropped off my fathers .22 rifle to be repaired on 04/16/22. Upon arrival CJ and what seemed like his mom were very friendly and welcoming. I asked for a receipt but he said his printer was "not working" that I would receive one with confirmation information via email for dropping off the rifle... never received one. I asked what the estimated repair time would be... he mentioned no more than a month... that he would call and update me on the status... a month when by... no updates... no calls... I than began to worry about the legitimacy of this business and now I am genuinely concerned I'll never see my fathers rifle again. I have called, emailed and visited the shop on many occasions with no response. I have filed a claim with the BBB against Worthy Armory.... I have called his property management company named Aszkenazy Development to inform them of the type of business he is operating... I have filed a report with the San Fernando Police Dept down the street... if I don't hear from Christopher Nicholas Lee ASAP I intend on hiring a private investigator to locate him and serve him to prosecute Worthy Armory to the fullest extent.
