I was very grateful and surprised to see that this store had better shoe options than Dick's sporting goods! This was the fourth store that I went to with my husband to look for turf soccer shoes and they had a great selection. I thought the customer service was great, they were very polite and let us browse comfortably without hovering over us or pressuring us to buy. They also referred my husband to a place where he could join a soccer league in town, and we were very appreciative for the information. This is definitely more of a soccer store. My brother who is a soccer fan also enjoyed the selection of products and even found a more obscure item, a hat of the Guatemalan national soccer team which he ended up purchasing. We are fans of this store and will be going back for more soccer goodies. read more

I recently discovered this store and I love it. Got my turf boots here. Socks, shin guards, shorts etc... they have awesome deals on balls I got a few for $10 !! People complain about the customer service but it's exclusively a football store? The only help you would need is maybe looking for a size for shoes everything is out on display, they just stand behind the cash register and wait until you ask for help I personally love that they don't chase you around the store bothering you asking you if you need help. You're not that special get over it. If you chat with them they chat back if you need something from the back they get it no problem. Prices are the same or less than big box stores but everything is easier to find because it's for 1 sport only. read more

Worst customer service ever the guy was rude and after asking if they had an original jersey instead of the replica he told me those are too expensive insinuating I didn't have the money for it. I waited for 30 min for them to open even tho their hours say the open at 11. I don't recommend this place I sure won't be going back. read more

go to dick's not nicky's! horrible customer service went in to return a product. the owner threw me the receipt. He tried to force me to exchange the product when I didn't want it. his misdemeanor and customer service are not appropriate. read more

It's World Cup time and we checked all the other stores for the USMNT Jersey and they were sold out everywhere. Called Niky's and they had all the sizes we needed. We walked in and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Really glad we stopped by before USA vs England! read more

Worst customer service...not by the older gentleman who runs the store, but by each of the couple of others which work there. Especially the 30ish guy who is frequently there. I was there looking at the cleats, and overheard lady ask him about a specific pair of Adidas which she wanted to purchase. She asked if they were made of leather, meaning the entire upper of the shoe...he told her "yes". Then he just left her there. I told her that only the front upper part of the cleat was leather, and the rest was synthetic material. He was really deceiving her so that she would purchase, fully knowing what I had informed her about while he was gone. Have had similar experiences with him in the past as well, he not realizing that I am extremely informed on the products when I walk in. Also, everything is usually substantially cheaper online. read more

they are ok, too expensive I think. Went in to buy something for my cleats, asked them the price and they said $12.99...best part is the tub said $5.99 on it, printed in big letters, LOL. Now I can order the same thing online for 5.99 with shipping comes out to less than 9 bucks, so I guess I won't be coming back :) I am all about supporting local shops, but I dont like it when people question my intelligence. Imagine, first experience can ruin everything...imagine that. They do have a good selection of stuff tho, there is a lot of merchandise, and they are nice...but i dont think I personally will buy there anymore. read more

Worst customer Service ever ... walked in and 2 gentleman saw me walk in they just stared but didn't say anything. No hi no welcome no nothing .. Until I asked them if they had women's Mexico jersey the older man answered and said not yet . But the other guy you can just see it in his face that he doesn't like what he does. Also, I tried on a couple of jerseys and I look up there was literally a camera like 2 feet away from the fitting room, I was not comfortable at all! The camera was facing right down on me almost literally. They should probably move it from being close to the fitting room. It was my first time going there after a really really long time I'm talking about years since they where in Palmdale. & will NOT be going back. Idk why they have a business if they're not going to treat they're customers with good service. Only bought a jersey because the older man was being nice to me & it was 50% off that's about it. Dishonest people! Would not return or exchange after being told when we bought the item that it would not be a problem! Even had the receipt and the person who told us that it woukd not be a problem was sitting right there. Will never return to this store! Expensive as well! You always hope that people will be honest. I love this shop!!!! Very knowledgeable. Great customer service and love how they make you feel very comfortable about trying all their shoes on and all work together if one is busy and the other is not. I learned that it is a family business and only family works there, they look like a very united family and cover each other very well when it comes to tending to a customer. These people are rude and not honest... Have called corporate twice on them about issues .... I would never recommend anyone to use there store ... I would drive the extra time to go down below... I brought my daughters backpack in to have her team logo put on as well as her name, I was promised to have it back in a week. 2 weeks later I had to come into the store myself to check the status, and it still wasn't done. When they brought out her backpack the logo wasn't even on & it had food on it. When I asked about the food, I was told that's how they got it. I dropped it off brand new, cut the tags off in front of them. My niece also had her bag done at the same time & her logo was bubbled & not completely on. Would not recommend. Their excuse was they don't have the proper equipment but yet they offer the service. read more

Do not go to this store. They give you such a hassle to return or exchange something..even if you have the receipt. Not mention how overpriced they are!! Don't spend your money at this store, even Payless don't give you such a hassle to exchange their shoes. This place will soon go out of business if they continue to give their clientele such a hard time and such bad attitude.. Poor customer service. read more
